Wedding Venues in Snohomish

Firstly, I am not one to leave reviews, but just need to share. From the initial inquiry to day of the wedding, LHF couldn't have been a better venue to work with. I wanted something more formal and my fiancé wanted something rustic so this was a great choice. The grounds are stunning and provided so many different backdrops for photos (inside and out; see attached). Guests complimented the venue grounds over and over again. They also raved about the food and staff. I wanted a day with as few vendors as possible. The only additional vendors I needed was a DJ (Sounds Unlimited), DOC (Sophie Blaine) and Photographer (Isaac Gautschi). I used LHF Floral which was great as well. I rented their ice cream cart instead of cake and guests loved it! I loved that they had an indoor area as well in case it rained. That was a big selling point for us. I loved that their outside patio had some covering so guests weren't being scolded by he sun during cocktail hour. It was very close to Everett which was great for guests. And they had a ton of parking. Their response time to emails is timely and they never showed irritation by all my questions. They kept up and documented all the changes I requested throughout planning. I couldn't be happier that we chose LHF for our wedding! Pictures below by Isaac Gautschi.

Woodland Meadow Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. Sheila was fantastic to work with, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring that everything ran smoothly on our special day. The picturesque landscape and charming outdoor setting created a magical atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. The venue was beautifully maintained, with ample space for our ceremony and reception. Overall, Woodland Meadow Farms offered a stunning backdrop and outstanding service, making our day perfect.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience with Pretty Bird as our wedding venue! From start to finish, it was an incredible value for a full 3-day Wedding Weekend that felt like a dream woodland getaway. The views were absolutely spectacular—mountains, trees, and even birdsong from the aviary that added a magical soundtrack to our ceremony. Tamara was an absolute gem. She went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and stress-free. She let us visit multiple times to plan our layout and try different table settings, accommodated all our requests, and even allowed our rentals to be picked up days after we left. Her warmth and flexibility made the planning process genuinely enjoyable. The rest of the staff were just as amazing. We loved them so much we hired Betsy as our day-of coordinator, and she was a bright, calming presence who kept everything running smoothly with grace and a smile. The lodge was spacious and perfect for housing my bridesmaids and some family members. The bridal suite was ideal for getting ready—with great lighting, space, and comfort—while the groomsmen had several great spots on the property to prepare as well. We self-catered our wedding and, despite the no open flame policy, made it work great with roasting pans in the Lodge and hot boxes at the barn. We also created our own flower arrangements and there was more than enough space to do that at the barn and the alter! The barn comfortably held our 175 guests. We did have to break down a few tables later in the evening to make room for dancing, but using the loft could have avoided that. We rented the Wandering Taps Mobile Bar trailer, and they were fantastic—professional, well-prepared, and already familiar with the venue, which made everything easier. We also rented a restroom trailer from Privey Chambers that fit perfectly next to the barn and was a great addition. Our only small tip: be aware that the Wi-Fi can be spotty in the barn and a few outer areas—nothing major, just worth noting for any DJ you might hire or any photo upload services you might use. From the sunlit ceremony to dancing under the stars, it truly felt like a fairytale. We are endlessly grateful to Tamara and the Pretty Bird team for making our wedding weekend unforgettable!

Ah, COVID weddings. We were lucky enough to be able to have our ceremony and reception before the state shut them down. Wendi was amazing throughout the process, answering all of our questions to the best of her ability and in a timely manner. Things were changing daily and it was super stressful so having an experienced planner to coordinate the details was a lifesaver. The venue itself is beautiful. The recent remodel is perfection, including the bridal suite and groom's lounge. The food and service was impeccable (confirmed by our guests), as was the bar service. Wendi was a great coordinator at both the rehearsal and the day-of, which is good because none of us knew what we were doing! You can tell the entire team has a lot of experience with weddings based on how smoothly everything went. No stress that day was due to the venue. :)

My husband and I wanted our wedding to be a fun celebration for all and we could never have planned anything even close to what we got at Stocker Farms. When we were looking at venues Keith immediately convinced us his place was the one. This is a family establishment with so much thought put into every detail. And every detail was perfect in the end. From the beautiful ceremony site, to the gardens and christmas tree farm and tons of other sites for beautiful pictures, to the jumping pillow which was literally the talk of the party, to the corn hole set up, to the bonfire with smores, to the tent and barn with dance floor there was really very little we had to do ourselves. Decorations were practically done for us because the property was so beautiful and there was literally something for everyone. Keith did such a wonderful job preparing us for everything we needed to do to plan a wedding and his staff was always responsive to my many emails. I trusted his recommendations for vendors entirely and they did not let me down.

