Amazing team of individuals led by one of the kindest individuals I have ever met, Cheryl (venue coordinator). Cheryl always was quick to answer all of my questions, both prior to booking and after. The chef they have on site, who conducts the menu tasting & cooks the entire wedding meal, is fantastic. I have never had a wedding meal that tasted so fresh & actually tasted the same, if not better than at the menu tasting prior!! This venue is so cozy & is so easy to decorate, due to its already naturally appealing interior. They have flexible bar packages, are very reasonable in price considering that the cost includes the food, drinks, set up/tear down etc. The service team on day of were absolutely incredible, professional and really left an impact on all the guests. All this to say, my now husband and I plus our 105 guests had an amazing time here & would recommend this venue time and time again.

If you are looking for a romantic wedding venue for a smaller and more intimate wedding, this is your place! The staff here will take such great care of you and work tirelessly to make sure your day is as perfect as possible. As a wedding photographer, I always appreciate a venue that has a verity of places to take photos- and this place has so many lovely spots to take portraits and get a variety of looks. Please, do yourself a huge favor and book a tour to see the magic yourself!

Our wedding at Gold Mountain Golf Club could not have been better. The venue is beautiful, and the staff were amazing. Cheryl in particular was so great to work with and made the entire planning process stress-free. Our day-of captain Hannah was also helpful and made sure our vendors had everything they needed. Both the ceremony space and the reception space were set up exactly as planned when we arrived. The food, including our wedding cake, was fantastic, and any guests’ dietary restrictions were able to be accommodated. Our guests raved about the beauty of the venue, the great food, and the amazing staff. We can’t recommend Gold Mountain Golf Club highly enough.

I’m writing this for future brides and grooms as much as for the venue. More couples need to find this place! From the look on my husband’s face when we first arrived to tour, I knew this was our venue.

A few points of interest that sealed the deal for us: day-of captains are included with the price of the venue, catering menus were very forgiving but had range for those who want something more (and no extra cost for plated meals for guests with dietary needs), linens and tables are also included, the venue is stunning for both indoor and outdoor events, and they have an ample stock of wood rounds and candles available for your use! Quite a few to-do and budget items came off my list with one contract without sacrificing an ounce of quality. Our guests were also shuttled to the ceremony site by golf cart, which was fun and unique!

With that aside, here’s what really matters: every single person working here is a champion of their industry. Cheryl, the venue coordinator, was so communicative and accommodating wherever possible. She had ready answers for all our questions and went above and beyond to provide transparency and individualized care. It feels like an afterthought that we dealt with none of the shady business and hidden fees other venues were pulling because her style was so focused on the opposite. In fact, in the week leading up to our wedding, she was even attending a local educational conference with other venues and vendors, which to me showed such dedication to top-notch service.

Then there’s the day-of venue captains, Megan and Keira. I don’t know what we’d have done without them! When I got stung by a bee during our first look (spring weddings, am I right?), Keira was right on top of it with a baking soda mixture that brought the swelling and redness down before the ceremony. Totally undetectable in pictures, and the whole thing was forgotten within a half hour! When my husband got sap on his hands teasing pine cones out of my train (lace in the woods, oops, but it’s part of our story now!), Megan was quick with a solution by way of hand sanitizer. Really, there wasn’t a problem they couldn’t solve. I hope the venue knows how valuable this team is. We couldn’t stop talking about how happy we were that we went with this venue over my second choice, which would have left us to our own devices.

We have a couple family members who work in the wedding industry (not locally), and they kept saying they’d never seen a venue so organized and proactive. From Megan catching and directing vendors for setup before they had a chance to look confused, to the wait staff swooping in to clear tables before guests could wonder what to do with their dishes, every detail under their purview was handled without a thought from us. I personally struggled to release control of the planning and details, but on the big day I knew I could set that all aside and focus on the moment without a worry. Our guests enjoyed themselves immensely, and if I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a thing.

My husband and I are so very happy that we chose Gold Mountain Golf Club as our wedding venue. Jesse, the events planner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was very accommodating and forthcoming about pricing. She also had helpful tips for getting the utmost value out of our wedding experience. The staff was kind and helpful, they made the day go very smoothly. As far as the grounds, absolutely breaktaking. Highly recommend going for the "wedding in the woods" package. Our wedding felt like a wooded fairy tale. The venue space is off of the first tee-completely removed and quiet. It is surrounded by gorgeous sky-high ever green trees. It was beautiful. This venue had amazing food! All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the catering. I am so glad we chose this venue.

I could not say enough good things about this venue! Everyone from the first person we met to the last was incredibly helpful and nice. They did a great job! The food was delicious, I still have guest telling me they enjoyed the food. Their bartenders were amazing and created our signature drinks. We cannot thank Gold Mountain Golf Club enough for making our wedding day one of the best days of our lives!

We had such an amazing experience at Gold Mountain Golf Club. It was absolutely beautifully setup, and went down very smoothly the day of. All the before setup with the event staff was awesome and they were always happy to help or talk things out. Everyone we dealt with at Gold Mountain were always super friendly and helpful. The food was also amazing and tons of our guests brought up how good the food was afterwards. We are so happy that we chose this venue, and highly recommend.

