Olympic View Estates is a stunning mountainside wedding venue in Lake Stevens, Washington. Built with care and nurtured by two talented landscapers, it presents an unmatched setting for a magical union in the very heart of nature. With views of Mount Rainer beyond and meadows that go for miles, this venue is a dream come true for couples who envision romantic vows.
Facilities and Capacity
Nestled on a five-acre property, Olympic View Estates warmly welcomes weddings of up to 200 guests. All across the acreage, couples will find picturesque venues that perfectly complement their special occasion. The most idyllic of these includes the ceremony area, a theater-style patio that gazes right out over gorgeous woodlands. Photography after the vows can take place at the peaceful koi pond, where a bolder bridge over a quiet stream creates a dreamy setting for snapshots. Beyond the ceremony site is a vibrant lawn that's been beautifully landscaped for cocktail parties and outdoor games. Once the celebratory drinks have ended, couples and their guests can retreat to the charming, all-timber ballroom and wet bar for a rustic reception. The get-ready cottage just a few steps from the barn is perfect for hair and makeup and features five glamorous vanities. There's also plenty of parking on-site, making this venue ideal for out-of-town guests.
Services Offered
At the heart of Olympic View Estates is a passion for hosting and hospitality. To make sure every couple's "I do" moment is as enjoyable as can be, owners Trent and Pam offer packages that can be fully customized. These include full access to both their indoor and outdoor venues, tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception, and décor. Outside vendors will have a designated prep area, and the staff will cover all things setup and cleanup. Nearlyweds will also be assisted by Trent and Pam's trusted coordinator for smooth planning from start to finish.

Outdoor Wedding Reception Gem
The Perfect Venue for Our Dream Summer Wedding!
OVE offers stunning views of the mountains and the surrounding landscape, which made for a breathtaking backdrop during our ceremony. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about the landscaping and the natural beauty. We decorated minimally and still had an elegant look. The reception space was equally amazing, offering both indoor and covered outdoor options, which allowed our guests to enjoy the beautiful summer evening while celebrating with us.
This is a kid friendly site. Guests with children really enjoyed the play area and space for their children to be children!!! Parking and a parking attendant was included with our rental. We are proud to have chosen a venue that was accessible to those with mobility problems. There is a ramp to the stadium style seating ceremony area and ADA compliant restrooms. We also enjoyed the private bathroom for the bride near the bridal cottage. Being able to choose our vendors was a nice option!
Pam and Trent were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout the entire planning process, answering all our questions and making sure every detail was taken care of. They took the time to understand our vision and on the day of the wedding everything ran seamlessly. Trent was amazing the day of our wedding. He stayed nearby to answer questions for vendors, assist with things, and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. We are so thankful for his flexibility and helping out at the end of the night.

Our wedding day was more magical than we could have ever imagined, and we are so grateful we chose this incredible venue!
