Everything was perfect! The staff and the newly renovated hotel is a bomb. Love it!
Our wedding was remarkable and that night it all came together. The banquet staff took really good care of us. Casey, our wedding coordinator was amazing! Easy to work with and very efficient. She helps us with all the ideas and what needed to be done. And even though our wedding was on the Thanksgiving week she was there to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Once the event is done, we went to our room and Casey had prepare us cheese platter and chocolate covered strawberries with a bottle of wine and beer. They also have given us free breakfast the next day. Truly the service and hospitality is our beyond expectations.

Fantastic venue!
The Marriott came to our rescue when our original wedding venue didn't work out and we contacted them to see if we could hold just our wedding there because we already had a reception venue at another place. Casey helped us plan our perfect wedding in front of their fountain. Even with construction at the hotel, they went above and beyond to make sure it still looked wonderful for us. They helped us and our photographer make our picture dreams with the glass elevators come true and helped us with the bubble sendoff. They also surprised us with cake and champagne in our room. We were very very happy with how everything went and are so thankful to them! It was the perfect day!

Wonderful experience
We made the right choice having our event at Marriott West! Everyone was so good to work with! They listened to our wants and added their expertise to make sure we made the right decisions so our event went off without a hitch.

As soon as we walked in we knew this is where we wanted our reception. We expected the cost to be far above other spaces we had already looked at in the area and was beyond impressed when it was in the same price point. Best space in the area and affordable!

They were great, we got to go and decorate the room at 8am, and our reception didn't start until 5pm. There was always a server handy if we needed anything and the food was great! We had a great experience with them!

Our daughter had her wedding reception here. Everything went smoothly. We had additional time to set up and take down. The event planner changed during the course of planning buy Eric made this transition smooth and offered much in suggestions and assistance. The next morning breakfast was a nice touch.

Beautiful Reception Venue with Great Food
We had a cocktail hour in the waterfall atrium and our wedding reception in the ballroom on 06/25/22. Everyone commented on what a beautiful and perfect wedding it was, the Madison Marriot West as a venue included. It was elegant and romantic. Many guests commented on how great the food was, too. We liked getting to choose how much of the ballroom the rent given the anticipated number of guests and considerations for physical distancing during a pandemic. We were very pleased with our wedding reception experience and service.

Abby is super helpful and very willing to work with us. She tries to get the best rate and explains things along the way. It's a lot of money, but we opted for convenience rather than lower cost.

So many rooms to choose from and all great. Any size wedding can be accommodated, it seems. Staff is great, food is delicious and a perfect place to have nearly all your out of towners stay before and after the wedding.
