Not worth a dime
We used hotel Murano for our getting ready and wedding night:
Hotel Murano, where do I even start?! I booked two rooms; one night in a deluxe king and two nights in a patron king suite, spending around $1500. These were booked for my wedding weekend.
The deluxe king was booked for the groom and I never saw it, we said it was basically a standard hotel room.
The patron king suit was a disappointment from the night before we checked in. 1st when booking a room you are still required to pay for parking at $20 per night. 2nd not all of the elevators work to get to the 24th floor. Some you have to use a specific side of the elevator readers and one of them simply doesn’t read cards at all. Many people spent to much time riding it up and down. Arriving in the room, that I was under the impression is one of the largest, was unsatisfactory. The room is way smaller feeling then photos and description lead you to believe. The bathroom has a jetted tub, which if it was been working would have been great. Or maybe instructions? Maybe one of the light switches that did nothing needed to be on to make it work. Either way the bath would not turn on, and you don’t feel to safe in it under the huge crack in the ceiling above the tub. The shower has no water pressure and is in the jetted tub, so you have a tiny curtain to try and keep the warm Air in the shower. That doesn’t work, so you end up cold under a tiny weak flow of water. The robes were probably the best part of the room. At night you can hear creaky pipes when, I can only assume, the room above us flushed a toilet.
Overall I would not recommend Hotel Murano. It’s great if you love spending money on sub-par accommodations. I really wish I had toured the place first or gone with my gut and rented an airbnb.
