We had our wedding at the World Trade Center Seattle and we could not be more pleased with our experience!! From day 1, the first person I interacted with, Linda Kress, treated me with a level of kindness and investment that was unparalleled when compared to the experiences that we had during our 13 other venue tours. Linda is amazing at her job and also simply an amazing person. She very quickly felt like a friend and went out of her way to provide us with so much additional wedding guidance based on her previous years of experience as a wedding planner. As the wedding got closer, we transitioned to working more closely with Camila Ormachea, who was also absolutely amazing and more helpful than we could have imagined. She coordinated all details with ease, was very responsive and accommodating, and was clearly invested in how our wedding was going to turn out. Forever thankful for both Linda and Camila!! We truly feel like we found a hidden gem in a sea of other beautiful but terrifyingly expensive venues. The actual venue fee is beyond reasonable - the greatest portion of the cost (which is still very reasonable) to hold your wedding here is in the food & beverage but let me tell you, it SHOWS. The food was unbelievably high quality and I believe is the thing that stood out to our guests the most, so many of them are still raving about it. That also includes the service, which was top-tier. Everyone working was very detail-oriented and did an incredible job of making sure the night ran smoothly from handing out champagne as guest arrived and flipping the ceremony space in record time, to a seamless plated dinner experience and beyond. I honestly felt so fancy during our wedding as a result of the service and the food. The room itself is also absolutely stunning and made for such a beautiful backdrop of our ceremony. The pics taken in the World Trade Center room itself turned out amazing, as well as all the pics that we took across the street on top of the attached Bell Harbor Conference Center. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I HIGHLY recommend that you choose the World Trade Center Seattle. I didn’t have to worry or think about a thing day-of and the venue and service absolutely surpassed any expectations I had!

From the get-go, I was so impressed with The Foundry. I initially spoke to Matt, and we were lucky enough to continue to have him as our event coordinator. I reached out to *so* many venues, and this was the only one that gave me a truly detailed breakdown of everything and a really good idea of what it would look like to have our wedding there. When we toured the space, we knew we found the right spot. It's beautiful inside and there's a lot of great features and room. We had a 185 person guest list, and our final count day-of was 127. There was PLENTY of space for everyone, and there would have been with our original count as well. Matt was so accommodating with us. He really took the time to work with us and help us customize our wedding. His response time was always quick, and I really appreciated the continual clarity with everything. The Foundry is run by Herban Feast, which means catering and the bar is all in-house. Initially, I was a little worried how this would affect the cost. And I'll admit, when I first saw the numbers, I was a little scared. But honestly, this was a crazy good value. The per person price for food was actually a lot lower than a lot of other places, and the food was seriously fantastic. In terms of the bar, they really worked with us and let us do a lot fo customization, which was awesome. In the long run, I was so grateful to not have to worry about food or booze and just let them work their magic! While we didn't do an individual tasting, Herban Feast has open houses for each season, and I was able to taste most of the menu items then. And yes, everything I had was delicious, and our selections were great on the day of the wedding as well. Overall, we were so happy to get married here and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a pain-free planning process. If you're getting married in the summer, it also doesn't hurt that they have AC!

We loved having our wedding at Dockside! The servers, bartenders, and staff were amazing and made sure we always had enough food and drinks. The space (and fortunate weather) put on a great showcase of Seattle to our 81 guests who were all visiting from elsewhere. The venue is in a local iconic seafood spot right on Lake Union, which has beautiful views for those visiting. We so appreciate Katie Melvin and the coordinating team's attention to our needs, the swift responses to constant emails, and the time in making sure our big day went well. We feel so lucky to have made such special memories at a venue/restaurant we're excited to point out and come back to in future years!

I have been working with Mitchell Ray at the hotel and he has been so helpful with guiding me through the process. He is very accommodating and has been great to work with. The food is amazing and he makes the process stressfree!

