  Beautiful venue

  Evergreen Meadows was the first venue we toured, and then the only! We fell in love with the space immediately and knew it was where we wanted to get married. It has an elevated backyard wedding vibe. We really appreciated that the venue came with everything we needed - getting ready suites, covered reception area with dance floor, bathrooms, tables and chairs, and gorgeous landscape for photos. We had a small wedding of around 30 guests, but the space still felt like the perfect size. We liked the division between ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc. With lots of photo opportunities! It is a beautiful property and was a dream to get married there.

  Most Amazing and Beautiful Venue

  
  Evergreen Meadows was truly the best! They were kind, helpful, and made our day the best it possibly could have been. I cannot recommend them enough! It was the most beautiful venue and it is run so well. Lori in particular was so incredibly nice and helpful.

  Beautiful, spacious, just a good place to say " I do"

  Lori was very nice to work with. She was very flexible and answered all my questions. The day of she was there if I needed her, but she didn't hover. I loved that it had a nice long walk way. And lots of room in the girls house to get ready. The guys house was a total bachelor pad with a TV and dart board. There was air conditioning in both the girls and guys houses. Anything you want just ask Lori and she will work something out with you to make your day as special as you want it.

  Lori was very nice to work with. She was very flexible and answered all my questions. The day of she was there if I needed her, but she didn't hover. I loved that it had a nice long walk way.   Great Outdoor Venue

  We had our wedding at Evergreen Meadows at the end of June 2022. It was a hot day so the A/C units in the getting ready rooms were very appreciated. There was a ton of shade later in the day from the trees on the property which helped when guests arrived. Having the venue for the whole day was awesome and removed some of the stress from the day as we had plenty of time to set up and take pictures before our ceremony. The grounds were in great condition, and everything looked beautiful. We had ~120 guests and never felt cramped. Lori was helpful throughout the day answering any questions we had. We highly recommend this venue for a couple who is looking for an outdoor wedding with a lot of greenery and a place to get ready.

  A Great Wedding Venue Choice

  The owner, Lori, is very helpful and accommodating in planning your wedding. They have a florist on site with tons of decorations that makes everything more simple. The venue itself is beautiful and well kept. Our guests truly enjoyed being there. There are a couple things like a few tables that are not fully stable and a couple bricks that aren't fully secured. However, these items are not anything to base your decision on. Think Beauty, price, location, and service.

  Absolutely beautiful venue

  I couldn't have imagined a better place to get married. The scenery is stunning and is perfect for outdoor photos. The venue owner is beyond helpful and friendly. All of our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about her and the venue. I would definitely recommend.

  Perfect Venue for the PNW

  Nestled behind the famous Snoqualmie Falls Evergreen Meadows is the perfect venue if you are looking for PNW vibes. We had about 80 guests and there was plenty of space for all of them. Both the bride and groom getting ready area was set up fantastically and very comfortably fit out very large bridal party and hair and make up team (15 people total.) They had everything we needed and more! The venue space itself if beautiful and you barely need any decor to make this venue shine because of the natural beauty. Lots of parking and was super easy for guests to find. The only feedback I had would be when looking at dates to book (for really any washignton venue) most venues have to shut down music because of local noise ordinances so be sure that you re mindful of the week you book. We had out wedding the same week as the summer solstice and we ended up wanting to stay longer because the sun was setting at 9:15 and this venue is INCREDIBLE in the sunset!!!! Obviously the lighting because of the time of year was not in the venues control but WOW they picked a great setting for a venue. The owners were lovely to work with and have been in the industry a long time and really have a special eye for things that make a venue easier to handle from a brides perspective. All my vendors also commented about how amazing the set up was for them! If I had to do it all over again I would 10/10 choose evergreen meadows!

  Beautiful Venue

  Evergreen Meadows was exactly what we wanted for our outdoor wedding. The grounds were lovely and we just loved how there were so many different pockets to take photos without needing to go elsewhere. Lori made it so easy for us and Katrina was great at keeping us organized because we were doing all of our wedding planning from out of state. We're so lucky to have found this gem of a place.

  Hidden gem in Snoqualmie!