Gold Mountain Golf Club was our wedding venue for our 4/14 wedding. It was amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better day. Jesse did a great job of walking us through the process, and answering all of our questions. On our wedding day everything was already set up when I arrived with my maid of honor and parents. The day of event coordinator was SO helpful. She even loaned me her jacket so I didn't get cold/wet traveling to the woods ceremony (we kept our ceremony outside, and bought tents). Gold Mountain also worked my vendors on set up, etc. so I could just focus on getting ready and spending time with my friends and family. They even have napkins with a fold and color of your choice at every seat at the reception. I could not recommend this venue more for being reasonably priced, incredibly helpful, and going above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect for your wedding. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I had our wedding here on 8/19/2017. We had our wedding ceremony in the woods and our reception in the Olympic room. It was absolutely perfect!

Jesse is by far the best person to work with there! She's very easy to talk to. Very professional and very funny! Jesse kept in touch with me since day one. Which we booked a year out. She sent me pictures of things for decorations, and answered all the questions I had (which was A LOT!).

We had our wedding coordinator and her name was Cheryl, and she was wonderful! She was my rock that day! If something was stressing me out at all she would handle it. She talked to whoever unneeded her to, she found things that went missing. And she was able to get me to sit down and eat!!!! I told her I was hangry and that was her mission to get me some food! She made me feel so special because she kept calling me stunning and beautiful. She was very professional, personable and lovely.

I want to thank everyone at gold mountain. You guys rocked my socks off! And made our wedding very special.

My daughter's wedding was held at this venue on Sunday, July 16, 2017. Everything went picture-perfect: From the wedding-in-the-woods set up, reception set up, staff on site all day to take care of our every need, & amazing food. They went out of their way to make sure the day was wonderful! Kudos to Jesse & the entire staff!!

We're having our wedding at the Gold Mountain Golf Club on October 1st, and have loved our experience with them so far! The golf club's scenery is absolutely breath-taking and the reception room is beautiful-- perfect if you're having a rustic wedding. Our wedding coordinator, Trista, has been so helpful through the whole process. She has a lot of connections with businesses who provide wedding cakes, DJ's, officiants, etc., that she offered to contact for us. I can tell she really cares about making our wedding day as wonderful and smooth-running as possible. The venue is an excellent price for the quality and all that is included in the package. Also, the food is delicious!

Trista did an AMAZING job with our wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful!

It was a little rocky at the beginning with the event coordinator that was in place when we originally booked the venue, but once Trista Ortiz took over it was smooth sailing. Trista was responsive and took great care in answering all of our questions. She was there every step of the way giving guidance and suggestions when they were needed. When it came time to run the rehearsal Trista helped out. The day of the wedding could not have been anymore magnificent and I attribute that to her knowledge and expertise. I would recommend Gold Mountain to anyone who was looking to get married. It was an amazing experience.

Great communication from the very beginning, trustworthy and reliable, flexible with catering to our needs and requests. GREAT STAFF! The whole staff - from the event coordinators to the set up to the chefs - were all so helpful and sweet, and they all helped make our wedding day special.

The team at Gold Mountain is experienced and professional and kind. They did a flawless job during the entire event from start to finish. The food was delicious; the day of captains kept us organized; the staff worked hard and followed through on our requests. Cheryl was easy to work with and responded to our endless questions promptly. The ceremony in the woods was magical. The indoor/outdoor reception facility was spacious and gorgeous and comfortable. The bridal suite was critical - which we had underestimated. They could use a second room for the groomsmen, but we made it work.

The wedding went off without a hitch thanks in large part to Event Coordinator, Trista Ortiz, and the staff at Gold Mountain Golf Club. They were always quick to respond with any questions and were extremely flexible with our requests. Only one issue with the bartender aroused during the reception but the staff in charge quickly solved the issue and profusely apologized for the bartender's behavior and the inconvenience. Beautiful venue, amazing support staff, and great value for a tight budget. Definitely recommend! Thanks Gold Mountain Gold Club!

First things first, Jesse is amazing! She is the events manager at the golf course and you will come to love her during your planning stages. We are inquisitive people and planners at heart, and Jesse was always available to answer ALL of our questions. With a broken wrist, she even demonstrated the different napkin folds and helped serve our menu tasting. With that out of the way... the rest of the venue staff is equally amazing.

We had two people help during our wedding and they did way more than expected. From helping direct our procession to cleaning up broken glass on the dance floor (oops!), they were pros. The bartenders handled our signature drink with ease and the staff were present and available, but not obtrusive. It was everything you could ask for in a venue.

And the value?! Oh boy, what a deal at Gold Mountain. In the gorgeous hills outside of Bremerton, the venue feels remote but with the amenities of a five-star hotel in the city. With on-site catering and dessert options (Anne who does cupcakes doesn't have a place to leave reviews, but she's seriously incredible), it's an all-in-one package that makes an affordable wedding feel like "an intimate celebrity wedding," as one of our guests described. Everything was set up when we arrived for final decorations, and they helped explain the sound system, the cart rentals and clean-up processes with us. For what you pay, it's incredible how much support staff they have to assist you.

Get ready for your guests to be jealous they didn't find this place first! I was against getting married at a golf course because they all feel the same to me but my now husband convinced me to take a look and wow he right. The Wedding in the Woods area felt like we walked right into a magical forest and the reception area has killer views and a flexible floor plan. The food is good, the staff is so friendly and helpful and everything is super affordable.
