Our wedding at Wisteria Gardens was unforgettable! The wisteria we got married under was gorgeous and the grounds are beautiful. Heather and Mike are the most helpful and kind venue owners. Heather was easy to communicate with and made stressful situations feel like a breeze. They have a collection of decorations and other items at this venue for couples to use, so this was a money saver for us! Heather also has a photo booth system she rents for events, which is reasonably priced and was a highlight of our wedding. The highland cows at happy hour were another huge hit! It's been a few weeks since we got married, but our guests keep talking about how the venue was the perfect spot. I would highly recommend choosing Wisteria Gardens for your event!

Having our wedding at Wisteria Gardens was an amazing experience. All of our wants and expectations were met beyond what we could have asked for! We loved the rustic barn look, decorations to borrow, the cows, and photobooth option (and our guests loved it as well)! Heather was an incredible host and always responsive and accommodating to our questions and needs leading up to and at our wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience and Wisteria Gardens was a huge part of what made our day so special!

I reached out to multiple venues throughout the Skagit Valley for an anniversary party. Heather at Wisteria was the only one who provided me with different pricing options to really tailor it for our event. I visited the property and it was a dream-very secluded, quiet, large enough for our party, and of course, the cows were a big hit. It was missing the beautiful open sunset views I was hoping for, but my husband reminded me that even in May, you don't know what you're going to get for weather. Wisteria was going to be a beautiful venue whether we were outside or forced inside.

The decor room is a huge bonus too-as someone who sourced my own decorations for the initial wedding, I was incredibly relieved to have options ready and available to me without extra work.

Heather and Mike were phenomenal to work with. They communicated well, were flexible with our crazy schedules and requests, had the tables and chairs set up correctly and made tear down/clean up very easy. They set up the yard games and had hay out for our guests to feed the cows, both of which were a real hit. Truly cannot recommend them enough!

The venue was absolutely stunning! The owners were extremely helpful and resourceful. They supported our personal vision, and they had monthly “open house,” so we could experiment with color and decor. The venue was immaculate on the day of the wedding and everything ran smoothly, thanks to the owners excellent communication throughout the process! A big “thank you” to the owners for making our day more than expected!

My husband Quinton and I just had our wedding there a couple weeks ago; we had an amazing time, the venue was beautiful, Heather and Mike with Wisteria are wonderful people and super helpful! We loved the accessibility of Wisteria for those in our families who had mobility issues, parking was super easy, honestly we had no complaints, our day was perfect for us! We absolutely LOVED our wedding at Wisteria Gardens! The venue is fabulous, with lots of variety in scenery and layout. Heather and Mike helped us develop a vision for our wedding day and make it a reality. They were communicative, flexible, and open to our ideas and asks. The venue even has a large store room with a wide selection of decor and signs that are available for use! We were so grateful to have such a great venue team to entrust the big day to. Couples are in great hands at Wisteria Gardens!

Let's start by saying this venue had absolutely everything we wanted for our wedding day. However, that wasn't the only reason we decided to choose Wisteria Gardens as our venue. We chose it because the owners Heather and Mike made us feel 100% comfortable. They are so kind and professional. They were patient with us on our initial walk through and allowed us extra time to walk and discuss privately without pressure to make a decision. We are so happy we decided to have our wedding at Wisteria Gardens. Their communication is excellent, and they assisted us as needed throughout the wedding planning process. The venue also has a large selection of available decorations which we could access and use as needed.

Heather and Mike were wonderful throughout the process and even more wonderful during the wedding weekend. At the rehearsal they were available to help orient us and answer questions. On the wedding day they provided excellent day of services like setting up chairs and tables and had special touches like a welcome sign in the bridal sweet and a special gift which brought me to tears when we opened it the next day. So thoughtful!

Our only comment would be about our bartender who we chose from the venue's recommended list. We selected Emily Mriglot with EmRY Event Services. She unfortunately "double booked" us and did not show up to our event. A replacement bartender was able to come but our guests had to wait for a short while after the ceremony until drinks were served.

100% recommend the venue but would choose a different bartender from their preferred list.

Heather and Mike are absolutely amazing, they answered every question as quickly as one could hope for and they were so accommodating to needs of us and our help we had cooking and helping out. If we had to do it again we would definitely still choose Wisteria Gardens

We came and visited the property right before COVID and we fell in love right away, I knew it was the place we would say “I do” at as soon as I walked into the barn. It took our breath away. Heather and Mike are amazing owners, they really make you feel like family with their hospitality. Then during COVID Heather was on top of it all with keeping us informed of the changes or precautions we might have to make, but she kept us informed with everything! When one of our vendors wanted to come tour the venue, Heather was always so welcoming about it! They helped make our big day special from the time we pulled in at 9am they were right there to greet us, till we pulled out of the driveway at 10pm. I’m sad our special day at Wisteria Gardens LLC is done, but can’t wait to attend an event or hold another one there because we will be back. Thank you for everything Heather and Mike ❤️

Wisteria Gardens was a dream to work with! We started planning our wedding before the pandemic began. They were quick to respond, providing thorough responses to all my questions. Heather was very accommodating in taking time to measure tables, doors and floor space as I mapped out my wedding plan. She gave references for vendors and found names if she didn't have one for what I was needing. As the pandemic lingered on, Heather and Mike were very understanding and continued to roll with the changes. They not only were understanding but were encouraging and supportive throughout the constant struggle of navigating wedding planning through COVID-19.
Location was perfect but I wasn't necessarily going for the barn feel. Heather worked with me on ways to give it a softer, more elegant feel. They have a myriad of wedding décor and are open to you using them in any creative way. Their tables, chairs and furniture are all top of line and of good quality. The outdoor portable heaters and firepit were going to be a saving grace for my large December wedding but unfortunately, I didn't get to use them since we had to cut our guest list to 30 people. The silo lounge also offered additional space for people to spread out and comfortably enjoy each others company. My husband is in LOVE with the log cabin where him and the groomsmen got ready. He said he might never come in the house if we had one on our property and that it gave just the right vibe to the guys for the day.
I have worked as a Banquet/Event Coordinator and I will say Wisteria Gardens, Heather and Mike Carlson, are doing all the right things to offer a beautiful, comfortable venue for whatever event you are planning. We are going to do a big reception once we are able to have a large group together, there isn't anywhere else we would consider to host our party!
