We used Arista Catering for our 28th Annual Big Climb event that took place in downtown Seattle at the Columbia Center. Arista catering provided excellent quality, great service, and was incredibly generous! The event was a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (non-profit) and Brett made us an awesome deal but never once sacrificed service or product integrity. I would HIGHLY recommend them! Their elegant pasta buffet was a huge hit!

Arista did our wedding a couple of weeks ago at the Swedish Cultural Center (that is where they are located now and where there kitchen is.) They did an amazing job, and were also much more affordable than any of the other options we looked at.
We had an 80 person event, they did steak and salmon, both of which came out fantastic.
Since we are from out of town we took a chance and booked them without going to a tasting first, and I am so glad we did. The food was delicious and the service before, during and after the event was outstanding. They were very flexible with changes and letting us do things the way we wanted. During the reception, Brett even went above and beyond and helped out with stuff that was not in the catering contract at all.
Another thing I really liked about them was that they did not try to mark up every little thing, which seems to be the standard among every other place I researched. For example we were able to save some money by doing some things ourselves that they would normally do, and they made it very easy for us (even though I'm sure it was extra work for them.)

Overall I just can't say enough good things about them. I highly recommend Arista Catering if you want top notch food and service at a reasonable price.

We LOVED Arista catering! They catered our reception at our wedding. They were extremely personable. They always answered our questions. They were flexible and willing to meet our needs. They were easy to communicate with. Their food is AMAZING! We didn't want a wedding cake so instead they made a delicious berry cobbler. Their service was really good. We had a GREAT experience with them. I would recommend them to anyone.
