This venue did an AMAZING job. I got married July 25th 2025 and it was the best day of my life. Katrina who works for love bloom, and was my wedding coordinator did perfect. She made my vision come true, she made my wedding day memorable. Erin was also amazing, she was my rock! She gave us tours, final detail meetings, helped me out a ton, and again made my vision come true. This venue is perfect, if you want your dream wedding that you’ve had in your head since you were 5, this is where to book it. The forestry, the nature, everything is just gorgeous! -

I never had envisioned a "dream wedding" or gave my wedding much thought besides knowing that one day I will be marrying my better half. This venue changed that! This was one of the first venues my husband and I toured, and we knew early on that this was it. We continued to search around just to make sure we've given other locations a chance, but they just didn't offer the openness, nature, greenery, and hospitality that Evergreen Meadows offered. Our coordinator, Erin, was outright flawless. As a bride who really didn't have an extensive list of requirements or expectations - Erin understood the assignment and still executed everything to my standards. She was so understanding and flexible, and just a smart gal to have in your corner on your wedding day. The owners of the venue, Lori and Russ were also so amazing. Lori is so organized, and Russ is almost always out on the venue working on something. They take pride in their work, and it shows. I actually just received photos back from my photographer today, and they are absolutely amazing. Besides all our family and friends looking perfect - the venue as the background is exactly what I envisioned. -

I absolutley LOVED this venue! The bridal and grooms suites made getting ready such a breeze. There are big open fields we could walk around while getting ready. The bridal suite was great for my larger group and the hair/makeup artists loved the space! The grooms suite was great too, we brought cornhole and Mario kart for the guys to play while getting ready. I also loved the outdoorsy feeling while we were there. The open fields and trees lent for such good pictures! Then the tent for the reception was beautiful! I felt like the day was so seamless. They also worked well with the hotel shuttle from Snoqualmie Falls to ensure smooth guest transfer. I got several compliments on the venue and convenience it had for guests. I can say enough how much I loved this place! -

My husband and I got married here on June 14 and it was perfect!
The venue was beautiful and everything was set up and run so smoothly by the venue team. You can't beat the ceremony space with the arbor and the bride and groom suites have plenty of room for getting ready. We had around 120 guests and everyone fit very comfortably under the tent for the reception. We also had many out of town guests so it was great that the venue is so close to places for people to stay and not too far from the airport.
During the entire planning process from our initial tour to wedding day, everyone we worked with was extremely responsive and helpful. I can't recommend this venue enough for an outdoor wedding! -

My husband and I got married here on June 15th!! The venue was absolutely magical. It was the beginning of winter when we toured and it was gorgeous then. But the way the venue transfers in the warmer months is just breathtaking. Our special day was so wonderful and I’m so glad we got to have it at this beautiful PNW venue.
Erin was so helpful! They were super open to us using our own vendors for food/DJ/bartending/wedding coordinator. My bridesmaids and I did our own bouquets and floral arrangements, however we used Love Blooms for the arbor and boutonnières. I initially planned to do my own makeup, but I decided to reach out to Katie Marie Artistry (venue partnered makeup artist) and it was everything I could have wanted for my wedding makeup. Wanna Every single touch was perfect. My husband and father-in-law initially had concerns regarding sound volume due to the noise limit, but they were immediately relieved. The sound level for the ceremony and reception was perfect.
A huge thanks to the team at Evergreen Meadows for making our special day even more special. -

Beautiful Venue, absolutely would reccomend!
The venue is in an absolutely beautiful, quiet location that was perfect for our wedding. there's plenty of space for people to enjoy themselves, and plenty of nature around for photo opportunities. The staff there were always friendly and pleasant to work with, and were very responsive with any questions we had leading up to the wedding. The bride's suite and grooms suite were both excellent, and had plenty of space for the whole bridal party to get ready in. We were absolutely satisfied with Evergreen Meadows, and would highly recommend it! -

