Veraci Pizza Catering

Veraci Pizza catered our 100-person, DIY wedding and they did an amazing job! They arrived early to set up, and were so fast and efficient I hardly noticed them.

Numerous guests commented on how tasty the food was, and pizza was a huge hit with everyone! It felt like a perfect crowd pleaser, while still being "elevated" enough for a nicer meal. Veraci also did a great job with our guests' food allergy accommodations, including a dairy-free/gluten-free pizza.

Finally, the cost was like HALF of what most catering companies are charging (we got 6 types of pizza, 2 types of salad, and appetizers). We had plenty of yummy food, and the buffet service ran smoothly. We would recommend Veraci to anyone looking for quality & affordable event catering!

We hired Veraci to cater our wedding at WithinSodo, and could not have been happier with the experience. This is coming from a pizza hobbyist/snob, who has his own pizza oven and experiments with all style pizzas.

Veraci provided pizza and salad for approximately 140 people (roughly 120 guests and 20 vendors). They were flexible in accommodating all the dietary needs of our vegan/GF guests. The pizza itself was really great, and guests really loved both it and the salads. The pizza also came out better than when we had tasted it at the Ballard location. The pleasant wood-fired smell also helped anchor memories of our wedding. The Veraci staff was incredibly kind and welcoming!
As a nice unplanned touch, they put the leftover pizzas into boxes, which we put out for guests at the after-party. Had we known, we would have maybe ordered some extra pizzas to be made for that purpose, and we would have not planned for any additional late-night food, which would have further simplified our catering logistics.

Having pizza at our winter wedding was an absolute hit. Unfortunately, it rained all day, but they had the perfect setup for it. It was all staged beautifully, we were able to create our own menu, and the price was very reasonable. They also surprised my husband and I by making a heart shaped pizza of our favorite toppings to take home. They were excellent!

Veraci pizza was such a hit at our wedding! We received so many positive responses from our guests, with many wondering why they didn't think of a similar caterer for their own wedding. Errin was so easy to work with to get everything in place, and was happy to make accommodations for our guests that had specific dietary needs. The crew she sent also worked so hard on the day off, getting set up and prepped ahead of time to ensure the appetizers, salads and pizzas were all ready to go at the right times. We were so happy with Veraci and would definitely recommend them!

My husband and I were a covid bride and groom and Veraci hung in there with us reschedule after reschedule! We were able to do a taste testing with them early on in the process and we found quite a few excuses to go back and "test" on our own too many times to admit. I'd say it was one of the elements of the wedding we were most excited abut! My family is Italian so if you're gonna serve them pizza - it's gotta be wood fired and done right! Veraci delivered. You won't be one of those couples who doesn't eat on their wedding day. How could you not with that smell!? It's the most amazing thin crust pizza and the salads were also top notch. The Molise - my favorite. We had extras at the end of the night and were able to feed our clean up crew as well as take some to our hotel for a late night snack. We had guests with several dietary restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, etc) and we were able to satisfy them all with Veraci's options. One of our vendors said it was the BEST wedding food she had ever had. Coming from a vendor that means a lot! We're a few months past the wedding now and our family and friends still talk about how good the food was. I promise you people will love it! It's a refreshing break from the typical wedding food! Although our family was somewhat skeptical of our choice of wedding catering, at the end of the night everyone raved about Veraci's food. The appetizers, pizza, and service were OUTSTANDING. Pizzas were out fast so the buffet line always kept moving quickly. They also recommended the perfect quantity of food so that we had enough for people to get up and get seconds (which they did!). We even got sent home with a heart-shaped pizza that we reheated two nights later after our families went back home. Our guests were even talking about how great the salads were! For a fun and different food option that everyone will love, go with Veraci!

Veraci was great and super easy to work with! They were quick to send us a quote and confirm our details for the day of. Errin was who we coordinated with and she was quick to respond to emails and talk on the phone with me. She helped to narrow down our order a few days before as we had a more clear idea of guest count and what exactly we would need. Our guests raved about the pizza and loved the quality! It was an amazing meal and Veraci did an incredible job to provide pizzas with no lull in the service for our guests. They even made a special pizza for my husband and I to eat later that night! Very pleased with this catering service.

Veraci pizza is the BEST! They made all of our pizza wedding dreams come true. Day of staff was great, food was delicious, always responsive in emails and answering questions.

As longtime Ballardites looking for a nontraditional catering option, Veraci Pizza was a no-brainer for our wedding reception. We knew going into the planning process that the pizza was going to be delicious but what we didn’t know about was how great their team would be to work with. Veraci was super flexible with us when it came to reception planning, topping choices, and the dietary restrictions of some of our guests. Their wood fired oven is also a real hit to have at the wedding, so many people commented on it and thought it was so cool. All of our friends and family loved the pizza and a year later we still get compliments on it, but I think the best testimonial came from one of my young cousins: whenever anyone asks him what his favorite food is, he tells them “wedding pizza!”

I loved Veraci! So professional and helpful! They have a whole Celiac protocol so my gluten free friends and friends and family were able to eat!
