Melissa and the team did such an amazing job to make sure our day was as special as could be! The most beautiful greenery and space for both reception and ceremony. So easy to work with and made day of the wedding a breeze- love love love how everything turned out and so happy to have found Evergeen Meadows for our special day❤️

I wish I could put the magical experience of Evergreen Meadows into words but I fear nothing I say could adequately capture it. Everything about this place impressed me from the moment my fiancee and I walked in to meet Melissa for our venue tour. The location is perfect for an outdoor wedding - it's a little drive from Issaquah which feels like a destination wedding, but its only 10 minutes from the freeway. Our wedding was in the end of August and the surrounding trees kept it cool while the openness of the property grounds radiated the summer sun. Evergreen has EVERYTHING you could need or want or need. The bridal and groomsmen's suites are perfect for getting ready in, the grounds are meticulously groomed while keeping the whimsical forest garden wedding vibe. The walkway from the bridal suite to the ceremony area is literally cinematic. The cocktail area is delightful with the vintage fountain and string lights -- PERFECT place for yard games (which can be rented or brought in yourself), the reception area can fit large parties, the bar cart is absolutely adorable, we had mocktails and infused waters set up there and everyone loved the self-serve feel. I didn't make it into the bathrooms because I used the bridal suite but I got excellent feedback from the guests about how nice they are. Katrina (the owner of the property and a day-of coordinator / event company) is an absolute rockstar, literally has everything for every potential mishap at her fingertips and is absolutely worth trying to reserve for your coordinator because she knows everything about the property and exactly how to arrange things to make your vision come true. My husband and I were just blown away by this experience and if we could give 10 stars we would. Magical is the only word that comes close. We love Evergreen Meadows!

We looked at 2 other outdoor venues for an August wedding. The other venues had no tents or any other back up plan for inclement weather. This is extremely important!! Evergreen Meadows had everything we were looking for. The property was gorgeous, the dressing rooms for the bridal party were like a suite in a major hotel, with all the amenities. Plus, it was tented. I would not look or hesitate to book this for your dream outdoor wedding. EVERYTHING THAT WE EXPECTED!! GORGEOUS!! In addition, we used the on site wedding coordinator and florist, Katrina Allen. She was the best!! I had no worries as she took care of all details. She guided me into the hiring of the vendors, which you want. Dependable and reliable!

Evergreen meadows was a breath of fresh air during the venue search process. In a world of constant upcharges and nickel-and-dime-ing, Evergreen Meadows was straightforward and upfront. We wanted a venue that felt woodsy and secluded, with onsite bridal and grooms suites, with chairs/tables included, and flexible vendor allowances. Evergreen checked all of the boxes. We ended up using their on-site coordinating and floral business, Love Blooms, which made it extremely simple as they were familiar with every aspect of the venue already. We also saved on delivery costs! Everything about our day was perfect, in large part to this venue. The best part was that their prices were extremely reasonable compared to other venues. Highly recommend.

From the moment we toured the venue to the sparkler send-off the evening of our wedding, the entire Evergreen Meadows experience was absolutely perfect. The venue itself is incredibly stunning, the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was! What truly made this the best experience for us though is the people. The staff are so kind and thoughtful, organized, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect! Katrina and Melissa at Evergreen Meadows, in conjunction with Erin at Love Blooms, made the planning process feel so much less stressful, and together they made our wedding dreams a reality.

This venue did an AMAZING job. I got married July 25th 2025 and it was the best day of my life. Katrina who works for love bloom, and was my wedding coordinator did perfect. She made my vision come true, she made my wedding day memorable. Erin was also amazing, she was my rock! She gave us tours, final detail meetings, helped me out a ton, and again made my vision come true. This venue is perfect, if you want your dream wedding that you’ve had in your head since you were 5, this is where to book it. The forestry, the nature, everything is just gorgeous!

I never had envisioned a "dream wedding" or gave my wedding much thought besides knowing that one day I will be marrying my better half. This venue changed that! This was one of the first venues my husband and I toured, and we knew early on that this was it. We continued to search around just to make sure we've given other locations a chance, but they just didn't offer the openness, nature, greenery, and hospitality that Evergreen Meadows offered. Our coordinator, Erin, was outright flawless. As a bride who really didn't have an extensive list of requirements or expectations - Erin understood the assignment and still executed everything to my standards. She was so understanding and flexible, and just a smart gal to have in your corner on your wedding day. The owners of the venue, Lori and Russ were also so amazing. Lori is so organized, and Russ is almost always out on the venue working on something. They take pride in their work, and it shows. I actually just received photos back from my photographer today, and they are absolutely amazing. Besides all our family and friends looking perfect - the venue as the background is exactly what I envisioned.

I absolutley LOVED this venue! The bridal and grooms suites made getting ready such a breeze. There are big open fields we could walk around while getting ready. The bridal suite was great for my larger group and the hair/makeup artists loved the space! The grooms suite was great too, we brought cornhole and Mario kart for the guys to play while getting ready. I also loved the outdoorsy feeling while we were there. The open fields and trees lent for such good pictures! Then the tent for the reception was beautiful! I felt like the day was so seamless. They also worked well with the hotel shuttle from Snoqualmie Falls to ensure smooth guest transfer. I got several compliments on the venue and convenience it had for guests. I can say enough how much I loved this place!

My husband and I got married here on June 14 and it was perfect!

The venue was beautiful and everything was set up and run so smoothly by the venue team. You can't beat the ceremony space with the arbor and the bride and groom suites have plenty of room for getting ready. We had around 120 guests and everyone fit very comfortably under the tent for the reception. We also had many out of town guests so it was great that the venue is so close to places for people to stay and not too far from the airport.

During the entire planning process from our initial tour to wedding day, everyone we worked with was extremely responsive and helpful. I can't recommend this venue enough for an outdoor wedding!

My husband and I got married here on June 15th!! The venue was absolutely magical. It was the beginning of winter when we toured and it was gorgeous then. But the way the venue transfers in the warmer months is just breathtaking. Our special day was so wonderful and I’m so glad we got to have it at this beautiful PNW venue.

Erin was so helpful! They were super open to us using our own vendors for food/DJ/bartending/wedding coordinator. My bridesmaids and I did our own bouquets and floral arrangements, however we used Love Blooms for the arbor and boutonnières. I initially planned to do my own makeup, but I decided to reach out to Katie Marie Artistry (venue partnered makeup artist) and it was everything I could have wanted for my wedding makeup. Wanna Every single touch was perfect. My husband and father-in-law initially had concerns regarding sound volume due to the noise limit, but they were immediately relieved. The sound level for the ceremony and reception was perfect.
