Based in Everett, Washington, Concept Catering by Lombardi's brings gourmet cuisine to weddings and other special occasions throughout the Seattle area. The restaurant was founded in 1987 by restaurateur Diane Symms, who was influenced by her travels throughout Italy. The business has since expanded from its original Ballard location to numerous spots throughout the region, including Bellingham and South Mill Creek. Still family owned and operated, the company is now run by Diane’s daughter, Kerri Lonergan-Dreke. Services Offered
Concept Catering by Lombardi's provides three tiers of wedding catering, from the Budget Brides option to the All-Inclusive Dinner-Buffet package. The most comprehensive of these comes with white rim dinner and dessert plates, cutlery, specialty linens, coffee and water, and seven hours of event time. From bruschetta canapes and caprese skewers to salmon piccata with lemon butter sauce and tortellini gorgonzola, this caterer offers a wide selection of Italian favorites. Yummy, well-priced catering!

Catering a wedding is unbelievably expensive, and most of the quotes we received were over $15K for about 100 guests. We were so thankful to find Lombardi’s, which offered a much more reasonable option with great value. We had recently attended another wedding they catered, so we skipped the formal tasting and already knew the food would be good. They absolutely delivered—our guests enjoyed hot, tasty food, and the appetizers in particular were a big hit.
Because Lombardi’s doesn’t exclusively cater weddings, the booking process was a little different. I didn’t get a response to my initial email inquiry, but once I called and connected with their point of contact, communication was smooth and responsive. It took a little extra effort up front, but it was completely worth it for food that was yummy, crowd-pleasing, and far more affordable than most catering quotes we received.

Our wedding day 9-21-24

Lombardis was recommended to us through our wedding venue Lairmont Manor and we couldn’t have been more pleased. Andrew and his staff were exceptional and made sure every detail was accounted for so we and our day of coordinator did not have to worry about anything. On top of the amazing staff and service the catering was phenomenal. I highly recommend Lombardis to anyone looking for catering whether it’s for a big event or a smaller gathering it will be a hit with everyone.

Rehearsal Dinner

Lombardi's was the best choice for our rehearsal dinner! 100% delicious and worth the money. We highly recommend everything about then--their pasta, salad, dates, bread and dessert! Andrew was responsive and very accommodating.

Catered for my daughters wedding and did a fantastic job. Food was excellent.

Highly recommend Lombardi’s and Andrew the catering manager there. They did a fantastic job with zero issues day of wedding. Great wait staff, food was hot and delicious ( many went back for 2nd’s :))) Not a single complaint and everything was done professionally and even the venue manager made a comment on how well trained and how well everything was cleaned up perfectly at the end of the night. Highly recommend!

Best part of our Wedding

Andrew and Concept Catering were seriously amazing! They were the highlight of our wedding and the least stressful part of the planning process. From the beginning, Andrew was quick to respond easy to work with quick to give additional vendor recommendations and insight on the venue we chose. Our catering seemed very well priced for the amazing quality of food we received as well as the amount! All of our guest about the food and I will not stop talking about how amazing Andrew was to work with. Before our wedding, our bartender canceled last minute and at 10 PM on a Sunday night. Andrew had already connected me with an even better bartender that was able to provide the most amazing services as well. Our wedding would not have been the same without Andrew and the Concept Catering team , we will be using them for any possible that we could think of that Catering and I wouldn’t even think twice about hiring them.

Barnstar Wedding

We had the best experience working with Andrew and his team! The process was so easy and stress free, Andrew was very attentive and communicated even better than I did haha! The food was absolutely delicious and our guests raved about it!! Andrew even brought an extra appetizer for the groom and I that he knew we loved but wasn’t on the menu! The set up looked beautiful as well! Everything was truly perfect. A joy to work with! We’ll be dining at Lombardi’s soon just to have the food again!!

Exactly as advertised!

Simply the Best

After sampling other caters we knew that Lombardi's was the one. Prompt responses on everything and willing to work with the dietary restrictions that we had. The food was beyond what we thought it was going to be along with the service. 11/10 would recommend for any event.

Delicious food and awesome service!

Lombardi's exceeded my expectations in every way ... from the planning with Andrew, the Events Manager, to the day of the wedding service by the wonderful Lombardi crew of 3. We chose to go All Inclusive and were so glad we did....it brought such peace of mind to have all the fine details handled by Lombardi's! From setting the tables, the passed appetizers during the cocktail hour to seamlessly preparing and serving the food, breaking down the dinner buffet
swiftly and then transforming it into a dessert buffet to then clearing of all the dishes and ... poof...they are finished and gone. Professionals in every way. I highly recommend Lombardi's for your event!
