Particularly equipped to host larger groups, Lord Hill Farms accommodates ceremonies of 350 guests in the upstairs level or on their scenic grounds. The reception space on the lower floor suits celebrations with a maximum of 450 people. Included in each booking is extensive use of the property for photography purposes. This venue’s interior is characterized by warm tones and floor-to-ceiling windows that feature impressive views of the surrounding Cascade Mountains. While the outdoor areas boast manicured lawns and ponds teeming with local wildlife, the two available indoor spaces offer guests the following:

Couldn't have picked a better venue.
From the initial inquiry to day of the wedding, LHF couldn't have been a better venue to work with. I wanted something more formal and my fiancé wanted something rustic so this was a great choice. The grounds are stunning and provided so many different backdrops for photos (inside and out; see attached). Guests complimented the venue grounds over and over again. They also raved about the food and staff.
I wanted a day with as few vendors as possible. The only additional vendors I needed was a DJ (Sounds Unlimited), DOC (Sophie Blaine) and Photographer (Isaac Gautschi). I used LHF Floral which was great as well. I rented their ice cream cart instead of cake and guests loved it! I loved that they had an indoor area as well in case it rained. That was a big selling point for us. I loved that their outside patio had some covering so guests weren't being scolded by he sun during cocktail hour. It was very close to Everett which was great for guests. And they had a ton of parking.
Their response time to emails is timely and they never showed irritation by all my questions. They kept up and documented all the changes I requested throughout planning.
I couldn't be happier that we chose LHF for our wedding!

Lord Hill Farms is an amazing venue!
We planned our wedding eleven months in advance of the wedding day, but the date that we originally wanted was booked. We decided that we loved their venue so much that we compromised on that detail. After working with them through all of the details (there are a lot of them!), we can see why so many people choose LHF as their wedding/event venue. The staff were very professional and helpful with any and all questions that we had. They were very accommodating and flexible when it came down to small details that got changed at the last moment. On the big day, everything was handled by them including the catering (in-house), set up, bar, and florals. We didn’t have to think about anything other than getting married and having fun! We were extremely impressed with the quality of the food; we even had some known picky eaters complimenting how good everything was. We used their in-house floral services and were very happy with what we ended up with.
The only thing missing from LHF is a day-of coordinator; there is so much going on that it is almost a necessity to have one!
Overall, we would recommend this venue to everyone!

Lord Hill Farms is a breathtaking venue on the hill overlooking the Snohomish valley. It has a beautifully re-purposed "barn" that is fully finished inside. The chapel upstairs has sweeping views through floor to ceiling windows, and twinkling lights and fun lounge furniture create magic downstairs. The grounds of the estate are impeccable, and are really a photographer's dream. If you're looking for either indoor or outdoor, Lord Hill Farms should definitely be on your list to consider.
As a photographer, Lord Hill Farms is one of my favorite venues in the Seattle area. The views are amazing and the photo opportunities are both large and varied. One of the best area venues for couples who aren't sure what the weather will be doing on their wedding day (Hey, this IS Seattle!), with both a wonderful outdoor lawn setting with a great view of the Cascade Mountains, as well as one of the best indoor ceremony options I have seen, in the upstairs portion of a converted barn with a HUGE picture window behind the wedding party with a wonderful panorama of the valley and mountains. The downstairs portion of the same building is the reception area, with lots of space and a great dance floor. I always get excited when a couple comes to see me, and tells me that they are having their wedding at Lord Hill Farms. I know that I will be able to provide them with wonderful scenic photos of their wedding, and that even if the weather decides to be uncooperative, they will still be able to have the wedding of their dreams.
Richard and I love shooting at this gorgeous venue. Such helpful staff and beautiful surroundings!!
