We got married at AXIS Pioneer Square, and had Prop Gallery provide cafe lights and drapes for the event. Our wedding would not have been the same without them! Not only was the finished product amazing, but the efficiency and professionalism with which they do their work was astounding. From receiving updated quotes (complete with example photos) while we were booking, to watching them set up at the venue day-of, we were completely amazed by Prop Gallery! It was so fun to see the venue transform in front of our eyes (and in a matter of minutes), from a cool but empty space, to a warm and inviting wedding! We are so grateful to Prop Gallery for helping to make our wedding amazing, and we recommend them so highly!

Prop Gallery provided and assembled white draping in the alcoves of my venue. by adding this little tough we added some elegance to this area. They were great to work with and also hung some paper lanterns for is in the same area that we bought a gave to them with no problem.

I needed some pipe and drape that was extra tall for my venue.. and they came through with not just the perfect fabric and height but also provided uplighting so that the venue looked perfect as the sun went down~!

They were super easy to work with and came in at budget!

I booked Prop Gallery upon the recommendation of our event coordinator. I met with Greg and briefly described what my daughter wanted for her wedding. Greg sketched a few ideas, gave me an estimate and I booked them on the spot. Money well spent! Prop Gallery totally transformed the venue -- it went from an ordinary banquet space into a beautiful space for the wedding. They draped one wall with sheer fabric and hung twinkle lights behind it. They draped the ceiling with great lengths of fabric and hung Italian patio lights. It was beautiful!! They only possibly negative word I can say is that Prop Gallery doesn't respond very quickly to any emails or communication. However, I was assured that they would do everything that they promised and on time, and they totally came through with everything. And, they had to remove everything immediately following the event -- and they showed up at 11pm to take everything down. I would highly recommend Prop Gallery. We were very happy with the quality of their work.

Avoid them for your important events, unless you want it to be messed up. We unfortunately used prop gallery for our wedding without actually reading reviews here. They missed on installing entire backdrop for our reception and did not provide the wedding backdrop as we were promised and as was drafted in contract. My wife left voice message the next day asking for why the backdrop wasn't installed, but they never replied to her. I sent a feedback email to them (specifically Greg Olsen) about the things they missed in decoration from the contract but again no response. I wanted to give them a chance to get back with some explaination before I posted the review online, but I guess they don't care enough to reply back as well.

Very prompt in deducting the money from your credit card as per contract but not prompt in service. Having said that for me it isn't much about money rather than running an ethical business. Also weddings are once in a life time events and you don't want that to be messed up like this.
