The staff at Thornewood are amazing to work with! Brittany was wonderful at explaining how the day would flow and helping us figure out the best room layout. The entire team was incredibly efficient—setups and room transitions were handled quickly and seamlessly, making the day feel effortless.

I recently had the pleasure of attending my niece's wedding on April 27, 2024. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. I'm confident that there are many beautiful venues. What makes THIS venue exceptional is the attention to detail by the staff and their professionalism. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, professional, friendly, and simply delightful. They also showed professional when engaging with each other. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, and we were enjoying ourselves. To me, being treated with respect is as important as the venue. I hope the right people read this review so they make sure the staff realizes they have a shout out. If bonuses are available, they earned them! Thank you for making the best day of my niece's life so elegant, classy, and enjoyable.

Five stars could never truly capture how incredible our experience at Orting Manor was. I got married here almost two months ago, and I still find myself in awe every time I think back on the day. The venue is beyond beautiful—it’s warm, timeless, and full of character. My spouse and I wanted our wedding to reflect our love story in every detail, and Orting Manor was the perfect backdrop. Its vintage charm, peaceful atmosphere, and the heart behind it all made our day feel like pure magic. A very special shoutout goes to Tiphany and Jessica, who were our day-of and venue coordinators. Both of them made me feel so beautiful, seen, and loved. I had worried that my mom (mother of the bride) might be too busy or stressed with decorating, coordinating, or cleaning to be fully present in the day—but thanks to Tiphany and Jessica, she was able to simply enjoy every moment. Their professionalism and kindness gave our entire family peace of mind and allowed us to be completely immersed in the joy of the day. Every guest is still raving about how amazing our wedding was, and so much of that is due to the care, intention, and love that went into every corner of this venue—from the historic charm of the house to the lush backyard and the serene, inviting energy throughout. If you’re searching for a space that feels personal, elegant, and run by people who truly love what they do, Orting Manor is the place. We will cherish it forever. I can’t wait to find an excuse to celebrate here again—because thankfully, they host more than just weddings!

Beautiful venue and wonderful staff! Loved our event coordinator, Elena, and everything she had done to make the night truly special. Everything was perfect and the staff made the night run smoothly.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Wisteria Hollow. The charming old-fashioned house set such a romantic tone for the day, and the cottage was the perfect place for the groom to get ready. The basement room worked perfectly as a prep station, and the top porch became my favorite spot to watch the venue come to life. Waking up to sea lions at sunrise and ending the evening under a gorgeous pink-and-purple sunset made our day feel truly magical. We were prepared with bug spray but were pleasantly surprised at how few mosquitos there were. We transformed the yard into the whimsical garden wedding reception of my dreams, and the property gave us the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The only small feedback we have is that the ovens in the main house and cottage took longer to heat up than expected, which slowed cook times a bit — but even that turned into a blessing because we simply extended cocktail hour and no one even noticed. We’re so grateful to have had our wedding here and would absolutely recommend Wisteria Hollow to any couple looking for a beautiful, memorable venue.

We toured Gray Bridge Venue during winter when it was raining but still fell in love with the beautiful views and the amount of space for all of our guests! We really appreciated how Landmark Event Co was very professional and transparent with the venue setup and printed us an entire estimate/quote on our first visit so we would be able to clearly understand all the numbers. At this point we didn't even know how much linens/service/catering would even remotely amount to, so having everything detailed and laid out for us very clearly was a huge bonus and pushed us to lock down this decision. We had an amazing experience with this 'all-inclusive' venue, we didn't have to worry about the linens/servers/bartenders/drinks/catering and just had to go in for a tasting which was so delicious! Our guests raved about how beautiful our venue was and how delicious the food was! We chose to do buffet style and almost all our guests went back for seconds or thirds.

If you are getting married in Washington State you need to check out Laurel Creek Manor. The owners are husband and wife and they take care of the landscape and venue so perfectly. The bridal suite is breathtaking and the grooms suite is masculine but comforting! The landscape provides so many areas for great photos. There is a giant, beautiful tent with chandeliers and curtains! The arbor is beautiful too! It was definitely a night we will remember for the rest of our lives!! Please check them out, you will not regret it.

We LOVED working with Jordan! She's relatively new to the venue, but has experience as a wedding planner and florist. We wanted low-key microwedding with 20ppl on short notice (2mos). We got lucky because September was off-peak so we were able to get a Sat relatively last minute. She gave fantastic advice and was extremely responsive to our many questions! The venue itself was beautiful. You can't go wrong here! They have a very nice set of rooms upstairs in the house for preparation, with attached private bathroom. There's an indoor area and outdoor area, and you get free range during the event, so you can choose where and how to set things up. There's also bluetooth speakers you can use (we just did a playlist and connected our phones). They have tables and chairs included, and I bought some cheap linens online (I underestimated the amount of work of ironing them though). We were trying to keep costs down and went with a small caterer, but in retrospect, I wish we looked into a food truck. Food is the most expensive part of everything! They charge extra to not use one of their preferred vendors, but there was a perfect place for them to park if that would have been allowed. Beautiful venue for pictures! We haven't gotten our official ones back yet so I don't have anything professional to add, but attached are a couple of snapshots.

I had my wedding here in May 2018! This location is amazing but in May it is absolutely stunning when all the cherry blossom trees are in bloom! I could not have asked for a more amazing day! Jamie Thank you for helping make our big day perfect!

Brand new to the wedding market, as we were planning a wedding this fall, we came across a new find in the wedding venue market! we had a great walkthrough with Johnny and staff. This venue is definitely a STRONG consideration. We are looking to book 3 days option. Thanks again Jones Landing team!
