Green Gates is a unique five-acre wedding and events venue located on beautiful Flowing Lake in scenic Snohomish, Washington. Green Gates was once a modest equestrian estate. The original barn has been beautifully transformed into the bridal cottage, and the former covered riding arena in the large barn is now the ballroom reception area. The Tuscany inspired setting provides a romantic and serene experience with the perfect blend of rustic elegance. The attention to detail in the meticulously maintained gardens as well as the "salvaged and re-purposed" style in all the structures will leave guests awestruck. Stunning photo opportunities are seemingly endless. The wedding lawn has a sweeping view of the sparkling lake, lush greenery, and Cascade Mountains. The comfort provided by the spacious Bridal Cottage and the historic Groom's Cabin will make the day complete. Green Gates can accommodate up to 200 guests.
For those who desire the dramatic departure, how about being whisked away aboard a sea plane bound for the San Juan Islands or other local destinations?!

Excellent and Fantastic
The service of the owners and the on-site wedding staff made this a wonderful experience. Every question was answered quickly and Debbie let us come back to the venue a few times before the wedding to make sure our plans were on track. She gave us ideas and listened to every desire, need and strived to make everything exactly the way the bride wanted.Sent on 08/17/2019

Perfect place for a perfect day
My wife and I fell in love with Green Gates the moment we arrived for our initial tour. When our wedding day finally came, we could not have asked for a more perfect place to share with our friends and family. The staff was incredibly, taking care of everything so we need not worry about a thing. The ceremony grounds are stunning, there's so much to explore, and the whole property is so charming that almost no additional decor is needed, other than little bits to put your own stamp on the day. We cannot recommend Green Gates enough!Sent on 09/21/2019

My husband and I could not be happier with our decision to go with Green Gates as our wedding venue! The property is gorgeous! There are so many beautiful and unique nooks and crannies throughout, that are great for taking photos and escaping the heat if it’s a hot summer day like ours was. Debbie and Kerry have built everything themselves and you can tell by the care and attention to small detail how much love they put into building this venue. Not to mention, they are both incredibly sweet and kind! The first day Debbie came up and gave us a big hug and we already felt like family. I can not recommend Green Gates at Flowing Lake enough to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue! All of our guests kept raving about it, and asking how in the world we found it. We would choose it again in a heartbeat! :)Sent on 08/03/2019
Green Gates at Flowing Lake Price Rates
Green Gates is one of the Beautiful Venues in the Snohomish area, they are also one of our neighboring Venues. We love the owners and their space and if we are booked at the French Creek Manor we always send clients their way as we know the Green Gates Team will take excellent care of the folks we send their way!
I love being at Green Gates. It is beautiful and has a very calm vibe. The ceremonies overlooking the lake are gorgeous and the receptions are so fun! It's a great setting to create the day of your dreams.
Green Gates at Flowing Lake is by far our FAVORITE venue. The greenery that surrounds the handcrafted cabins and barn offer breathtaking opportunities for photographs. Looking out onto the water during the wedding ceremony is extremely powerful. The staff is beyond accommodating and kind and offers couples many different options for decor. It's a Pinterest paradise! Not to mention, who wouldn't want the option to formally exit their wedding in a seaplane? So cool!
