Wedding Venues in Tacoma

I write this review from an event professional standpoint, as I recently did a few private parties at LeMay - America's Car Museum. The staff is great to work with, and the early load-in day-of is a time saver! The cars are the real eye candy, and they do rotate out on a regular basis. If you are planning a wedding or private party on the top floor, make sure your entertainment brings in multiple speakers. As a DJ, I've found the solution to this cavernous room is more coverage, not pushing the volume.

We got married 8-12-25 and we planned for about 2 years, so choosing a venue came with very careful consideration. We paid for the full package and every penny was worth it. While I was at first bummed there was a set catering list, I was happily suprised by the options and ultimately went with snuffins catering which was amazing, we had guests commenting all night about how good the food was. Everyone enjoyed the classic car showroom and on a VERY hot summer day, it was perfectly air conditioned inside. Lindsey and Devan did absolutely everything they could to help me pull off this massive party with all my DIY crazy-ness. Devan did so much to help get us comfortable and let us breathe before our grand entrance that was so needed, she helped tell the dj when it was time to transition from events in the night, everyone from 1625 helped clean up with a smile on their face. Our wedding day was more than I ever could have asked for and a lot of that is thanks to the people at 1625. Thank You so much for an amazing day. Maggie and Derek black

This venue was exactly what we were looking for. Tables and chairs, a kitchen, a full-day rental, and an amazing view. While our outdoor ceremony had to be moved inside because of rain, it still turned out beautifully and cleared up later in the day for us to take pictures by the water. Our wedding was largely DIY, and this was the ideal venue for that. A blank slate with beautiful views - how can you go wrong?!

We had our ceremony in the Plaza with our reception in the South Pacific Aquarium, in front of the shark tanks. From start to finish, Lancer Catering (Chip Venzone specifically) was great about answering all of our questions in a very timely manner. We were on a pretty tight budget, but Chip helped us put together a night that we will never forget. We had several compliments on the wedding, and both my wife and I agree that it was even more than we had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend PDZA as a venue!

My husband and I had our wedding on the Rooftop Garden back in June 2016 and we loved it! Karen was extremely helpful during the whole process, budget was extremely important to us and while the venue itself can be a little pricey, she did everything she could to accommodate and make it reasonable for us. (We saved $300 dollars just cutting out the "Cake Cutting Fee"! ) The food is OUTSTANDING and we still to this day get compliments about the food at our wedding. The DJ was professional and played exactly what we want. The venue was clean, the staff was nice and everything was ready and done for us which made set up quick and easy. Overall, we had a very nice wedding at the Landmark and everything went just about perfect!

We loved our wedding reception at the Hotel Murano in Tacoma. It was perfect!

Formerly the Weyerheuser Mansion, Northwest Baptist Seminary is a historic property overlooking the bay in Tacoma, Washington. An absolutely stunning (and still undiscovered) wedding venue! I can't imagine a prettier little corner of the world.

the pagoda is a beautiful place. we wanted a simple and elegant wedding as family was helping coordinate and plan, and it turned out Amazing! the patio was included in initial fee so we was able to get married outside and have reception inside. the only downfall was certain areas were public on the outside and parking slightly tight, but it was as perfect for us!!

We recently had our wedding reception at Foss Waterway Seaport in May of 2024. Amber was amazing to work with throughout the whole process and answered all of our questions. The venue is so beautiful with all the windows, and we loved the outside area that you could also rent for a small fee so that guests can go out there and enjoy the views! We could not be happier with where we had our reception!

We couldn't have been more happy with how our daughter's wedding turned out. Kaylie and her staff did an amazing job making sure the day went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about any of the food. Speaking of food, all of the guests have been raving ever since about how good the food was. Like literally the best salmon alfredo and chicken pasta they've ever had at a wedding or any event that is catered. The chef is top notch!
