Couples are invited to host both their ceremony and reception here, as well as an intimate elopement. Pre-wedding festivities are also welcomed, from a celebratory engagement party to a rehearsal dinner. This venue sits beside the Seattle Seahawks' CenturyLink Stadium. A ten-minute drive will bring you to King County International Airport, ideal for out-of-town guests.
Facilities and Capacity
Couples can exchange their vows on King Street Ballroom & Perch's picturesque rooftop space, with the city's skyline as a stunning backdrop. After joyful tears have been wiped away, the newlyweds and their guests can make their way to the spacious ballroom to continue the festivities. Here, floor-to-ceiling windows and shimmering, beveled-glass chandeliers fill the room with light. Through these windows, couples and their loved ones can take in the views of Seattle and Puget Sound while they sip a signature drink. Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square is connected to this venue, offering luxurious and convenient overnight accommodation. Parking is available on-site, alongside valet service to impress guests.

The beautiful built-in Perch Bar lets you decide on a limited, cash or open bar, alongside offering a champagne toast.

Their two-room suites offer an elevated experience and upscale entertainment features. The guest rooms, meanwhile, are comfortable spaces for relaxing in between celebrations. Amazing and Stress Free
Beautiful venue in the heart of Seattle
We also booked a hotel room block for our family, wedding party, and out-of-town guests. Jordan made the hotel block process very easy for us and what's even better is that the hotel rooms are on the same floor as the venue space, which made it very convenient for our guests (especially elders). I booked the presidential penthouse for my bridal party and the guys booked the cityscape penthouse. Highly recommend if you plan on doing hair/makeup onsite - the views made for amazing photo opportunities and hair/makeup had ample space to setup!
The only downside to this venue is parking - the hotel does not own the parking garage and the venue is right next to Century Link Field so if there's a game or event happening on your day then parking prices are hiked. There was a Seahawks pre-season game on our wedding day so I created a parking map for my guests with options to park at cheaper nearby lots. Aside from the parking cost, most guests were actually really excited that they could see the game from the reception ballroom!
If you book this venue - I would highly recommend opening a Hilton credit card and placing all of your venue charges onto that card to accrue points for a free honeymoon hotel stay! That's what we did and it was the best decision!
Overall, a very beautiful venue with top-notch service!
