We’re so glad we chose Bell Harbor for our wedding! From the start, Linda, the Sales Manager, won us over with her kindness and professionalism—she’s the reason we picked Bell Harbor when we were just about to go with another venue. Camila, our Events & Conference Services Manager, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t even expect, and even our wedding planner kept pointing out how rare it is to get that level of care. We felt so supported the whole way through. The catering and bartending team was fantastic—they not only listened to our notes but also created amazing signature drinks inspired by the Filipino ingredients we wanted to highlight. They really brought our vision to life. And after the wedding, the staff made sure our things were kept safe until we could pick them up a couple of days later. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much to us. Bell Harbor isn’t just a beautiful venue—it’s run by people who genuinely care, and that made all the difference for us.

From the get-go, I was so impressed with The Foundry. I initially spoke to Matt, and we were lucky enough to continue to have him as our event coordinator. I reached out to *so* many venues, and this was the only one that gave me a truly detailed breakdown of everything and a really good idea of what it would look like to have our wedding there. When we toured the space, we knew we found the right spot. It's beautiful inside and there's a lot of great features and room. We had a 185 person guest list, and our final count day-of was 127. There was PLENTY of space for everyone, and there would have been with our original count as well. Matt was so accommodating with us. He really took the time to work with us and help us customize our wedding. His response time was always quick, and I really appreciated the continual clarity with everything. The Foundry is run by Herban Feast, which means catering and the bar is all in-house. Initially, I was a little worried how this would affect the cost. And I'll admit, when I first saw the numbers, I was a little scared. But honestly, this was a crazy good value. The per person price for food was actually a lot lower than a lot of other places, and the food was seriously fantastic. In terms of the bar, they really worked with us and let us do a lot fo customization, which was awesome. In the long run, I was so grateful to not have to worry about food or booze and just let them work their magic! While we didn't do an individual tasting, Herban Feast has open houses for each season, and I was able to taste most of the menu items then. And yes, everything I had was delicious, and our selections were great on the day of the wedding as well. Overall, we were so happy to get married here and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a pain-free planning process. If you're getting married in the summer, it also doesn't hurt that they have AC!

We loved having our wedding at Dockside! The servers, bartenders, and staff were amazing and made sure we always had enough food and drinks. The space (and fortunate weather) put on a great showcase of Seattle to our 81 guests who were all visiting from elsewhere. The venue is in a local iconic seafood spot right on Lake Union, which has beautiful views for those visiting. We so appreciate Katie Melvin and the coordinating team's attention to our needs, the swift responses to constant emails, and the time in making sure our big day went well. We feel so lucky to have made such special memories at a venue/restaurant we're excited to point out and come back to in future years!

We compared prices and toured several of the downtown hotels, and we felt like the Westin was by far the best value for the money for our wedding weekend accommodations. We met with Jay Cox and he worked with us to reserve a block of rooms for the week of our wedding at a discounted rate of $149 per night (normally about $225/night). The Westin is right in the heart of downtown, has great views, and is within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the theater district. It's also close to the Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. There is a large lobby and bar area downstairs where you can meet up and socialize, and the hotel was a short 12 minute cab ride to our wedding venue. Parking in downtown Seattle always comes at an additional cost, so we made sure to warn our guests that they should plan on paying $25-$40 a night depending on whether they parked in a street lot or at the hotel itself. I wanted to book a suite with two adjoining rooms for myself and my bridesmaids, and so our guests would have an area to gather and hang out. We chose a specific suite in the south tower, but a few weeks before our wedding we learned that the hotel had pushed back some renovations and the rooms I had carefully selected were no longer available. However, they were able to book us into the Imperial Suite (46th floor, north tower), which was larger but had no kitchen amenities (kind of a bummer). But we made it work and all our guests seemed to really like the suite as well as their individual rooms. The staff was very helpful and brought up complimentary roll away beds and full length mirrors which made getting ready in the parlor with all my bridesmaids very fun. Jay felt bad about switching our rooms at the last second, so he had chocolate covered strawberries and champagne sent up to our room for the wedding night, which we thought was such a nice touch. We were very happy that we chose the Westin for our accommodations.

