Lairmont Manor is a picturesque wedding venue located in Bellingham, Washington. The property's origins date back to 1914, and it has served as a refined event space for over 55 years. This venue is a perfect option for those wishing to celebrate their union in elegance and style.
Facilities and Capacity
Lairmont Manor is a privately owned and managed estate, positioned near the charming village of Fairhaven. The spacious venue draws inspiration from the Italian Renaissance period, and the venue's ornate design features are a reflection of that style. The Manor provides both indoor and outdoor options for couples wishing to celebrate their wedding at the estate. From intimate elopements to more extravagant celebrations, the venue can comfortably accommodate parties ranging from 10 to 75 guests in their indoor reception hall. For the warmer months of May to October, a spacious outdoor marquee tent is provided, suitable for up to 150 attendees. Couples are also invited to exchange vows in the venue's nearby pavilion, overlooking the property's verdant fountain garden. The Manor boasts four well-appointed guestrooms and a luxurious get-ready suite to allow to-be-weds to prepare for the big day in comfort. A large, commercial kitchen is also located on-site for your catering team and waitstaff to use as they wish.

For couples convenience, we can also provide a list of trusted vendors to ease the planning process. Exclusive rental of the property is available from 10am to 10pm, and to-be-weds can enjoy exclusive use of the venue and its surrounding gardens during this time. Event setup and teardown of event areas are provided, and on-site staff are available during the event. The venue also offers parking facilities for up to 90 vehicles.

Great Service
The perfect venue.
DJ is the absolute best to work with! She is kind, easy going and extremely knowledgable. She seemed invested from the first time we met her and I really loved how excited she was for us to have our wedding there! She and Kismet were quick to respond to our emails leading up to the wedding and day of were there to help.
Would highly recommend this venue, and DJ is an absolute dream!

Enchanting Wedding Venue
Our rental included use of main floor and downstairs of the manor, the gardens where we had our ceremony, the pavillion where we had cocktail hour, and the giant reception tent where we held dinner. It also included plates, flatware, tables, and chairs. 4 large mobile heaters were included in the rental, which kept our October and mostly outdoor event cozy.
There is a caterer's kitchen available for an extra $500, but we had woodfired pizza and the pizza oven was parked outside so we didn't have to pay this. This fee is also waived if you use their caterer.
This venue used to be a convent, and the outside had so many beautiful details (statues, flowers, architecture) that we really didn't need decoration or florals for the ceremony area.
DJ let us use the caterer fridge to store our flowers and cake the day before, which was super helpful. We had some odd requests, and where they could be accomodating, the Lairmont team was.

The tent that is up for summer weddings is perfect for the NW and almost always guarantees a beautiful sunny day! We have worked with Lairmont for many years and have always had a wonderful experience. They will take care of you from day you book to the day you walk down the aisle!
Lairmont Manor is an absolutely gorgeous venue. As a florist, it's one of my favorite places to do weddings. The grounds are impeccably kept. The staff is always very accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend this venue for weddings and other special events.
