Beautiful venue and an awesome staff!
We’re so glad we chose Bell Harbor for our wedding! From the start, Linda, the Sales Manager, won us over with her kindness and professionalism—she’s the reason we picked Bell Harbor when we were just about to go with another venue.
Camila, our Events & Conference Services Manager, was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond in ways we didn’t even expect, and even our wedding planner kept pointing out how rare it is to get that level of care. We felt so supported the whole way through.
The catering and bartending team was fantastic—they not only listened to our notes but also created amazing signature drinks inspired by the Filipino ingredients we wanted to highlight. They really brought our vision to life.
And after the wedding, the staff made sure our things were kept safe until we could pick them up a couple of days later. That extra thoughtfulness meant so much to us.
Bell Harbor isn’t just a beautiful venue—it’s run by people who genuinely care, and that made all the difference for us.

Beautiful Views, Incredible Staff, and Surprisingly Stress-Free
We originally chose this venue because of the location. Since almost all of our guests were coming from out of town, being so close to the city and Seattle’s best attractions made everything feel easy and stress-free for both us and our friends and family. It ended up being the perfect way to showcase Seattle.
What really made the experience exceptional though was the staff. The sales manager, event manager, chef, and everyone we worked with were incredibly flexible, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. We decided to skip a formal ceremony and instead host an extended reception that started on the rooftop before moving into the WTC space, and they fully embraced every idea we had.
We also created a completely custom menu that honestly probably nobody else has ever had before, and instead of pushing back, the chef fully leaned into it and gave us a fantastic tasting experience. We DIYed many parts of the wedding, and the team was always willing to “yes and” our ideas rather than make things difficult.
The venue itself also does so much of the work for you visually. The rooftop views are stunning, and the WTC space with its curved glass has so much character. Our guests constantly commented on how beautiful the venue was, and the food got rave reviews as well.
Most importantly, the logistics felt incredibly easy the day of. Since the venue, furniture, food, and staff were all handled in-house, I mostly just showed up and enjoyed the wedding. We had a relatively casual multicultural wedding with about 60 people, but I honestly think this team could make any type of event feel seamless and special. -

Beautiful summer wedding
Bell Harbor gave us everything we wanted for our wedding. We absolutely loved the central location, the views and the bright, modern space. Guests raved about the food and the menu options gave us plenty to choose from. Antonio and his team were very helpful from the time we toured the venue to the day of, patiently answering all of our questions. The wraparound deck was perfect for cocktail hour and the ballroom gave more than enough space for our 240 guests and a dance floor. The proximity to the Marriott and parking garage made it easy for local and out of town guests to access the venue. -

What a beautiful view and such an amazing open space the staff was so easy to work with and was able to help me find areas we could use for photos. So far one of my favorite wedding spots to photograph.-

Amazing Visit!!!
Our wedding is not until August 8, 2021. But Carissa has been an amazing help. She was very attentive and answered all of our questions during our visit that it was a no brainer for us I’m choosing this venue. She had an iPad with her as well and every corner of the venue that we visit, she would show us what it could look like to help us picture our special day! -

Perfect for our group size and made planning super easy!
We absolutely loved having our ceremony and reception at the World Trade Center Seattle. When we were searching for a venue, we both wanted a waterfront view of Puget Sound, and my now husband really wanted something that was fully indoors just in case there was summer smoke. WTC could not have been better for that vision, and we did end up getting to use the gorgeous outdoor terrace space since the weather ended up being fantastic as well. We knew our target guest count was around 75, and even though we ended up a bit lower then that at 59, the space was perfect for our size group, not too big or too small feeling. From beginning to end it was so convenient to have an all in one venue, and because we purchased the Celebration package it was incredibly easy to predict what our final costs would be. All food, alcohol, and rentals were provided by the venue, which meant that I didn't have to find a separate caterer. Everyone was also raving about how delicious the food was, and at our tasting they were very accommodating to the little tweaks we wanted to make to make everything just that much more perfect. They also offered small upgrades to things such as the linens at reasonable prices to really make the space fulfill our vision perfectly.
As for staff, everyone was super kind and wonderful, but in particular our sales manager Carissa, our event coordinator Paige, and our onsite coordinator Alyssa were all amazing and very responsive to any questions we had at any time. I could not recommend the WTC Seattle more for a couple with a guest list of less then 80 who wants an all inclusive, gorgeous waterfront venue!-

