Evergreen Meadows was the ONLY venue my (now) husband was excited about. The scenery truly speaks for itself and all our out of town guests were lucky to experience such a beautiful day in Washington. It was truly a perfect day and the venue definitely set the scene for that. I didn't feel like I had to overly decorate because the greenery and florals did the job for us. When we visited, Lori provided a folder of helpful information and we even found our DJ through their preferred vendor list. This is an entirely outdoor venue (exception of the getting ready suites and bathrooms) which means you should plan your wedding date during reliable weather. There is a $300 fee to use a caterer that is not on their preferred list, which is unfortunate because it could take away from doing what you really want. We paid the fee, which was ultimately worth it, because there is no oven onsite and the preferred caterers either wanted you to pay to bring an oven onsite or bring fully cooked food to the venue and reheat. Music must stop at 9PM, and this isn't the venues fault, but surrounding neighbors. It's hard to stop the party so early when the sun it out until 10PM. This is truly such a special venue and it would make any brides day a dream if it is the aesthetic for you!

We are so happy that we found River Valley Oasis for our wedding venue. The venue itself is thoughtfully designed, and the peaceful, private setting allows the natural beauty of the location to shine. From the very beginning, Jamie and James were quick to respond to our inquiries, helpful in answering all of our questions, and extremely friendly throughout the planning process. You can tell that running this venue is truly a labor of love, with all of the small touches that they have added, which make this venue feel so special. Our wedding day felt truly magical due to the natural beauty and serene setting of the venue. It was perfect.

If you’re looking for a venue that combines natural beauty with exceptional service, Olympic View Estates (OVE) is the place! The moment we saw OVE during the Snohomish Wedding Guild Tour, we were captivated by the unique and charming property and we knew it was the perfect venue for our large but intimate summer wedding and reception. OVE offers stunning views of the mountains and the surrounding landscape, which made for a breathtaking backdrop during our ceremony. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the landscaping and the natural beauty. We decorated minimally and still had an elegant look. The reception space was equally amazing, offering both indoor and covered outdoor options, which allowed our guests to enjoy the beautiful summer evening while celebrating with us. This is a kid friendly site. Guests with children really enjoyed the play area and space for their children to be children!!! Parking and a parking attendant was included with our rental. We are proud to have chosen a venue that was accessible to those with mobility problems. There is a ramp to the stadium style seating ceremony area and ADA compliant restrooms. We also enjoyed the private bathroom for the bride near the bridal cottage. Being able to choose our vendors was a nice option! Pam and Trent were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout the entire planning process, answering all our questions and making sure every detail was taken care of. They took the time to understand our vision and on the day of the wedding everything ran seamlessly. Trent was amazing the day of our wedding. He stayed nearby to answer questions for vendors, assist with things, and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. We are so thankful for his flexibility and helping out at the end of the night. If you’re looking for a venue with a perfect blend of stunning scenery, excellent service, and a flexible space to bring your wedding vision to life, Olympic View Estates is the place to be. Our wedding day was more magical than we could have ever imagined, and we are so grateful we chose this incredible venue! The venue truly has it all—the atmosphere, the views, the service, and the flexibility to tailor the experience to our vision.

We booked with Cedarbrook in early 2019, but finally got married April 2022! Cedarbrook was amazing working with us and allowing us to postpone our wedding multiple times. They now have Cassandra as the wedding coordinator, but we also worked alot with Whitney. The Venue is beautiful. Lots of photo locations, cherry blossoms, and tall trees. It truly feels like a hidden gem. I personally never noticed planes flying above at all. They also offer great indoor and outdoor ceremony and coco Lysol hour locations Food was delicious. We did the classic buffet for our guests. However they don’t offer a tasting for the food, and you have to use their in house restaurant Copperleaf. However you can make specific food requests for extra fee. Setting up the Room Block was a bit frustrating, and the discount was only $20 off the $200 rooms, but again, they were very flexible helping us look up names of guests when the group code wasn’t working, and extending the cutoff date. Warning for videographer, probably can’t get drone footage since you are so close to the airport. All that said I absolutely loved my wedding at Cedarbrook and I feel they did the MOST in making me feel comfortable and excited for the big day!

