Catering a wedding is unbelievably expensive, and most of the quotes we received were over $15K for about 100 guests. We were so thankful to find Lombardi’s, which offered a much more reasonable option with great value. We had recently attended another wedding they catered, so we skipped the formal tasting and already knew the food would be good. They absolutely delivered—our guests enjoyed hot, tasty food, and the appetizers in particular were a big hit. Because Lombardi’s doesn’t exclusively cater weddings, the booking process was a little different. I didn’t get a response to my initial email inquiry, but once I called and connected with their point of contact, communication was smooth and responsive. It took a little extra effort up front, but it was completely worth it for food that was yummy, crowd-pleasing, and far more affordable than most catering quotes we received.

Shawn O'Donnell's American Grill and Irish Pub catered our wedding in the spring of 2022, and we couldn’t of been happier with our experience. Kristen served as our point for the catering, but also acted as our coordinator for the wedding itself. She was AMAZING! We had bounced around searching for caterers, and by the time we reached Shawn O'Donnell's it was a no brainer. We flew up from Los Angeles to taste test, and every option from their appetizers to the main course was perfect (the salmon was especially delicious). Also, the company was very flexible with my wife’s family bringing in a few food options to better serve the diverse appetites of our guests. On the day of the wedding, everyone of Kristen’s staff showcased positive attitudes and great smiles. They all were extremely professional. Kristen herself was again, simply amazing. She quarterbacked communication with all the vendors, and already had a pleasant relationship with the venue itself (Rosehill Community Center). Her diligence, attention to detail, and overall positive demeanor was the reason our wedding was a dream come true.