The Bell Harbor International Conference Center is such an amazing wedding venue! We had our wedding there in March. We got really lucky with the weather. We had always wanted our wedding to have an amazing view so we had our ceremony on the conference center’s rooftop plaza. What an amazing view! The reception room options are also amazing and have the same breathtaking views. Since half of our guests were from out of town we wanted to showcase Seattle’s beauty and Bell Harbor did just that. There are also a ton of hotel options close by so it’s a convenient location.
The Bell Harbor team is so wonderful and helpful. They really made our day amazing! Everyone was so kind and professional. Laurie, the event manager is awesome and we weren’t just another client to her, she made us feel special. She and Carissa were so accommodating throughout the planning process. Their communication was great and they were on top of everything.
The in-house catering is so delicious and there’s so many options to choose from. It may be a bit pricey, but compared to other venues who charge similarly, Bell Harbor is totally worth it. You get amazing food and beverages, outstanding service, friendly staff, and a beautiful location for your special day! -

Bell Harbor was such an amazing venue for our July 19 wedding!! The weather was perfect and we had our ceremony up on the rooftop where you could see everything! The reception was downstairs in the Harbor Room and was great! The staff was very nice and courteous! Jennifer was a huge help throughout the planning process! All of our guests told us that was one of the best venues that they had ever been to! -

We were thrilled to find the world trade center. The room had a great view, and the food was awesome. The only downfall was that we had to use their caterers...which wasnt too big of a deal as the food was great. -

We chose WTC Seattle as our wedding venue because it seemed like the right size for our wedding, and we loved its location, view, decor style, and the outdoor terrace.
Throughout the planning process, Carissa (our sales manager) and Jennifer (event manager) have been extremely responsive and helpful. Jennifer responded to all our questions and last-minute requests patiently, and she had the ceremony and reception set up exactly the way we wanted!
WTC provides exclusive catering and bar options. Honestly when we first looked through the brochure, the cost landed a bit on the pricey side. But the food and drinks were absolutely wonderful! And the catering and bartender service was top-notch. The serving staff members were kind and professional. Our banquet captain Cheryl even packed some food from the buffet for us when she noticed that we didn't have much time to eat our dinner!
We had a wonderful and memorable wedding, and would definitely recommend WTC to our friends and family! -

The venue was beautiful, the staff were super helpful, the food was good, and everyone had a great time! It's not the cheapest place in the world, but it's worth it for that view! My only complaint is related to the alcohol: The alcohol packages were very expensive. Also, we couldn't select what kinds of wine we wanted, people had to drink whatever their house wine was. But for most people that's not a huge deal, and it wasn't bad wine! Overall, a great experience! -

Weddding in August 2025
We had an absolutely wonderful experience having our wedding at the World Trade Center. From start to finish, everything met and even exceeded our expectations exactly as we had envisioned.
A very special thank you to Linda Kress and Camila Ormachea, who were truly amazing throughout the entire process. They were incredibly supportive, patient, and easy to work with, always taking the time to answer our many questions and offering thoughtful ideas that made our day even better. Their guidance made the planning process feel smooth and stress-free.
The food was delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests about it. On the day of the event, all the staff were extremely attentive and detail-oriented, making sure everything ran perfectly.
Overall, we had an excellent experience and could not be happier with our choice of venue. We highly recommend the World Trade Center for any special event. -

Amazing Staff
I had the pleasure of planning a wedding at this venue and was blown away by the level of service and support from the entire team. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, the went above and beyond to assist with both setup and breakdown, which made a huge difference on a busy event day.
A special shoutout to Abraham, who was an absolute shining star. His energy, professionalism, and willingness to jump in wherever needed did not go unnoticed. And throughout the planning process, Samantha was equally amazing, responsive, thoughtful, and truly a joy to work with.
It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about creating a smooth, beautiful experience for everyone involved. Highly recommend! -

Summer Wedding on the Waterfront
We couldn't have been happier with how the venue turned out. The decorations were wonderful. The outdoor rooftop ceremony was beautiful. Catering was well done. The package options for food and drinks were great. Staff was very helpful and made everything possible down to the last detail. Catering and decor bundled into one location made things easy. -

Carissa (Sales Manager) and Laurie (Event Manager) were both a pleasure to work with. I appreciate their professionalism, expertise, patience, and promptness is answering my many many questions. The venue comfortably fits 80 or so guests and felt very elegant and high class, with the floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings. The view out the window at night of the Puget Sound and the pier (including the lit up ferris wheel) was very romantic. The only minor down side was the price. There was a 23% service charge and that service charge is taxed. But the food was absolutely delicious. When we had our food tasting a few months prior to the wedding, we loved sampling all the entrees. It tasted like and was presented in a way that was at a 5-star restaurant level. The service staff appeared to be very professional as well on the day of the wedding. So I supposed you do get what you pay for; high price for high level of service and food. -

