Amazing service and quality!
We were married at the Mayflower Park Hotel in mid-December, and could not be happier with the service we received. Julie Ybarra was our point of contact and guide through this process. We honestly believe we wouldn’t have had such an amazing wedding experience without Julie’s knowledge, experience, flexibility and responsiveness to our requests, questions and concerns.Sent on 12/26/2019
Every time we reached out prior to the event, Julie responded immediately and was ready to answer questions or give us a time frame for having an answer. During the ceremony and reception, Julie was always within close proximity and ready to handle any questions or issues that arose.
As is to be expected in any event, there were several small crises that came up; from our florist in Spokane failing to provide adequate arrangements, to a dress shirt not fitting. Julie stepped up in every situation, even personally helping us well into the night as we purchased and arranged new floral arrangements and decor. Julie offered to send one of her assistants to purchase and new dress shirt, and arranged for the new shirt to be pressed.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the amazing quality of the food that the Chef prepared and served. Our guests unanimously commented on how delicious the food was. The three facility rooms we used were very comfortable and beautiful, and our hotel room was comfortable and had an amazing view of downtown Spokane.
Julie continued to be responsive and available even after the event, and we truly feel we have established a great working relationship with Julie and her staff. Julie’s staff were responsive, welcoming and extremely patient with us throughout the entire three days we spent at the Mayflower. The rest of the staff at the Mayflower, from the manager and bar tenders at Oliver’s Lounge, to the front desk and bellmen and valets, were all incredibly welcoming and helpful for our entire visit.
As anyone who has planned a wedding knows; the process is very stressful. It was a welcome relief to have so many of the small stresses alleviated by the amazing staff at the Mayflower Park Hotel, and to have so many of the large stresses alleviated by Julie and her wonderful staff.
We highly recommend Julie and the Mayflower Park Hotel for weddings or any other events; and we fully plan on returning to the Mayflower in the future because of the wonderful memories we created there.

Mayflower Park Hotel Wedding (Perfect)
We were married in a private ceremony at the Mayflower Park Hotel and held a reception at the Mayflower Park Hotel on October 12th 2019. We were delighted with both events! The accommodations were first class and the entire staff was friendly, cooperative and efficient. The main contact was Julie Ybarra. She made us feel at ease immediately and we had full confidence that all our requirements would be met. She was extremely professional and gave us valuable suggestion. The whole day was flawless, from the music to the beautiful cake and food. We have no reservations about giving the Mayflower Park Hotel our highest recommendation. My new wife and I booked the Mayflower Park Hotel for our reception following our ceremony at a local Episcopal Church. Because most of our family and friends live outside of Seattle a large portion of our wedding guests and family stayed at the hotel for the weekend. We absolutely LOVED our experience with the Mayflower Park Hotel. I simply cannot imagine a better reception venue. The staff was extraordinary, multiple wedding guests told us how much they enjoyed the staff and how responsive they were to all of our needs. The concierge recommended fantastic local restaurants to our out-of-town guests and went out of their way to make sure that our wedding dresses were steamed for the big day even though we were late getting them to the hotel for steaming.Sent on 04/08/2016
The location was also perfect - right in the middle of downtown and conveniently located next to the light rail. This made it so that all of our guests could attend our wedding without renting cars. We had a cocktail style reception with heavy appetizers that were more than enough for everyone to eat.
We also owe a huge thanks to Dante Martin Jr. and Andrew Harris. We had no idea how to plan our wedding and did not have the money for a wedding planner. Dante and Andrew fielded all of our questions and recommended the best wedding photographer and DJ in town. The DJ had the entire party dancing and the wedding photographer kept us on task throughout the day and delivered gorgeous photos. It went so perfectly, my mom even said that she enjoyed it more than her own wedding - a massive Catholic wedding with over 400 guests.
Thank you so much Mayflower Park Hotel! You made our day so special. We highly recommend this venue to anyone who wants a beautiful Seattle wedding!