  This venue was BEAUTIFUL and a perfect spot to have our ceremony for our wedding day. They have the cutest rooms for the wedding parties to hangout before walking down the aisle and a couple of different options for the ceremony setup Which we were very thankful for since it ended up raining during our ceremony. I couldn’t have asked for better staff to work with as well - they were flexible in working with our needs. Highly recommend!

  Outstanding Venue

  Evergreen Meadows was an amazing venue for my wedding of about 100 people. Our wedding was on one of the hottest days of the year but with a 4:30 ceremony on a Friday, the only serious sun we got was during the ceremony. The multiple shade sources kept our guests cool. We had many family and friends visiting from around the country and they all loved how beautiful our venue was and commented on how relaxed our wedding felt which was our goal!
  
  Lori was great in planning and providing helpful recommendations for the venue and the wedding itself. Our day of coordinator didn't have any issues working with her and she was always responsive to emails and phone calls.
  
  Also, our photos turned out great. Our photographer and videographer were really impressed and commented multiple times that the venue thought of everything.

  A Day To Remember

  Everything from start to finish on our wedding day was incredible. Especially since we planned everything within three days. Their venue is so beautiful. Definitely recommend this venue for your special day.

  Amazing Venue & Staff

  The team at Evergreen Meadows was amazing!! They helped put my daughters wedding together in 5 days. We had to move our venue last minute due to Covid and the staff worked so hard to put everything together for us. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work in making the wedding perfect. Even thou it rained on our day, Evergreen Meadows venue was amazing, truly a NW beautiful place to have a wedding. Love Bloom Events designed our floral arrangements and they were perfect. Thank you again for turning our panic into a wedding that was beautiful beyond our dreams.

  Whimsical venue, wonderful to work with

  Anyone who has tried to salvage a marriage celebration during COVID knows that nothing goes according to plan, and has to be ready to face a bit of disappointment, but, we were only pleasantly surprised by how perfect our wedding day was at Evergreen Meadows. We had our wedding at Evergreen Meadows a few months back and contacted Love Blooms for some flower and décor needs; both were more than reasonably priced and were a pleasure to work with.
  I contacted Katrina at Love Blooms just 2 or 3 weeks before my wedding; she was very accommodating despite the short notice, was always prompt with responses, and had great ideas for decorating the space at Evergreen Meadows. She has a wide selection of beautiful decorations and had everything we needed for our celebration – even lawn games to keep our guests entertained!
  Lori, with Evergreen Meadows was extremely accommodating. Evergreen is a unique venue and has several different areas that provide a space to hold a ceremony, each with their own beaty. During a time when receptions were not possible, our ceremony space became even more important to us. Lori accommodated us when we asked for tours several times, and was happy to show us around each time, despite a busy schedule. She was there on the wedding day to help set up and offered great ideas for how to decorate as well.
  Despite having to abide by many new restrictions and take many new safety precautions into consideration, the folks at Evergreen Meadows and Loveblooms helped create the perfect space to forget about the world and celebrate in the most whimsical of settings. I can only imagine what they can do when they are allowed to do what they do best without any restrictions in place!

  This venue was being built when we first saw this place. The amount of work going into the details, the view, and the helpfulness of the staff helped us create a wedding beyond that exceeded pur dreams. I highly recommend this place. Absolutely gorgeous.

  Beyond our Wildest Dreams

  Evergreen Meadows was incredibly helpful during our wedding process. Planning a pandemic wedding is not easy, and the Evergreen Meadows staff were amazing during this process! They answered all of our questions with great detail, and were so flexible with our rehearsal dates. They give a discount to their sister company, Love Blooms, if you book the venue. This honestly helped me a great deal with flowers for my bridal party. Our wedding day was beyond what we could have imagined. Lori so kindly gave my nephew a baby car to play with so we could all set up without having to worry about him. This gesture was so small but it spoke volumes to us. The venue has various spots for pictures and is just absolutely stunning. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the brick walkway. There were a handful of bricks throughout the walkway that were loose and not fully set in all the way. So whenever people walked on them the brick would easily come out of place. However, I believe this is an easy fix. Overall, Evergreen Meadows proved that they are willing to collaborate and support you on your vision for your wedding. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place.