I've always thought the location was scenic, beautiful, and spacious with good food and service from previous event I had attended here.
When it came time to look for a wedding venue last summer, this was obviously on our list. From our initial e-mail communication and scoping out of the venue, we had a great experience from the very professional sales manager, and we decided this was the right place for our big day.
Our event manager was also very kind to help us, answer questions, set up our tasting, venue walk-through, and handled our last minute changes from start to finish, and left us with only great memories of our planning and wedding day. Our guests complimented us on the beautiful space, the fresh and delicious (good portions!) dinner that was served quickly, and interesting exhibits. As bride and groom, we felt the service was wonderful especially when they were trying to get dinner and beverages to us as soon as possible. We had a great wedding day, thanks to Bell Harbor, and will definitely recommend this venue to our friends. -

What a beautiful and perfect location to showcase Seattle's waterfront and city views. We had a lot of guests traveling in from out of town, most of whom had never been to Seattle so we really wanted to show off what Seattle has to offer.
We looked at several venues around the city but when offered the chance to get married on the rooftop and hold our reception inside and outside by the waterfront we couldn't pass up the opportunity.
Bell Harbor made everything so easy for us, by providing their own food and beverage service we didn't have to go out and find a caterer. They also provided us with a wedding coordinator, that I emailed at least 10 times a week, who was invaluable as she was so knowledgeable and willing to help. Our day went off perfectly and all the venue staff were great and polite.
Our guests loved being able to see the great views of the sound and Mt. Rainier as we said our "I Dos" and then be able to eat and dance in a room that looked like you were on a boat as well as being able to walk outside and be right next to the water. We couldn't have been happier with the venue we chose. -

We had our wedding here in August and it was nothing less than perfect. We dealt with a few minor hiccups, like the cruise ship being 3 hours delayed, but it actually worked out for the best. Just be wary of cruise ships if you have a summer wedding and know that they don't leave till 4-5, so plan your wedding after that. Our coordinator, Gradee was wonderful to work with and everything flowed perfectly. We were in the harbor room and you can't really beat the view. We had a beautiful summer sunset right over the water and all of our guests raved about the waterfront venue.
The guests also raved about the food (and some still haven't stopped talking about it). We did a buffet with chicken, steak and salmon and it was delicious. The buffet is a little more expensive, but your guests can eat as much as they want, and we had many people go back for seconds. We added some decor and up lighting, because it's a conference room and not decorated for a wedding, but we covered the conference chairs and had drapery and lights hanging from the ceiling. We booked about a year and a half early because we had a long engagement, so we ended up getting half off the room rental and all of the 2013 prices, so book early if you can. All and all, it was a wonderful wedding at a wonderful venue. -

We recently had a wedding (ceremony + reception) at the Maritime Event Center and it exceeded our expectations. Jennifer Johnson was our venue coordinator and she was amazing to work with. She was very quick to respond to our numerous emails and agreed to host multiple venue visits just to make sure we knew where things would go. The service staff were all great to work with and super helpful the day before and the day of. I would highly recommend holding a wedding at Bell Harbor since everyone was so easy to work with (especially Jennifer!!!). -

Had my wedding here last weekend. Overall, the service, food, and setting is amazing for a special celebration. We had the ceremony on the roof top with brilliant views of Seattle and the reception in the maritime room. You basically get a whole museum full of extra space to use to your liking. The main room has huge windows facing Alaskan Way with a garage door that can be opened for a gated off patio area.
The food is delicious! The only downside is that the pre tasting is very limited, so you don't get to try everything ahead of time that you end up choosing for the actual event meal. This was a bit nerve racking, but I guess it is because they are not a full time restaurant. You get to try exactly 3 hors d'oeuvres, 3 main courses with their choice of starch and veggie (they ignore the items you are considering as finalist for the starch and veggie choose randomly which veggie and starch to include as samples). I can't complain too much though because everything we picked ended up being terrific and we got a lot of compliments on the food from the guests.
The service during the reception was top notch and our wedding planner Brenna from Bell Harbor was very reliable throughout the process. There were a couple random added little costs that they tried to add on, but they try to work with you if you think the charge is unfair. Overall, I could not be happier with my decision to have my wedding at Bell Harbor. Thank you Brenna! -