We just held our wedding reception at Hidden Meadows. This is the most beautiful venue with the most amazing staff. the food is better than at a 5 star restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about how great and easy it was to work the staff at Hidden Meadows. The owners were involved in every aspect of the planning. They were also there and available on the day of the event to address anything that may come up. If you are thinking of booking here don't hesitate, it is just simply amazing.

Swans Trail has everything you could want in a rustic wedding venue, they have multiple possible wedding sites (3 outdoors and 1 indoors), a converted barn for your reception and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and Cascade mountains in the distance. On top of that, Carol and Roxy are incredibly easy to work with and they were very accommodating even when we made changes in the days leading up to the wedding. On the day of our wedding, Erin was our contact with the venue. She was responsible for looking after the venue, but she also significantly helped us out. Erin gave us last minute ideas, helped with the timing of the bridesmaid’s processional, and helped prepare the wedding dress for the walk to the ceremony. We have nothing but good things to say about Swans Trail and would recommend the venue to anyone looking for a rustic outdoor wedding.

Amazing venue! Still can’t believe the price is so low. The people running the rentals are fantastic to work with. The venue is beautiful and comes with tables and chairs. We comfortably had just shy of 100 people for ceremony and reception indoors and have no complains. 10/10 would recommend.

What a fabulous wedding we had. Thank you to the staff for their hard work, dedication and wanting Mama happy. Ashish was fantastic to work with!!! He cares about the event and stays the entire time to make sure all goes well. It was really an all inclusive event. Everyone was great to work with, including the DJ, the video and picture folks, and the officiant. Ashish made everything beautiful!!!! And was extremely positive and a pleasure to work with. Plan any party here, as you will not be disappointed. 🫶🫶🫶

I can’t say enough good things about this venue. Besides the fact that it is utterly gorgeous and teeming with picture-perfect backdrops, the family that runs the place is a joy to work with. Deni and her family have put so much love and hard work into their venue to make it a fantastic experience for their guests. The venue has tons of space and little nooks and crannies for guests to walk around, sit down and socialize (e.g. multiple lounge seating areas throughout), and even space to play (their big lawn is perfect for volleyball, corn hole, or any other lawn games you may wish to bring). We received so many compliments all night long about how cute the whole place was. Also, the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Pub were excellent places to get ready in. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and designed with care. It was simply the perfect wedding venue for a boho, rustic, garden-party style event. One thing I want to call attention to in case anyone reads older reviews: Maroni Meadows used to only have porta potties for guests, but this spring (2024) they installed a lovely new bathroom (two stalls on each side for men and women). So don’t fret, you will have toilet facilities for your guests! Also—they do not have a kitchen or any kind of power for anyone but your DJ/music. Take this into consideration when looking for a caterer. I highly recommend choosing one of their preferred caterers that is familiar with the venue’s limitations so that this isn’t an issue. Our caterer (Alexa’s Cafe in Bothell) has worked there many times so it was no problem for us, but something to be aware of. Deni’s day-of coordination was also well worth it as she made sure we stuck to our timeline and that everything just went smoothly. From all the emails back and forth over many months, to the rehearsal, to everything on the big day, I truly felt like Deni was completely invested in making sure that our day was a success. Not an easy feat when you consider how many weddings they put on each season! By booking with Maroni Meadows, you have to use their in-house bartending service (run by Deni’s daughter, Rian) called Bottoms Up. Rian is a complete professional and did an excellent job bartending that night, as well as keeping in constant communication for all the little things leading up to the day. Seriously, if you want a magical wedding day, have your wedding at Maroni Meadows! We are so, SO glad we did.
