We initially went with another DJ company who basically ghosted us 6 months before the wedding so we had to find someone else in a hurry.

We reached out to Loren and Geoffrey at Celebrations Entertainment who were incredibly helpful and pleasant. They said that they could help us with our wedding needs and were always very quick to respond. They both had suggestions readily available if we weren't sure how to approach a situation but were never pushy about what to do. Those suggestions ended up being incredibly helpful and helped us plan around possible scenarios we would never have thought of.

Geoffrey was our DJ the day of and not only did he keep the timeline moving along, all of our guests were raving about the phenomenal music selection. The dance floor was packed throughout the evening and the photo booth we opted for had a steady stream of guests ready to commemorate the night.

I cannot recommend this company high enough! They were incredibly helpful and quickly eased our fears after the rough situation with our earlier DJ choice.

Every time guests debriefed with us about their time at our wedding, consistently we heard people talk about how the music was really great at the wedding! People of all ages were enticed to hit the dance floor! Guests were told to circle around us for our first dance— this way, when it was done, they’d already be on the dance floor to join into the dance party! DJ Choko was very talented at crafting a playlist to extrapolate on our music taste, and at the reception, he was good at reading the vibe of the space and thinking on his feet to keep the energy alive! Plus he led the Horrah so well and kept it going on and on!

Although Celebrations is a big company, the first meeting is always with the owner of the company, Geoffrey. The last meeting is with the actual DJ assigned to your wedding so you can meet them beforehand. To our surprise, the owner Geoffrey was the DJ picked for our wedding! He was super thorough to ensure he had the correct versions of our wedding songs beforehand. On the wedding day, he showed up about two hours earlier than planned to ensure everything was in order as it was on the fence whether our outside ceremony would have to move inside. We had a very long aisle and he ensured none of the ceremony songs ran out or ended early. He was an AMAZING DJ but he was so much more than a DJ! He always ensured we were not stressed and just enjoying our day. He helped the father of the groom out with audio of the groom as a kid for his speech. He even pulled out the chair for me (the bride) at dinner! He was so personable with everyone, including the guests. He had a FULL dance floor ALL night, up to the very last song of the night. He played our "must plays" spread out well throughout the reception.
