Facilities and Capacity

Couples can accommodate up to 250 guests at both of their venue locations. There’s also a fire pit your guests can congregate around for cocktail hour. Their motto is “Where City meets Country.”

This award-winning venue includes 32 wood farm tables, 250 chairs and 4 wine barrels in their rental fee at each location. They have an open vendor policy, so you can customize your affair as you see fit. Whether you want a formal sit down dinner, or a fun food truck at your celebration, Woodland Meadow Farms is happy to accommodate it all. They offer two dressings areas that can be used as a bridal suite and groom’s room. Each couple will have the venue for 13 to 14 hours, depending on the day of their celebration. History

Woodland Meadow Farms is a first-generation farming operation that is focused on the local economy and sustainable living. In 2009, they hosted their first wedding for the co-owner’s sisters’ medieval-themed celebration. In 2010, they made it into a full-fledged business and have been hosting weddings ever since. They pride themselves on being a venue for the couple who may not want a traditional wedding, as well as for LGBT couples.