My husband and I had our wedding here in May, and WOW how in awe we were of the grandeur and beauty of this venue! Simply gorgeous; it felt both grand and intimate at the perfect moments and was photo worthy anywhere we walked (so dreamy)!
The venue is well landscaped/sectioned (between bride’s/groom’s suites, ceremony, reception, etc.), and the wonderful staff arranged it in such a way that our smaller wedding (40-50 guests) felt just right. We really appreciated the ease and abundance of parking for guests, and the convenient location (only a few minutes away from the breathtaking Snoqualmie Falls).
Erin was such a pleasure to communicate with through the entire process, helped our wedding vision come to life, and kept our wedding running smoothly (despite the rain that poured on our wedding day!).
We are so grateful to have gotten married here and would highly recommend to anyone seeking a venue that highlights the beauty of the PNW! -

N + L Wedding!
Our wedding at Evergreen Meadows couldn’t have gone more smoothly! When it rained the whole day when it wasn’t expected, Evergreen Meadows still put up all the chairs at the outside ceremony part just in case the rain might let up. Communication with the venue was easy and they were responsive with all of our questions. It was really nice being able to visit the venue as many times as we wanted to help create the vision. The venue is beautifully maintained year around with so many cute areas to take photos. We love this venue and highly recommend! -

Wonderful wedding day!
We loved having our wedding here! The getting ready suites were perfect in every way! The different locations were wonderful for photos!
Our day rained off and on but the staff were super accommodating with moving furniture and providing alternatives! -

Evergreen Meadows was the first venue we toured, and then the only! We fell in love with the space immediately and knew it was where we wanted to get married. It has an elevated backyard wedding vibe. We really appreciated that the venue came with everything we needed - getting ready suites, covered reception area with dance floor, bathrooms, tables and chairs, and gorgeous landscape for photos. We had a small wedding of around 30 guests, but the space still felt like the perfect size. We liked the division between ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc. With lots of photo opportunities! It is a beautiful property and was a dream to get married there. -

The owner, Lori, is very helpful and accommodating in planning your wedding. They have a florist on site with tons of decorations that makes everything more simple. The venue itself is beautiful and well kept. Our guests truly enjoyed being there. There are a couple things like a few tables that are not fully stable and a couple bricks that aren't fully secured. However, these items are not anything to base your decision on. Think Beauty, price, location, and service. -

Perfect Venue for the PNW
Nestled behind the famous Snoqualmie Falls Evergreen Meadows is the perfect venue if you are looking for PNW vibes. We had about 80 guests and there was plenty of space for all of them. Both the bride and groom getting ready area was set up fantastically and very comfortably fit out very large bridal party and hair and make up team (15 people total.) They had everything we needed and more! The venue space itself if beautiful and you barely need any decor to make this venue shine because of the natural beauty. Lots of parking and was super easy for guests to find. The only feedback I had would be when looking at dates to book (for really any washignton venue) most venues have to shut down music because of local noise ordinances so be sure that you re mindful of the week you book. We had out wedding the same week as the summer solstice and we ended up wanting to stay longer because the sun was setting at 9:15 and this venue is INCREDIBLE in the sunset!!!! Obviously the lighting because of the time of year was not in the venues control but WOW they picked a great setting for a venue. The owners were lovely to work with and have been in the industry a long time and really have a special eye for things that make a venue easier to handle from a brides perspective. All my vendors also commented about how amazing the set up was for them! If I had to do it all over again I would 10/10 choose evergreen meadows! -

I couldn't have imagined a better place to get married. The scenery is stunning and is perfect for outdoor photos. The venue owner is beyond helpful and friendly. All of our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about her and the venue. I would definitely recommend.Evergreen Meadows's reply:

Evergreen Meadows was exactly what we wanted for our outdoor wedding. The grounds were lovely and we just loved how there were so many different pockets to take photos without needing to go elsewhere. Lori made it so easy for us and Katrina was great at keeping us organized because we were doing all of our wedding planning from out of state. We're so lucky to have found this gem of a place. -

Evergreen Meadows was an amazing venue for my wedding of about 100 people. Our wedding was on one of the hottest days of the year but with a 4:30 ceremony on a Friday, the only serious sun we got was during the ceremony. The multiple shade sources kept our guests cool. We had many family and friends visiting from around the country and they all loved how beautiful our venue was and commented on how relaxed our wedding felt which was our goal!
Lori was great in planning and providing helpful recommendations for the venue and the wedding itself. Our day of coordinator didn't have any issues working with her and she was always responsive to emails and phone calls.
Also, our photos turned out great. Our photographer and videographer were really impressed and commented multiple times that the venue thought of everything. -

