ACT 3 Catering’s team of enthusiastic and hardworking professionals create and deliver quality food with top-notch service and family hospitality. Our highly-skilled and innovative chefs, friendly and professional event coordinators and other knowledgeable and attentive staff will make your wedding or event experience seamless and stress-free.
Cuisine
ACT 3 Catering offers fresh, seasonal, locally sourced custom menus. Each menu has been carefully designed to accomodate a variety of dietary and food allergy needs. Executive Chef Michael Shin is well-versed in a variety of cuisines; including American, European and Asian cuisines. Serving styles offered by ACT 3 Catering include buffet, plated, family-style and stations.

Finding a catering company for your wedding can be a very stressful thing. It seemed like every vendor we were considering was trying to nickel and dime us and charging excessive amounts for "services". We found Act 3 to be the most reasonable and are very glad we went with them. They were flexible and were very accommodating to the constant changes due to the challenging pandemic. Communication was fast a reliable. The food was amazing, service was attentive and friendly, decorations were on point, and all our guests had nothing but good things to say. We were truly fortunate to have picked Act 3 as our vendor for our wedding and would recommend them to anyone.ACT 3 Catering's reply:

Born and raised in Tacoma, WA, Nikki has spent her professional career working in a wide variety of event planning and production roles. From bartending to floral design, catering to day-of coordination, Nikki has done it all!
At 16 years-old, Nikki fell in love with events when she wore a purple and green dinosaur costume in the Macy’s Seattle Thanksgiving Day Parade. She stated, “I couldn’t breathe, and my head was so heavy, but I saw all the happy kids on the sidelines. As soon as it was done, I rushed and changed to go serve free hot cocoa to the massive holiday crowd!” The adrenaline and joy special events bring has kept Nikki in the industry for over 15 years.
Nikki has never stopped loving and learning more about weddings and events. Her biggest weakness besides tiny critters? “Sugar! I love sweets and love baking at home! I especially love wedding cake.”
