I cannot recommend Machias Meadows enough! Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, but every detail has been so thoughtfully designed to create the perfect experience for couples and their guests. The farmhouse, where the bride and bridesmaids get ready, is spacious, beautifully decorated, and offers the perfect backdrop for photos. The groom’s suite is equally impressive—super roomy and a great space for the guys to relax and get ready.

The ceremony barn is breathtaking with its rustic charm, and the reception building is both gorgeous and spacious, easily accommodating all our guests. The layout is incredibly well-planned, with four bathrooms, a catering serving window, and everything needed to keep the day running smoothly. And let’s not forget the adorable Highland cows and the picturesque river—both made for the most amazing photo opportunities!

The owners were a dream to work with—so accommodating and always willing to answer questions or allow walkthroughs with vendors. Their kindness and attention to detail made all the difference. If you’re looking for a breathtaking venue with incredible amenities and owners who genuinely care, Machias Meadows is it!

It was with a heavy heart that our family was not able to hold our daughter's wedding at Machias Meadows due to the pandemc. We had to make other arrangements, but we will always be grateful to Jordan for his understanding and professionalism as we struggled with this difficult decision. And if you have seen the venue, or met with Jordan and Kristin, you can easily understand why we were so disappointed. It is an incredibly beautiful setting and is perfect for any wedding dream that a couple could have. The barn, the lawns, the reception hall, the outside seating areas... the views... Machias has it all. But most importantly its the people. When we cancelled Jordan was empathetic and understanding. He kept saying "we are here for the long haul, we understand." My daughter was unable to be married there, but maybe my wife and I will renew our vows there someday!

We have been working with the owners of Machias Meadows for the past 10 months on planning our big family dream wedding. Covid has derailed our plans twice and even though we no longer are able to have our wedding, Machias Meadows has been hands down the easiest vendor to work with. Schedule your wedding, party, class reunion with them, you won't regret it.

Machias Meadows is a gorgeous wedding and event venue. It has a little bit of everything with a beautiful outdoor ceremony area overlooking the meadow with the highland cows, a wonderfully restored classic red barn, and a sleek modern pole barn. Jordan and Kristen are amazing to work with. They have very timely communication and work hard to accommodate each and every request. We were simply blown away with their kindness and generosity to accommodate our unique circumstances. I would highly recommend Machias Meadows to any couple looking for a wedding venue.

We got married at Machias Meadows in November 2019. We had the best experience with Machias Meadows! The owners are husband and wife and are so easy to work with. They are very responsive and were really helpful with any questions.

The venue is so beautiful! They can accommodate indoor or outdoor weddings. We held the ceremony in the white barn, cocktail hour in the red barn and moved back to the white barn for dinner / dancing. It worked out perfectly! They have so many options depending on the time of year, etc. They also have a very cute farmhouse for the bridal party to get ready in. They also have a cool bar area in the red barn for people to get ready in. Our wedding photographer loved this venue because there were so many different picture locations.

I highly recommend this venue! Machias Meadows made everything stress free and our wedding went amazing. Everyone who attended the wedding had nothing but great things to say about the venue.

We couldn't have been happier with Machias Meadows as our venue. We fell in love with the setting the moment we arrived for a tour. There are options for both indoor and outdoor ceremonies, which took away any stress we may of had about the weather. Jordan and Kristen were absolutely fantastic to work with and very responsive. Machias Meadows was hands down the greatest and smoothest wedding experience we possibly could have had. Jordan and Kristin are very relatable, easy going, and understanding in every way. Machias Meadows offered the perfect intimate spaces for the most perfect intimate day of our lives. If we would re-do our whole engagement again, we would hands down go with Machias Meadows 40 times over again.
