We are so happy that we found River Valley Oasis for our wedding venue. The venue itself is thoughtfully designed, and the peaceful, private setting allows the natural beauty of the location to shine. From the very beginning, Jamie and James were quick to respond to our inquiries, helpful in answering all of our questions, and extremely friendly throughout the planning process. You can tell that running this venue is truly a labor of love, with all of the small touches that they have added, which make this venue feel so special. Our wedding day felt truly magical due to the natural beauty and serene setting of the venue. It was perfect.

As a wedding DJ I see many wedding venues and know the scenery, flow of the spaces and dance area is super important for a wedding. The ceremony is beautifully placed literally at the river's edge with a easy walk back to the open space for cocktail hour and big open tent for dinner. Also is is super priceless for an outdoor wedding not to harass me about the volume of the music, this is one of the few outdoor venues that is ok with dance music volume! We had a great experience with Heather of Goebel Hill Farm and the farm itself! I first contacted Heather almost a year before our wedding to see if we could pick our own flowers for the event. Not only was that welcomed, Heather planted the exact color Dahlias we were looking for! We kept in touch throughout the season to ensure that the blooms were on track. Communication with Heather was always timely and you could get a sense of her excitement for the flowers and the event during these conversations. We had a large group of people accompany us for the picking and it was so much fun! The flowers were beautiful and just what we had envisioned for the centerpieces and bouquets for the wedding. This venue was everything and more that we were hoping our wedding would take place at! Mindy is extremely professional and gracious, was EXTREMELY responsive to my (I may say many) questions via email. She also made several amazing recommendations of other vendors we can hire for certain things, some of which we did end up using! All in all, I will recommend this venue to anyone I hear gets engaged! We had our ceremony on the Ceremony Lawn, our reception at the Field House, and my girls and I got ready in the extremely adorable Garden House. Mindy's sense of style and elegance shines through every piece of this property.
