We had the best food and service at our wedding thanks to Twelve Baskets! We looked at multiple caterers for our wedding, but what ultimately won us over was the great interactions we had at our tasting getting to meet the chef and coordinators. We knew we had a great team supporting us, and the food was in a different galaxy compared to the standard wedding fare. Working with Vita and Brett was great, and we didn't make it easy on them with many changes to our guest count, menu, dietary restrictions and more. If you need a caterer we highly recommend Twelve Baskets!

We chose Twelve Baskets Catering because of our sales gal: Brett Hannan. She was incredible from the very beginning and always went to bat for us. She was up for the challenge to cater our Black-tie wedding. We had a really great experience with the planning as Brett was extremely communicative, detailed, and organized. We had a fabulous experience at our menu tasting and the food was delicious. When we had input on the food during the tasting the chef was in the room to offer suggestions and welcome the feedback. They coordinated everything wonderfully and their staff was efficient and professional. They provided fantastic service for cocktail hour with tray-passed appetizers & a plated dinner service. The menu options had a great range to offer and the food was warm and delicious when it came time to eat. However, I would take caution when recommending Twelve Baskets to a family or friend for their wedding and this is why: we planned two signature cocktails and an open bar around a specific spirit and were promised they would bring enough but they did not. They ran out of alcohol within the first two hours of the event, and then after going to get more ran out AGAIN! This was super frustrating but oh well, it happens. We didn't want to let anything ruin our day. The real frustration came after the day when they sent the final bill and we saw they charged us for the fact that they ran out during our event after promising they would not. The manager/owner was unwilling to remove the fees even after Brett spoke up for us. That really negatively colored our experience with Twelve Baskets. There are so many vendors in the wedding industry that don't put their customers first, I didn't know this was one of those vendors until the very end. They didn't prepare enough and forced us to pay for it.. However, Brett Hannan, I would hire again and again in a heart beat. She is a rockstar and very genuine. & those chefs know what they are doing too!

Twelve Baskets Catering was a superb choice for our wedding. We knew that we had a limited budget, and Brett and the team were very transparent about pricing and all costs associated with catering. We found the team at the Snohomish Wedding Show, and we knew almost immediately they would be our caterer of choice. Our guests still rave about their sweet potato dish and the tzatziki sauce. We wouldn’t have necessarily gone with either of these, but our tasting let us try things we weren’t initially going for, and the rest was a great memory of a very smooth process!

We used Twelve Baskets for our daughter’s wedding reception. From start to finish, the staff was very professional and the food service excellent and delicious…beyond our expectations. We highly recommend!

Seriously could not recommend Twelve Baskets enough, they were so responsive and easy to work with. They provided the most exquisite mac and cheese and tater tot bar! Our guests were wowed by it and it was the best wedding food ever! The whole staff was absolutely amazing and we are so glad we had them there on our wedding day.

We were so happy with our choice to hire Twelve baskets. The food was incredible, the staff was amazing. Overall they made our reception what it was. Working with them throughout the whole planning process was also flawless and easy. Would definitely hire them all over again!

We got married at Craven Farm in Snohomish, and Twelve Baskets is one of their exclusive caterers. After a couple of tastings and meetings, it was clear to us that we wanted to work with the Twelve Baskets team. We left our tasting feeling so excited about the menu for our wedding!
We worked with Brett and were so happy with how professional, friendly, and flexible she and her team were throughout the planning process. We arranged a kids menu, were able to accommodate multiple food allergies and restrictions, and purchased our own alcohol for their bartenders to serve. All of these things were INCREDIBLY helpful touches for us!
The team was on time, professional, and so friendly the day of our wedding. Each one of the catering staff congratulated myself and my husband, which we really appreciated. The team brought drinks to our bridal party before the ceremony, and put together a cheese plate for my husband and I to enjoy immediately after the ceremony. We never had to ask for anything, they seemed to have it ready before it even crossed our minds!
The food was delicious and the setup was absolutely gorgeous. We are so thankful for how accommodating and flexible the Twelve Baskets team was, and would recommend them to any couple looking for a professional and friendly caterer to be part of their wedding day.

12 Baskets was amazing! The whole process from getting a quote, to tasting to the actual service was so smooth and perfect! The entire team was so attentive and made sure we were well attended to. WOW!! Just WOW!!! Our wedding catering was phenomenal and our catering manager, Vita, was the absolute BEST!
First, I exchanged a million emails with Vita, and her response time, attention to detail, etc. just INCREDIBLE. She is SO good at her job. Second, the day of our wedding, the staff was impeccable, kind, and efficient. We did not run out of anything and everyone was on top of it. We had one guest not following the rules... and the bartenders handled it with such professionalism and grace, we didn't even know about it day of. So thankful to them. Everyone RAVED about how wonderful our wedding was and it's in a large part, thanks to them... their AMAZING food and service. HIRE THEM!!

Vita Garcia was wonderful in helping us plan! She was easy to contact, focused on serving us and meeting all of our needs! It was AMAZING!