Great space on Lake Washington. Gorgeous boat deck makes you feel like you are literally on the lake. Wonderful space inside for dinner and another side for dance. If the weather is good dance outside. As a wedding DJ I love thins space for a party. When my husband and I first walked into Georgetown Ballroom, we knew it was the perfect location for our intimate, 40-person wedding. This gorgeous venue is full of charm and history and highly customizable for events big and small. We immediately fell in love with the brick walls, paper lanterns and other thoughtful details throughout the space. The food and drinks were excellent -- the chef even helped us make a custom Bob’s Burgers style “burger of the day” as one of our appetizers. But what makes Georgetown Ballroom truly special are the wonderful people who work there. We worked primarily with Nancy Neyhart for more than a year to make every detail perfect. Nancy was responsive to my many, many questions, transparent with us about costs and allowed us to tour the venue multiple times as we were planning our decorations and details. Nancy and the team at Georgetown did more than help us plan a wedding -- they helped us share our love story. And I can’t go without mentioning the massive hiccup Nancy helped us navigate. On our wedding day, my husband woke up sick, and for more than a few moments, I thought we were going to have to cancel. But the Georgetown Ballroom team went above and beyond to ensure everything went according to schedule. Nancy helped keep me calm, and even brought my husband cold packs and ginger beer in his getting ready suite. We would recommend Georgetown Ballroom a hundred times over for all types of events. We will be forever grateful to Nancy and her team for her care and dedication to making our wedding happen.

There are not enough words to express how wonderful the Hotel Sorrento team is and how beautiful the space was for our wedding day! Beside the timeless beauty and historical charm of Hotel Sorrento, the staff inside went above and beyond all expectations to make our wedding day incredibly special. The most remarkable aspect of this all was the fact that Hotel Sorrento helped us plan a whole new reception in six weeks. Due to COVID-19, we found ourselves without a reception venue and scrambling to understand any options we had. Hotel Sorrento kindly met with us as we discussed realistic options and expectations. It took us moments to decide to move forward with them because of the experience and dedication of their team. In the weeks leading up to the big day, they did not disappoint. The team was professional, prompt with communication, and sincerely invested in making our day amazing. They eased our minds with all normal logistics, but were always on top of the ever-changing COVID-19 guidelines and mandates. They implemented temperature checks, masks, social distancing and made our small group feel safe and healthy. Hotel Sorrento made the weeks beforehand stress-free and the day was beyond our wildest dreams! They worked with our vendors seamlessly and our only focus was getting married. The day was perfect and the dinner on the rooftop patio was amazing. The food and drinks were so delicious and the views of the city at sunset were even more beautiful than we imagined. Sue, Shannon, Tiffany, and Jason are the best in the industry and will make couples constantly feel taken care of. They truly prioritize their couples and showed us kindness and hospitality we didn't experience at other venues. Hotel Sorrento will forever have our sincerest gratitude. If they can make a wedding day this breathtaking in six weeks during a global pandemic, I can't even imagine how fantastic weddings will be when the world is back to normal. We cannot recommend Hotel Sorrento enough to future couples! They are beyond amazing!

Victoria was our point of contact through the end of planning and it was seamless. I can’t say enough good things from the staff, atmosphere, accommodations, food… our guest had an absolute ball. The Edgewater will forever be near and dear to our hearts for all of our days!

The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole planning process. I liked the fact that TCC has no restriction on vendors. However, they restrict alcohol use to just beer, wine, and champagne. No liquor! I am still unsure why they charged $200 for alcohol fee when they don't even allow liquor. The facility has a spacious and awesome kitchen that was much appreciated by our caterer. The outside space that comes with the reception hall rental is wonderful! There is a boardwalk next to a river with a few birch trees that made a wonderful setting for photos and video. Our guests sat outside during cocktail hours. I would highly recommend TCC to anyone.

I am BLOWN away at Imperia! We had our reception party here and planning was amazing. We worked with JJ with most of our scheduling and it was seamless. There were a bunch of individual touches we had in our wedding that JJ was supportive of, and excited for, and even months later, still get compliments on our wedding. A huge factor for those compliments are to Imperia, for being so professional, accommodating, having amazing decor, floor plan, catering AMAZING food, and great bartenders. We had customs drinks, they helped us with choosing where to setup our ice sculpture, overall floor layout planning, setup an AMAZING tasting menu, setup a seafood display that EVERYONE LOVED, setup the most amazing large charcuterie table, and worked well with all our vendors.
