As a full-service boutique team, we’re passionate about delivering seamless celebrations in the heart of the city, just steps from Pike Place Market and the Space Needle. With a blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, we showcase unforgettable views of downtown Seattle, Puget Sound, Elliott Bay, the Olympic Mountains, and even Mt. Rainier.
For larger celebrations, Bell Harbor International Conference Center welcomes up to 300 guests with stunning event spaces. Our Rooftop Plaza paired with the Harbor Ballroom creates a perfect indoor-outdoor experience. During the off-season (November through March), we can host grand events for up to 900 guests in additional spaces, all with the same exceptional service and breathtaking waterfront views.
If you’re envisioning something more intimate, our Bay View Dining Room at World Trade Center Seattle is a hidden gem. Perfect for up to 75 guests, it features a stylish indoor space, an outdoor patio, and a built-in bar, ideal for a chic and cozy celebration.

Our culinary team is proud to highlight the flavors of the Pacific Northwest, using local, seasonal, and sustainable ingredients with subtle European influence. Bar service options include cash, limited, or hosted packages, along with house beer, wine, and spirits, all served by our professional bartenders and staff.

Beautiful venue and an awesome staff!
Camila, our Events & Conference Services Manager, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t even expect, and even our wedding planner kept pointing out how rare it is to get that level of care. We felt so supported the whole way through.
The catering and bartending team was fantastic—they not only listened to our notes but also created amazing signature drinks inspired by the Filipino ingredients we wanted to highlight. They really brought our vision to life.
And after the wedding, the staff made sure our things were kept safe until we could pick them up a couple of days later. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much to us.
Bell Harbor isn’t just a beautiful venue—it’s run by people who genuinely care, and that made all the difference for us.

We truly feel like we found a hidden gem in a sea of other beautiful but terrifyingly expensive venues. The actual venue fee is beyond reasonable - the greatest portion of the cost (which is still very reasonable) to hold your wedding here is in the food & beverage but let me tell you, it SHOWS. The food was unbelievably high quality and I believe is the thing that stood out to our guests the most, so many of them are still raving about it. That also includes the service, which was top-tier. Everyone working was very detail-oriented and did an incredible job of making sure the night ran smoothly from handing out champagne as guest arrived and flipping the ceremony space in record time, to a seamless plated dinner experience and beyond. I honestly felt so fancy during our wedding as a result of the service and the food. The room itself is also absolutely stunning and made for such a beautiful backdrop of our ceremony. The pics taken in the World Trade Center room itself turned out amazing, as well as all the pics that we took across the street on top of the attached Bell Harbor Conference Center. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I HIGHLY recommend that you choose the World Trade Center Seattle. I didn’t have to worry or think about a thing day-of and the venue and service absolutely surpassed any expectations I had!
Beautiful Views, Incredible Staff, and Surprisingly Stress-Free
What really made the experience exceptional though was the staff. The sales manager, event manager, chef, and everyone we worked with were incredibly flexible, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. We decided to skip a formal ceremony and instead host an extended reception that started on the rooftop before moving into the WTC space, and they fully embraced every idea we had.
We also created a completely custom menu that honestly probably nobody else has ever had before, and instead of pushing back, the chef fully leaned into it and gave us a fantastic tasting experience. We DIYed many parts of the wedding, and the team was always willing to “yes and” our ideas rather than make things difficult.
The venue itself also does so much of the work for you visually. The rooftop views are stunning, and the WTC space with its curved glass has so much character. Our guests constantly commented on how beautiful the venue was, and the food got rave reviews as well.
Most importantly, the logistics felt incredibly easy the day of. Since the venue, furniture, food, and staff were all handled in-house, I mostly just showed up and enjoyed the wedding. We had a relatively casual multicultural wedding with about 60 people, but I honestly think this team could make any type of event feel seamless and special.

Perfect for our group size and made planning super easy!
As for staff, everyone was super kind and wonderful, but in particular our sales manager Carissa, our event coordinator Paige, and our onsite coordinator Alyssa were all amazing and very responsive to any questions we had at any time. I could not recommend the WTC Seattle more for a couple with a guest list of less then 80 who wants an all inclusive, gorgeous waterfront venue!

I love shooting at Bell Harbor and have shot many weddings there. The staff has always been so helpful and nice. The rooftop area is awesome for photos, especially later in the day and you can't beat the view amenity of the city and water. This is a great venue for photographers because there's so many little spaces to get a nice photo of the wedding couple and party. I'm looking forward to getting out there again sometime soon!
We have photographed many weddings at Bell Harbor, and highly recommend checking them out. They have many options for ceremony and reception... outside is a 360 degree roof-top view on the Seattle waterfront, and inside includes a ground floor large room with walls of windows facing Elliott Bay and a former maritime museum multi-room exhibit. The event staff and coordinators have been on-the-ball, helpful and pleasant to work with (for vendors and couples/families/guests), and we always look forward to a wedding at Bell Harbor.
