This venue was exactly what we were looking for. Tables and chairs, a kitchen, a full-day rental, and an amazing view. While our outdoor ceremony had to be moved inside because of rain, it still turned out beautifully and cleared up later in the day for us to take pictures by the water. Our wedding was largely DIY, and this was the ideal venue for that. A blank slate with beautiful views - how can you go wrong?!

The hall was remodeled right before our wedding and the new interior of the hall was beautiful. The only thing I wish I could have had was to be able to hang things from the walls or ceilings. But the Hall came with its own chairs and tables.

I used the BPIC because my parents were members and we got the place really cheap. Overall it was a beautiful location and it worked out great. I only wish that I had gone to look at the layout sooner. The building is smaller that I had thought and setting up tables for guests was a bit interesting. But everything turned out great and I would recommend