We were married on the rooftop of the Bell Harbor Convention Center, and it was gorgeous. The event manager we worked with was very laid back and flexible, however she wasn't always very responsive (and even double-booked herself when we were supposed to be touring the venue, so she left us to handle other customers in the middle of our appointment).
We used the rooftop for a cocktail hour after the ceremony, and the food, drinks and service were all excellent. There is everything needed for music up there as well, so our band offer excellent background music.
Everyone at the venue is very polite and we were extremely happy with the venue overall! -

I recently had my NYE wedding at Bell Harbor, in the Maritime Event Center. It was amazing! From the planning, to the food, to the service, everything was top notch. Our event manager Delisha was responsive and always willing to help in whatever we needed. Our guest list started off a little too big, and Delisha made a plan for if we had too many guests. Luckily we ended up not having an issue, but their flexibility did not go unnoticed! Our guests raved about the food and all of the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Thank you Bell Harbor! -

Overall, the quality of service, wedding package options, menu, and price were reasonable and very well done! ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF FOOD OR SERVICE. One main concern, however, is to look into your outside options/resources for any additional technical needs: if you need them to provide an LCD projector, the additional fee is pretty high compared to owning/bringing in your own (so I guess you have to ask yourself if the cost is worth it for extra convenience); same thing with speakers and, of course, lighting, etc. Example, say you need one microphone, the base cost is possibly about $50 each mic (cord, not cordless), plus state tax and additional service fee (~+25% total), meaning one microphone to borrow for your event is another $62 added to your bill. Again, the location and service is awesome -- but if they could lower their additional costs for all the little tech support needs (or have some tech support package deals with more reasonable prices), that could be their greatest area of improvement we would suggest. -

Overall they were great about explaining their policies when asked but it wasn't very clear at first. To be fair, our plan was a bit out of the ordinary for what they do but everyone was very helpful and willing to accommodate what we needed. The only grip I have is the lack of flexibility on pricing and the lack of value for the price but it's Seattle Waterfront so I guess they can get away with it. -

We had a really nice event at the WTC. The circular shape of the room was cozy with 100 people at a sit-down evening reception. The view was wonderful. The food was really quite good and the iced-tea they made was delicious. Downside? Little flexibility about the alcohol and the per bottle price on mediocre wine was disappointing. Otherwise, venue was very professional and the estimate was almost spot-on, so no surprises. -

We used the World Trade Center and the room is great with big windows that look out into the water. The food was awesome. However, it is a little pricey. They also got my name wrong in three out of the four signs (all different versions of my name). Come on, how do you get the bride's name wrong? -

june wedding
they were okay. great price compared to other venues we looked at, and everyone loved the food! only issues i had was the employee I planned everything with the whole year prior, was not the one assigned to me the day of. the employee i had didnt seem to have done her "homework" or look at any of the notes from the other girl and I had to look after everything myself. multiple mistakes were made with my set up that i had to run after and correct. biggest issue was another employee decided to interfere and for whatever reason, thinking she was helping out, made my DJ change my processional song so i didnt walk down the eisle to what i wanted. this is my biggest regret! according to my husband she got into an argument with the dj on whether the song needed to be changed or not. my dj gave up and changed it to make her happy to something random. otherwise it was an amazing night and id hire them again! -

The venue was amazing! We were in a circular room in downtown Seattle looking out at the Puget Sound. It was the next best thing to being outside. -

I had my wedding here last Summer and it was quite disappointing. When we originally viewed the venue, we fell in love with the Seattle waterfront view and knew it was where we wanted to get married. Although, they did not advise there would be a gangway on the waterfront in the Summer destructing the view. It came as a surprise as we visited the venue again a a couple months before the wedding. When we asked about it, they said it was an active cruise terminal so it is a fixture in place throughout the cruise season but this fixture was not
disclosed up front. Bell Harbor is very strict with timing therefore you are only allowed in within your contracted agreement time. We arrived an hour earlier and were forced to wait in the lobby and didn't have access to our ceremony room to start set up a little earlier. Also, since it is an active cruise terminal the cruise ship blocks your view until they take off. We were advised it is typically around 3-4pm when the cruise ship departs, but on our wedding day it didn't leave until closer to 5pm. The food provided at the tasting was excellent and we were so excited about it, but when it came down to the wedding day, the food served was not the same. The halibut was dry and overcooked. The presentation was also sloppy in comparison to the tasting. Some guest did not receive dressing with their salad. A few weeks after our wedding, a friend told me she went to another wedding here and said the fish and steak were both overcooked then as well. She also mentioned that they saw a mouse in the lobby! Disgusting. All in all, I would not recommend Bell Harbor as it seems the venue is going down hill as far as food and service. I regret booking my wedding here. -
