Gold Mountain offers an unforgettable setting for your special day. Gold Mountain is the ideal setting for your for your rehearsal dinner, wedding vows, or reception. Whether you are planning an intimate wedding or a large celebration, Gold Mountain can accommodate your event, up to 150 guests.

Gold Mountain offers a variety of flexible spaces, including both indoor and outdoor options, our Wedding in the Woods and indoor locations. To complement your occasion, we create and serve fresh and innovative Northwest-inspired cuisine featuring regional delicacies including salmon, shellfish and locally-grown produce, and Washington wines. Additionally, we are just a short 15-minute drive from the Bremerton/Seattle ferry and the downtown Bremerton waterfront, with a number of lodging options for your wedding party and guests.

Included below are basic costs for you, to provide you with a snapshot of what Gold Mountain Golf Club offers.

Venue Rental Fee: The Wedding in the Woods ceremony site is tucked just off the Cascade Course amongst moss-covered towering pine trees is our majestic ceremony location, perfect for a naturally beautiful woodland wedding. Pair this with our Olympic Room and Terrace, with abundant natural light and unparalleled views of the Olympic Course and you have the perfect combination to dine and dance the night away with your family and friends.
Friday - Sunday Rental Fees range from $2,250.00- $5,000.00 depending on the month.

Required Food and Beverage Minimums: Our food and beverage program is designed to create a classic Pacific Northwest experience and showcase the best of our local products. Minimums are not inclusive of service charges and taxes.
Friday - Sunday Food and Beverage minimums are subject to the season and day of week your event is booked.

Our 2024 wedding packages and venue rental fee includes:

  • Designated 10 hours of venue access
  • Dedicated "Professional Banquet Captain" and professional service team for your day
  • Private getting ready room for wedding party and family
  • White folding chairs for ceremonies up to 150 guests
  • Round dining tables and reception chairs for up to 150 guests
  • 15X15 dance floor
  • Selection of table linen and napkin colors to compliment your design
  • China, glassware and silverware for food and beverage service
  • Additional tables for your cake, gifts, guest book and DJ
  • Complimentary cake cutting service
  • Complimentary parking for your guests
  • 4 four-passenger golf carts for transportation to and from our Wedding in the Woods venue for your guests, during your ceremony time

Best day of my life, thanks to an incredible team!

Amazing team of individuals led by one of the kindest individuals I have ever met, Cheryl (venue coordinator). Cheryl always was quick to answer all of my questions, both prior to booking and after. The chef they have on site, who conducts the menu tasting & cooks the entire wedding meal, is fantastic. I have never had a wedding meal that tasted so fresh & actually tasted the same, if not better than at the menu tasting prior!! This venue is so cozy & is so easy to decorate, due to its already naturally appealing interior. They have flexible bar packages, are very reasonable in price considering that the cost includes the food, drinks, set up/tear down etc. The service team on day of were absolutely incredible, professional and really left an impact on all the guests. All this to say, my now husband and I plus our 105 guests had an amazing time here & would recommend this venue time and time again.

Our wedding at Gold Mountain Golf Club could not have been better. The venue is beautiful, and the staff were amazing. Cheryl in particular was so great to work with and made the entire planning process stress-free. Our day-of captain Hannah was also helpful and made sure our vendors had everything they needed. Both the ceremony space and the reception space were set up exactly as planned when we arrived. The food, including our wedding cake, was fantastic, and any guests’ dietary restrictions were able to be accommodated. Our guests raved about the beauty of the venue, the great food, and the amazing staff. We can’t recommend Gold Mountain Golf Club highly enough.

Excellent team. Above and beyond.

I’m writing this for future brides and grooms as much as for the venue. More couples need to find this place! From the look on my husband’s face when we first arrived to tour, I knew this was our venue.

A few points of interest that sealed the deal for us: day-of captains are included with the price of the venue, catering menus were very forgiving but had range for those who want something more (and no extra cost for plated meals for guests with dietary needs), linens and tables are also included, the venue is stunning for both indoor and outdoor events, and they have an ample stock of wood rounds and candles available for your use! Quite a few to-do and budget items came off my list with one contract without sacrificing an ounce of quality. Our guests were also shuttled to the ceremony site by golf cart, which was fun and unique!

With that aside, here’s what really matters: every single person working here is a champion of their industry. Cheryl, the venue coordinator, was so communicative and accommodating wherever possible. She had ready answers for all our questions and went above and beyond to provide transparency and individualized care. It feels like an afterthought that we dealt with none of the shady business and hidden fees other venues were pulling because her style was so focused on the opposite. In fact, in the week leading up to our wedding, she was even attending a local educational conference with other venues and vendors, which to me showed such dedication to top-notch service.

Then there’s the day-of venue captains, Megan and Keira. I don’t know what we’d have done without them! When I got stung by a bee during our first look (spring weddings, am I right?), Keira was right on top of it with a baking soda mixture that brought the swelling and redness down before the ceremony. Totally undetectable in pictures, and the whole thing was forgotten within a half hour! When my husband got sap on his hands teasing pine cones out of my train (lace in the woods, oops, but it’s part of our story now!), Megan was quick with a solution by way of hand sanitizer. Really, there wasn’t a problem they couldn’t solve. I hope the venue knows how valuable this team is. We couldn’t stop talking about how happy we were that we went with this venue over my second choice, which would have left us to our own devices.

We have a couple family members who work in the wedding industry (not locally), and they kept saying they’d never seen a venue so organized and proactive. From Megan catching and directing vendors for setup before they had a chance to look confused, to the wait staff swooping in to clear tables before guests could wonder what to do with their dishes, every detail under their purview was handled without a thought from us. I personally struggled to release control of the planning and details, but on the big day I knew I could set that all aside and focus on the moment without a worry. Our guests enjoyed themselves immensely, and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing.

You don't have to be a golfer to enjoy this wonderful venue! I love decorating here and the "in the woods" ceremony location is perfect for that wooded feel but not far away from civilization. The staff are friendly and always available to help. there are lots of options for food and they taste pretty darn good too!
