Working with Navi's was an absolute blast! Their team is made up of incredible people and the food was amazing, we loved every bite and got so many compliments! We had a buffet on our wedding day and every part of it was delicious, they also helped carefully accommodate our multitude of allergies and dietary restrictions. We did occasionally have a hard time getting in touch with but once our event got near they were incredibly communicative. We really appreciated all the small details Navi's took care of such as bringing us appetizers during the marriage certificate signing so we didn't miss them and then having plates ready for us at our sweetheart table so we could eat quickly and then have that time to go visit with our guests. We felt in really good hands with Navi's and would highly recommend them for your wedding catering!

We are Pacific Northwest based wedding planners and Pop Up Oyster Bar is one of our favorite experiences to recommend to couples. The team is fabulous to work with, from stellar communication during the planning phase, to fun menu offerings that serve the best of the PNW. They provide both entertainment and darn good food that makes for a fabulous feature at cocktail hour. We appreciate that their team always comes prepared and hospitality-forward. We enthusiastically recommend Pop Up Oyster Bar season after season!

Chef Dane catered our August 2026 wedding at Fremont Abbey, and I would book them again without hesitating. The food was delicious and our guests would not stop complimenting it. We served jerk chicken with stuffed baby red potatoes, a roasted stuffed acorn squash for our vegan guests, and a crunchy green salad with a green goddess dressing that happened to be both vegan and gluten free. Cake service was fast, and every member of the service staff was kind and treated our guests beautifully. What really set them apart was the planning. Our coordinator there, Dominique Sitton, was patient and thorough through months of questions and changes. She helped us build a menu that worked for vegan guests, kids, and two food allergies, and she flagged the allergies to the kitchen so they could avoid cross contamination. She handled all of our rentals, including plates, gold flatware, linens, champagne flutes, and a cake stand, and coordinated with two rental companies on our behalf. She had the team plate a meal for the two of us and bring it to our table so we could actually eat, and they boxed up leftovers for us at the end of the night. She was also the vendor who caught a scheduling discrepancy in our final timeline a few days before the wedding. She raised it right away, then went back to her entire on site team to extend their hours so our reception could run as planned. That kind of attention saved our evening.
