Wedding of our dreams!

Our wedding at Swiftwater Cellars last November was absolutely magical. From start to finish, Nic and Emma were incredible to work with — organized, responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. They gave us amazing vendor recommendations that made planning so much easier, and every single detail came together beautifully.

The ambiance at Swiftwater Cellars is truly unmatched. The venue is already stunning, but we were lucky enough to have it snow on our wedding day, and it honestly felt like a fairytale. The cozy atmosphere, twinkle lights, and beautiful setting created the most unforgettable experience for us and our guests.

The food was also absolutely delicious — we received so many compliments from our family and friends. We could not have imagined a more perfect place to get married and would recommend SWC to anyone looking for a romantic, magical wedding venue

A wonderful experience

Nicole, Emma, and the entire Swiftwater team were incredible! Through out the whole process all the way through our wedding, our experience was wonderful. They were very responsive, kind, and you were always their top priority. They took care of anything you needed and made the whole wedding planning process so easy and low stress. On the wedding day I had to worry about nothing, they were always two steps ahead and blew everything out of the water, and went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. Food and service were amazing and overall they made it such a magical and unforgettable day. I would highly recommend having your wedding at Swiftwater, you will be beyond happy!

hidden gem over the pass

As a wedding DJ this is a dream venue. Gorgeous ceremony space with magnificent pavilion structure. The cellar with the barrels is stunning, uplights make a huge difference. The acoustics for the music is perfect. The coordinators are great and have been there for 5 years. Kind of a long drove from Seattle but very doable and worth it

Amazing venue!

Exquisite venue with exquisite service from the events coordinator and staff. My husband and I are more than happy with how everything turned out. The event coordinators, Nicole and Emma, were nothing short of amazing throughout the entire process. Had my wedding here in the winter and the backdrop with the snow was just gorgeous. Thank you so much for making my wedding day so memorable!

March Wedding at Swiftwater Cellars

The experience was beyond our expectations. Working with Emma and her sister was so easy and so pleasant! All our guests were so impressed with the venue and so excited that they could spend a short weekend celebrating our wedding. We will definitely come back and enjoy an afternoon at this beautiful place. Thank you so much!

Still Thinking About Our Wedding

Swiftwater Cellars is a beautiful and elegant wedding venue. Each space is picture perfect, regardless of the amount of flowers or decoration you plan to have or not. Our event coordinator Emma (as well as Nicole), was extremely professional and responsive throughout the process compared to other venues we were talking to, which was one of the many reasons we ended up with Swiftwater Cellars as our venue. Weddings are stressful enough to plan, but Emma and Swiftwater Cellars helped decrease the load greatly. No one from our bridal party or families had to help with any setup or cleanup. I brought some framed photos and a guestbook to be set out without giving any instruction, and they set everything up very nicely and much than I could have thought to do. So many of my guests, including family, friends, or friends of family, commented on how beautiful the venue was, how good the food was (several people mentioned that it was the best food they have had at a wedding), and how attentive the staff were. Emma even brought us food to take back with us at the end of the night. The night ran very smoothly and it was a beautiful night! We still think about our wedding a lot and can’t wait to go back and visit.

Take care of everything!

Everything was thought of and taken care of at this Swiftwater cellars, lots of details that we didn't even think about. Everything looked beautiful and it really was as stress free as a wedding day can be. The food and service was fantastic and they were flexible to our vision while also providing insights from all of their experience.

Wonderful Wedding at Swiftwater Cellars

From the day we toured Swiftwater Cellars as a potential wedding venue through our actual wedding day, the Swiftwater team was there for us every step of the way. Nicole, Emma, and the rest of the Swiftwater team were very professional and on top of all the little details that come with weddings. They were easy to work with and were very responsive when we had questions throughout the planning process. The venue itself is beautiful and makes it a perfect setting for any wedding anytime of year, especially with the option to have indoor and outdoor celebrations. I would recommend Swiftwater Cellars to anyone on the hunt for the perfect wedding venue.

2024 May Wedding

The Swiftwater team was an absolute delight to work with. They made all of my visions come true, offered a variety of options, price points, flexibility, and had a wonderful selection of vendors to choose from. My Husband and I's wedding is still something often talked about by our guests thanks to the help of the amazing wedding planning team at Swiftwater who helped me bring my designs to life. The Event Coordination Managers were incredibly kind and responsive, they made planning so easy! They had amazing suggestions and were willing to adjust anything whenever I changed my mind (which was often!) The outcome was absolutely spectacular, a wedding to remember forever thanks to the Swiftwater Team they exceeded my expectations. I wish I could re-live this day over and over again because it was so beautiful. I look forward to coming back again and again for future celebrations

Best Wedding Venue EVER!!

I would not change one thing about the venue or staff. We worked mainly with Emma and she was absolutely amazing. The planning process was easy and effortless and we had Emma and her sister for our day of coordinators. They made our wedding so easy and stress free. The food was amazing!!! Our guests are still texting us telling us how amazing the food and venue were. Highly recommend!!!
