Sitting peacefully along the banks of the Snohomish River this lovely historic farm offers both scenic views of Mt Baker and the northern Cascade Range as well as quiet pastoral scenes of the surrounding river valley.

Our outdoor facility is a renovated charming barn which is open to the East and overlooks a large pond with fountain in the middle, lush gardens and magical wetland area that is fed by a beautiful waterfall and stream. This area is also surrounded by a portion of our Honeycrisp apple orchard. The barn's partially enclosed interior is finished with clear cedar and recycled rusted tin, opening up to a large patio with a waterfall, lush gardens, hanging baskets, roses and pergolas with stairways leading down to the open grassy lawn. Strings of clear lights hang over the patio and dance floor, creating an enchanting and romantic atmosphere for your reception. Our indoor building is equipped with a lovely gas fire place and decorative mantle for cold days and wood ceiling fans for warmer evenings.

The rustic elegance of this site lends itself to a variety of celebrations, with little additional decor needed. There are many charming sites for “first look” and additional pictures on the big day.

Our venue also includes wedding party suites, an outdoor/covered commercial kitchen and real restrooms. You will have your choice in ceremony sites, and reception sites as we have both indoor and outdoor covered spaces. We have a maximum capacity of 300 in our covered outdoor renovated barn and 200 in our indoor building.