We had the pleasure of celebrating at Falling Water Wedding, and it was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we knew we were in good hands. The venue's natural beauty, combined with its elegant charm, provided the perfect backdrop for our once in a life time celebration. The staff was exceptional - attentive, organized, and dedicated to ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. Our coordinator, Lauren, was an absolute rockstar! She worked tirelessly to bring our vision to life, and her expertise and guidance were invaluable. The food and beverage service was outstanding, with our guests raving about the delicious cuisine and exceptional service. The venue's flexibility and accommodations for our special requests were also greatly appreciated. What truly sets Falling Water Wedding apart, however, is its unique blend of nature, sophistication, and genuine hospitality. Our special day was truly unforgettable, and we owe a great debt of gratitude to the entire team for helping make our special day so magical. A dream come true! We are so happy that we had our wedding at Rock Creek Gardens. The venue is simply stunning. It gives elegance, warmth and intimacy, and beautifully manicured English/PNW garden vibes - all of which we could not wait to share with our guests. We also hired Amber as our coordinator through the venue, and she was amazing to work with. She was accommodating, kind, responsive, asked great questions, provided constructive feedback to our ideas, fully understood and delivered our vision, and most importantly to us, was inclusive and supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. The same goes for the rest of the RCG staff, who were great each time we visited the venue. The day of our wedding (mid-September), we were even lucky enough to have a clear sunny day so that Mount Rainier was visible from the wedding party house and terrace where we had our cocktail hour. It was also convenient that RCG has bathrooms, tables, chairs, and a beautiful (and large) linen draped tent with chandeliers that you can use, along with a large parking lot for easy access for all of your guests. We would highly recommend considering RCG for your wedding venue, you will be happy you did.

Samantha Segaline was incredible in helping us with our wedding at Ohme Gardens. She was always very responsive to my emails/calls and assisted in any way she could. She truly made our wedding day very special. Ohme Gardens is an incredible spot for a "forest wedding." I remember the very first time I visited Ohme Gardens, I immediately said, "this is where I want to get married" and I am so glad that years later, it actually came true. The gardens are so beautiful, the views are amazing and the staff is incredible!!

We had such an amazing wedding at Northwest Trek!! Kayla was incredible to work with. She really put her heart into making sure our day was special. Every member of the Trek team we interacted with was so helpful and kind. Our guests had such a great time on the Wild Drive and exploring the park. Highly recommend to any couples looking for a beautiful location, little more laid back and lots of activities for guests to enjoy.

I can’t say enough good things about this venue. Besides the fact that it is utterly gorgeous and teeming with picture-perfect backdrops, the family that runs the place is a joy to work with. Deni and her family have put so much love and hard work into their venue to make it a fantastic experience for their guests. The venue has tons of space and little nooks and crannies for guests to walk around, sit down and socialize (e.g. multiple lounge seating areas throughout), and even space to play (their big lawn is perfect for volleyball, corn hole, or any other lawn games you may wish to bring). We received so many compliments all night long about how cute the whole place was. Also, the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Pub were excellent places to get ready in. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and designed with care. It was simply the perfect wedding venue for a boho, rustic, garden-party style event. One thing I want to call attention to in case anyone reads older reviews: Maroni Meadows used to only have porta potties for guests, but this spring (2024) they installed a lovely new bathroom (two stalls on each side for men and women). So don’t fret, you will have toilet facilities for your guests! Also—they do not have a kitchen or any kind of power for anyone but your DJ/music. Take this into consideration when looking for a caterer. I highly recommend choosing one of their preferred caterers that is familiar with the venue’s limitations so that this isn’t an issue. Our caterer (Alexa’s Cafe in Bothell) has worked there many times so it was no problem for us, but something to be aware of. Deni’s day-of coordination was also well worth it as she made sure we stuck to our timeline and that everything just went smoothly. From all the emails back and forth over many months, to the rehearsal, to everything on the big day, I truly felt like Deni was completely invested in making sure that our day was a success. Not an easy feat when you consider how many weddings they put on each season! By booking with Maroni Meadows, you have to use their in-house bartending service (run by Deni’s daughter, Rian) called Bottoms Up. Rian is a complete professional and did an excellent job bartending that night, as well as keeping in constant communication for all the little things leading up to the day. Seriously, if you want a magical wedding day, have your wedding at Maroni Meadows! We are so, SO glad we did.
