Barn & Farm Wedding Venues in Snohomish

Firstly, I am not one to leave reviews, but just need to share. From the initial inquiry to day of the wedding, LHF couldn't have been a better venue to work with. I wanted something more formal and my fiancé wanted something rustic so this was a great choice. The grounds are stunning and provided so many different backdrops for photos (inside and out; see attached). Guests complimented the venue grounds over and over again. They also raved about the food and staff. I wanted a day with as few vendors as possible. The only additional vendors I needed was a DJ (Sounds Unlimited), DOC (Sophie Blaine) and Photographer (Isaac Gautschi). I used LHF Floral which was great as well. I rented their ice cream cart instead of cake and guests loved it! I loved that they had an indoor area as well in case it rained. That was a big selling point for us. I loved that their outside patio had some covering so guests weren't being scolded by he sun during cocktail hour. It was very close to Everett which was great for guests. And they had a ton of parking. Their response time to emails is timely and they never showed irritation by all my questions. They kept up and documented all the changes I requested throughout planning. I couldn't be happier that we chose LHF for our wedding! Pictures below by Isaac Gautschi.

Woodland Meadow Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. Sheila was fantastic to work with, providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring that everything ran smoothly on our special day. The picturesque landscape and charming outdoor setting created a magical atmosphere that exceeded our expectations. The venue was beautifully maintained, with ample space for our ceremony and reception. Overall, Woodland Meadow Farms offered a stunning backdrop and outstanding service, making our day perfect.

My husband and I wanted our wedding to be a fun celebration for all and we could never have planned anything even close to what we got at Stocker Farms. When we were looking at venues Keith immediately convinced us his place was the one. This is a family establishment with so much thought put into every detail. And every detail was perfect in the end. From the beautiful ceremony site, to the gardens and christmas tree farm and tons of other sites for beautiful pictures, to the jumping pillow which was literally the talk of the party, to the corn hole set up, to the bonfire with smores, to the tent and barn with dance floor there was really very little we had to do ourselves. Decorations were practically done for us because the property was so beautiful and there was literally something for everyone. Keith did such a wonderful job preparing us for everything we needed to do to plan a wedding and his staff was always responsive to my many emails. I trusted his recommendations for vendors entirely and they did not let me down.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue for our wedding! Pretty Bird Weddings & Events offers breathtaking views and the added bonus of a lodge to get ready in and even spend the night. Tamara, the venue director, and Betsy, the event coordinator, were incredible throughout the entire planning process—helpful, responsive, and truly invested in making our day perfect. We loved having the freedom to choose our own vendors, though we did end up going with some of their preferred vendors, Pacific Northwest Catering and Karr Productions, and they were fantastic. From start to finish, this venue and team made our wedding experience stress-free and unforgettable.

We just held our wedding reception at Hidden Meadows. This is the most beautiful venue with the most amazing staff. the food is better than at a 5 star restaurant. I cannot say enough good things about how great and easy it was to work the staff at Hidden Meadows. The owners were involved in every aspect of the planning. They were also there and available on the day of the event to address anything that may come up. If you are thinking of booking here don't hesitate, it is just simply amazing.

Swans Trail has everything you could want in a rustic wedding venue, they have multiple possible wedding sites (3 outdoors and 1 indoors), a converted barn for your reception and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and Cascade mountains in the distance. On top of that, Carol and Roxy are incredibly easy to work with and they were very accommodating even when we made changes in the days leading up to the wedding. On the day of our wedding, Erin was our contact with the venue. She was responsible for looking after the venue, but she also significantly helped us out. Erin gave us last minute ideas, helped with the timing of the bridesmaid’s processional, and helped prepare the wedding dress for the walk to the ceremony. We have nothing but good things to say about Swans Trail and would recommend the venue to anyone looking for a rustic outdoor wedding.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at Craven Farms. This was the first pumpkin patch my husband and I went to when we were dating. When we saw this as an option for a wedding, we were sold. The whole Craven staff was so unbelievable. From their organization, attention to detail and communication, they are unmatched. Our wedding day turned out perfect. We could not recommend Craven Farms enough 💕

The second we walked into the venue when touring before our wedding we knew that we needed to book. The pictures online are beautiful, but you really need to see it yourself to understand what a phenomenal venue this is. Venue aside, the owners are incredible to work with. They work extremely hard to ensure your dream wedding comes to fruition. Every last detail turned out exactly how we had imagined it and there was little to no stress involved; you know that this venue will turn out perfect! Stop your wedding venue search now and BOOK green gates, it is the best decision you'll make along your wedding planning journey!

Bella Luna Farms is definitely expensive, but worth every penny. When we first saw the venue, our hearts just melted. It is so incredibly picturesque, even on a random Tuesday--we couldn't even imagine what it would look like all decked out for the wedding. While there are lots of specific requirements for insurance, this makes sense--this is Pam's home and she must cover all her bases. This, in turn, ensures that you are also covered. Leading up to the event, she was very good about staying in touch and updating us with ideas about design, floral, and rentals. After our floral consultation, I had a change of heart in my color scheme and she was very flexible in helping change the flowers to reflect those changes. The week and day of went seamlessly, thanks to her insistence on quality and professionalism. She helped bring all the pieces of our wedding planning together! We are so happy that we decided to have our wedding at Bella Luna.

I cannot recommend Machias Meadows enough! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but every detail has been so thoughtfully designed to create the perfect experience for couples and their guests. The farmhouse, where the bride and bridesmaids get ready, is spacious, beautifully decorated, and offers the perfect backdrop for photos. The groom’s suite is equally impressive—super roomy and a great space for the guys to relax and get ready. The ceremony barn is breathtaking with its rustic charm, and the reception building is both gorgeous and spacious, easily accommodating all our guests. The layout is incredibly well-planned, with four bathrooms, a catering serving window, and everything needed to keep the day running smoothly. And let’s not forget the adorable Highland cows and the picturesque river—both made for the most amazing photo opportunities! The owners were a dream to work with—so accommodating and always willing to answer questions or allow walkthroughs with vendors. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. If you’re looking for a breathtaking venue with incredible amenities and owners who genuinely care, Machias Meadows is it!
