Country Club Wedding Venues in Seattle

You are able to have a ceremony outside at the right times of year with the waterfall. There is a pavilion that the reception is held in. Andrea, Jim and the rest of the staff went above and beyond for our daughters wedding this past Sept.

As mother of the bride, I can't say enough about our daughter's wedding at The Club at Snoqualmie. The team was extremely professional, and communication was prompt and clear. The view was spectacular, about which all the guests commented, as well as on the food and venue in general. I would say the experience was worth every penny!

Ah, COVID weddings. We were lucky enough to be able to have our ceremony and reception before the state shut them down. Wendi was amazing throughout the process, answering all of our questions to the best of her ability and in a timely manner. Things were changing daily and it was super stressful so having an experienced planner to coordinate the details was a lifesaver. The venue itself is beautiful. The recent remodel is perfection, including the bridal suite and groom's lounge. The food and service was impeccable (confirmed by our guests), as was the bar service. Wendi was a great coordinator at both the rehearsal and the day-of, which is good because none of us knew what we were doing! You can tell the entire team has a lot of experience with weddings based on how smoothly everything went. No stress that day was due to the venue. :)

We had my 70th birthday party here. The space, food, and setting was perfect in every way imaginable. The staff, servers and managers were all fantastic.

A perfect wedding location - affords unique views that no other venue in Seattle can offer your guests that they will enjoy from the moment they arrive through the night (sunset and after as the lights of the city come up). Then we had dinner and dancing in a massive white tent which is a classic backdrop for any color scheme. The Newcastle staff is exceptional starting with the very responsive Catering Sales Mgr Tracy Box - and includes the very flexible setup crew that had to jump into action when we had last minute changes the day of the wedding to our tables (including the head table) due to sudden illnesses. Another recommendation for a day-of coordinator is Halie Prather who is perfect for the job - she is cool, calm and collected no matter what is happening. She is very willing to take charge of any and all details that you need help with (she ended up running our rehearsal as our officiant could not attend) and is so responsive to all questions (and I mean immediately gets back to you, which is necessary to keep the ball rolling). Our florist was the best I have ever seen for wedding flowers: Anna Brandt (owns Distinctive Designs Florist out of Kirkland) produced the most beautiful centerpieces, bouquets and even left us general extra greenery (for free) for all the other tables (cake etc) which our day-of coordinator spread around. Anna Brandt proved how much she listened to what the bride wanted (she also counseled us on what floral was in season and what would look nicest for our situation as she has years of experience which is crucial in a wedding florist plus she has accumulated a lot of vases, candleholders, etc.). The cake was ordered through Cakes by Creme de la Creme in Renton who I would highly recommend (look at their tons of intricate decoration choices which is on-line - your mind will be blown). Back to the venue: Newcastle has lots of parking (which you may not think is a deal, but it is) and has a beautifully gracious stunning building that gives a kind of European feel to your once in a lifetime event. Lots of photo opportunities out on the green rolling hills with the city in the background which will give you completely UNIQUE photo settings for the bride and groom - unmatched in the Seattle area. See it before you pick your venue - and be prepared for a WOW moment!

It was such a blessing working with Canterwood to bring about our dream wedding! It really was a dream having our wedding day with Canterwood. It was very affordable and they were flexible with our budgeting. Working with Carly was such a blast. I really enjoyed planning and speaking with her about wedding details. She has so much experience with these events and was so helpful with everything we needed when it came to the venue. She was very prompt with communication and flexible when we needed to come visit the venue. Canterwood did a wonderful job on our wedding day with serving staff and making our reception area, ceremony, and cocktail hour look beautiful and run smoothly. Canterwood is such a beautiful spot to have an outdoor ceremony and we were so happy to have been served so well by Canterwood. Really I have ZERO complaints. They provided all we needed from alcohol, food, getting ready spaces, ceremony indoor, out door flexibility, and a gorgeous venue that will look good with any Brides vision! Thank you Canterwood Golf and Country Club!

My husband and I used Chambers Bay and KemperSports as the bartenders for our wedding. Kate and her staff were wonderful to work with. During the planning process Kate was super responsive and helpful as we decided on the specifics of our package. On the day of our wedding every aspect of the bar and the additional service staff went off without a hitch. We are so thankful and highly recommend Chambers Bay and their staff.

The venue was immaculate and the staff exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious.

We absolutely ADORED this venue. Originally, we had found another venue that we thought was the perfect fit. This venue unfortunately suffered a major catastrophic fire that caused it to close one month before our wedding date. We were so nervous about our big day and the plans that we had, but then we found Blue Boy West! We were immediately in love, and we seriously had SO much fun the day of. The inside areas are beautiful, and the ceremony space is wonderful at evening time, shaded by large trees over the seating space. Even though the day was really hot, people were still able to be comfortable in the shade! Dancing was also SO much fun on the porch, and the lights reflected so well all over. We cannot recommend this venue more!

MCCC is so beautiful! We decided to go with MCCC for our wedding venue and we couldn't be happier! Our event manager was Meridith and she was so great and very understanding of what we wanted for our wedding. We recommend MCCC to anyone!!