Hidden gem in Snoqualmie!
This venue was BEAUTIFUL and a perfect spot to have our ceremony for our wedding day. They have the cutest rooms for the wedding parties to hangout before walking down the aisle and a couple of different options for the ceremony setup Which we were very thankful for since it ended up raining during our ceremony. I couldn’t have asked for better staff to work with as well - they were flexible in working with our needs. Highly recommend! -

Evergreen meadows is absolutely stunning! I booked it without doing an in person tour and I did not regret it at all. A month before the wedding I went out for a set up tour and was even more baffled by the beauty. The grounds are well kept, they have separate getting ready spaces for the wedding party and so many other amenities you can add on. They have a floral business as well as different decor you can rent (umbrellas to rent if it rains!). The drive out is absolutely stunning and the different evergreen trees make for beautiful photos. We could not have been happier with how our day went. We had amazing staff help us throughout the entire process and were amazing with all of my random questions along the way! -

Evergreen Meadows was the ONLY venue my (now) husband was excited about. The scenery truly speaks for itself and all our out of town guests were lucky to experience such a beautiful day in Washington. It was truly a perfect day and the venue definitely set the scene for that. I didn't feel like I had to overly decorate because the greenery and florals did the job for us. When we visited, Lori provided a folder of helpful information and we even found our DJ through their preferred vendor list. This is an entirely outdoor venue (exception of the getting ready suites and bathrooms) which means you should plan your wedding date during reliable weather. There is a $300 fee to use a caterer that is not on their preferred list, which is unfortunate because it could take away from doing what you really want. We paid the fee, which was ultimately worth it, because there is no oven onsite and the preferred caterers either wanted you to pay to bring an oven onsite or bring fully cooked food to the venue and reheat. Music must stop at 9PM, and this isn't the venues fault, but surrounding neighbors. It's hard to stop the party so early when the sun it out until 10PM. This is truly such a special venue and it would make any brides day a dream if it is the aesthetic for you! -

Evergreen Meadows was incredibly helpful during our wedding process. Planning a pandemic wedding is not easy, and the Evergreen Meadows staff were amazing during this process! They answered all of our questions with great detail, and were so flexible with our rehearsal dates. They give a discount to their sister company, Love Blooms, if you book the venue. This honestly helped me a great deal with flowers for my bridal party. Our wedding day was beyond what we could have imagined. Lori so kindly gave my nephew a baby car to play with so we could all set up without having to worry about him. This gesture was so small but it spoke volumes to us. The venue has various spots for pictures and is just absolutely stunning. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the brick walkway. There were a handful of bricks throughout the walkway that were loose and not fully set in all the way. So whenever people walked on them the brick would easily come out of place. However, I believe this is an easy fix. Overall, Evergreen Meadows proved that they are willing to collaborate and support you on your vision for your wedding. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place. -

Lori is the owners mother, we never saw the owner, only dealt with Lori.
From the start, the venue had trouble keeping track of our paperwork, was not responsive, and couldn't give us a real idea of what was going on through the prepping process. We wanted to work with them to make sure one of our relatives who uses a wheelchair had an accessible bathroom, and Lori wouldn't give us any options and suggested they simply wear adult diapers. Eventually she talked to the owner and they agreed to put a grab bar in the bridal suite bathroom. This was something, and much more than we expected after over a month of back and forth with Lori. But for anyone with a lot of older family members, this venue is not ADA accessible or compliant in a number of ways beyond just the bathroom situation. Other than that, we were told that we wouldn't see or need to worry about Lori on the wedding day, but at various points in the evening she was lurking in the corner with her arms crossed just staring which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable.
With all of the disorganization and lack of professionalism aside, we had an amazing day at a beautiful venue, but I wouldn't advise trying to deal with this venue unless you have a wedding planner to do it for you (we did not have a planner.) the only other thing is that the amount of access time at the venue felt pretty short for how expensive it is, as nobody is allowed on the property before 10am, and the music has to end by 9pm, which felt a little early to me, but to each their own.Evergreen Meadows's reply:
