The W hotel was perfection for our wedding! As gay men of color we especially appreciated feeling so comfortable, respected, welcomed, and cared for with our celebration. From start to finish staff communication was excellent. The menu tasting allowed us to be 100% confident with our food selections for our guests. We received nothing but positive feedback from our guests on every aspect of the wedding. The W even made signature drinks aligned with the color of our spirit animals! The W puts a capital C in Customize for the celebration so you can be assured it will be tailored to your needs. They even offered cultural food options (Indian) out of respect for our culture. Cake was perfection and included in the menu tasting before the wedding. The many food options and flexibility of the Chef made managing the food portion of the event a delight (vegetarian options as well). W has alwasy been a front runner for me in terms of luxury hotels in Seattle. Downtown location was perfect for our out of town events guests who could easily do some site-seeing. The ventu waqs absoultely the pefrfect for the size of wedding we wanted. You can go big, small, or somewhere in the middle with various pricing options. The rooms were super comfortable and luxurious with breathtaking city views. They even allow you to pay incrementally before the wedding so if you plan well you will have almost nothing left to pay after the event! The best aspect of the entire wedding package at the W was the wedding planner, Kiki Garmonos. Kiki was phenomenal with communication, event planning, and management. She made sure on the wedding day we had nothing to worry about from start to finish. All our of town guests received tgheir gifts upon check-in. All vendors (DJ, flowers, photographers) were managed to perfection so I didn't to touch my phone on the special day. Kiki was so friendly, fun, and easy to work with. She even arranged a special personlized gift in our room as a surprise on the day of our wedding. The W hotel must truly hire the best, and Kiki was definitely THAT!

The Edgewater's Olympic Ballroom was such a romantic and enchanting place to host our wedding reception. Dancing while watching the Seattle summer sunset behind the Olympic Mountains over Elliott Bay was a magical experience and one of our core memories from the entire night!! Nikita, Karly, and the Edgewater staff were an absolute pleasure to work with and helped accommodate all of our guests' dietary restrictions and last minute requests.

Nicole and Lou were amazingly professional and understand and flexible to work with. The venue was notice short from beautiful and the team was accommodating.

We stayed at the Hotel Palladian on our wedding night and the following day and night before leaving for our honeymoon. All I can say is this is one of the most unique hotels I've ever stayed at in the United States, and has such a combination of luxury and comfort. It is incredible! Our room was so cozy and luxurious, perfect for our first night together. The hotel had such a special feel to it in general. We loved the location too - we spent much of the following day walking to and around Pike Place Market, to breakfast and lunch and a coffee shop. It was also the perfect place to just relax and enjoy each others' company after the crazy busyness of wedding prep. I highly recommend this unique hotel!

My husband and I had a lot of guests coming in from out of state and we wanted to make the location of our reception as easy as possible. The Graduate was the best case scenario! It was easy for our guests to get there from the airport, either by driving or by taking the light rail (the stop is right across the street). We were able to have a welcome reception on the rooftop the night before and had our reception in the ballroom. The decor in the hotel is beautiful with a vintage feel, which meant we didn't have to bring much of our own decor in to make it feel elegant. We communicated with Sandy, who from the beginning worked with her team to accommodate our vision. We loved that they had tables, chairs, flatware, and catering since that made our lives SO much easier as we were hiring our vendors. (The catering was also delicious.) I would definitely recommend hosting your wedding here!

Aloha! I would like to thank Erinn on how she did such a great job. From the very beginning I had question after question and she responded right away. I did back and fourth messaging for longer then a month due to not being sure on a venue choice since it was going to be a destination wedding and I’m stuck in Kauai not able to meet up and see the venue face to face. I loved how she went above and beyond and had an assistant take videos of both the grand Hyatt Seattle and Olive 8 spaces. Since I was unsure of where to do my wedding. I would recommend to defiantly talk to her if you plan to get married or have an event at the olive 8 Seattle or grand Hyatt seattle. I did so much research on venues and the Hyatt’s are pretty well priced for a hotel venue and comes with many inclusives! Her customer service stood out from others as I was searching for so many other venues in Seattle area as well! Overall I didn’t choose to have my wedding here just due to finding something that suited my tastes more and it having more building character......BUT if this venue suits you on the modern and upscale hotel I would defiantly give Erinn a call or email. She is great and I’ve been working at a Hyatt in Kauai for over 3 years now. I’ve seen a lot of customer service but hers was different from others on her patience and responsiveness! I may not have booked my wedding here but wanted to thank her for her customer service! Me and my fiancée actually booked and decided to stay for a couple days at the Hyatt olive 8 Seattle before we get married for our wedding week. So at least we get that experience. Thanks!! The Westin is an absolutely beautiful venue to have a wedding! From the time I first met my wedding planning staff at The Westin to the wedding day has been an absolute joy! Everyone involved in setting up my wedding day at The Westin has been professional and competent. Friendly and warm and welcoming. All my requests have been granted. The cost was very reasonable for a hotel so beautiful in the heart of Seattle.The Westin made my husband and I feel so special - such individualized care like we were the only people there! I was nervous on my wedding day but I knew The Westin would make my day special. And they did! From the ceremony to the reception dinner. Making it possible for us to truly enjoy our day. The staff at The Westin made our day enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend The Westin to any couple getting married!

My fiancé and I had a wedding scheduled at the Kimpton Alexis Hotel for April 25, 2020. Unfortunately, we had to make the tough decision to cancel the wedding due to the current COVID-19 scare. The whole team at the Alexis has been nothing but great, before, during and after this decision. Angie Casper was our main point of contact during the planning process – she’s been such a joy to work with. We’ve done multiple walk throughs of the venue with Angie, she responds to all correspondence quickly and worked hard to make every vision we had come to life. Angie was able to provide vendor recommendations for anything we needed outside of the venue. If this wedding were to move forward as planned, I 100% believe Angie would have pulled it off without a hitch. Overall, we are SO thankful we chose the Kimpton Alexis as our venue. I’ve been reading nightmare stories of brides canceling/rescheduling their weddings for the same reason as mine, and their experience has been less than ideal. Even with contract restrictions, the Kimpton has gone above and beyond to make sure WE felt taken care of. No one planned for this. If we decide to attempt a wedding again, after the dust settles, we will ABSOLUTELY come back to the Kimpton Alexis Hotel.

My groom and I booked a wedding block at the Sheraton so our guests could have a convenient location downtown since all of them were from out of town. We could not have chosen a better hotel. The service from hotel staff was great and always friendly, from the booking process, to getting out welcome bags to helping me communicate shuttle information to my guests. In addition, with our block, we received a free suite upgrade that made getting ready for the wedding such a fun and easy day. We loved staying at the Seattle Sheraton and are so pleased with the service they provided.

My partner and I reached out to Hotel Interurban for our wedding reception. We were getting married in an offsite ceremony and were looking for a fun place to host our reception. We worked directly with Megan to plan our room setup and catering menus. From there, we hired a coordinator to plan the decor details and be our day-of. 10/10 Hotel Interurban - what a night to remember!!!!