Great space on Lake Washington. Gorgeous boat deck makes you feel like you are literally on the lake. Wonderful space inside for dinner and another side for dance. If the weather is good dance outside. As a wedding DJ I love thins space for a party. Aloha! I would like to thank Erinn on how she did such a great job. From the very beginning I had question after question and she responded right away. I did back and fourth messaging for longer then a month due to not being sure on a venue choice since it was going to be a destination wedding and I’m stuck in Kauai not able to meet up and see the venue face to face. I loved how she went above and beyond and had an assistant take videos of both the grand Hyatt Seattle and Olive 8 spaces. Since I was unsure of where to do my wedding. I would recommend to defiantly talk to her if you plan to get married or have an event at the olive 8 Seattle or grand Hyatt seattle. I did so much research on venues and the Hyatt’s are pretty well priced for a hotel venue and comes with many inclusives! Her customer service stood out from others as I was searching for so many other venues in Seattle area as well! Overall I didn’t choose to have my wedding here just due to finding something that suited my tastes more and it having more building character......BUT if this venue suits you on the modern and upscale hotel I would defiantly give Erinn a call or email. She is great and I’ve been working at a Hyatt in Kauai for over 3 years now. I’ve seen a lot of customer service but hers was different from others on her patience and responsiveness! I may not have booked my wedding here but wanted to thank her for her customer service! Me and my fiancée actually booked and decided to stay for a couple days at the Hyatt olive 8 Seattle before we get married for our wedding week. So at least we get that experience. Thanks!! When my husband and I first walked into Georgetown Ballroom, we knew it was the perfect location for our intimate, 40-person wedding. This gorgeous venue is full of charm and history and highly customizable for events big and small. We immediately fell in love with the brick walls, paper lanterns and other thoughtful details throughout the space. The food and drinks were excellent -- the chef even helped us make a custom Bob’s Burgers style “burger of the day” as one of our appetizers. But what makes Georgetown Ballroom truly special are the wonderful people who work there. We worked primarily with Nancy Neyhart for more than a year to make every detail perfect. Nancy was responsive to my many, many questions, transparent with us about costs and allowed us to tour the venue multiple times as we were planning our decorations and details. Nancy and the team at Georgetown did more than help us plan a wedding -- they helped us share our love story. And I can’t go without mentioning the massive hiccup Nancy helped us navigate. On our wedding day, my husband woke up sick, and for more than a few moments, I thought we were going to have to cancel. But the Georgetown Ballroom team went above and beyond to ensure everything went according to schedule. Nancy helped keep me calm, and even brought my husband cold packs and ginger beer in his getting ready suite. We would recommend Georgetown Ballroom a hundred times over for all types of events. We will be forever grateful to Nancy and her team for her care and dedication to making our wedding happen.

The Edgewater's Olympic Ballroom was such a romantic and enchanting place to host our wedding reception. Dancing while watching the Seattle summer sunset behind the Olympic Mountains over Elliott Bay was a magical experience and one of our core memories from the entire night!! Nikita, Karly, and the Edgewater staff were an absolute pleasure to work with and helped accommodate all of our guests' dietary restrictions and last minute requests.

The staff was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole planning process. I liked the fact that TCC has no restriction on vendors. However, they restrict alcohol use to just beer, wine, and champagne. No liquor! I am still unsure why they charged $200 for alcohol fee when they don't even allow liquor. The facility has a spacious and awesome kitchen that was much appreciated by our caterer. The outside space that comes with the reception hall rental is wonderful! There is a boardwalk next to a river with a few birch trees that made a wonderful setting for photos and video. Our guests sat outside during cocktail hours. I would highly recommend TCC to anyone.

We chose to have our wedding at Imperia and could not be more happy with how it turned out. The venue is beautiful and the staff were absolutely amazing to work with. If you are looking for a place to have a fun party that goes late, this place is where you should book! We have been told by multiple people from our wedding that this was the best wedding they have been too and one of the coolest venues they have ever seen. If you are tossing up whether to go with Imperia or somewhere else, your money will be best spent with the folks from Imperia!
