One of our preferred partners!

We are Pacific Northwest based wedding planners and Pop Up Oyster Bar is one of our favorite experiences to recommend to couples. The team is fabulous to work with, from stellar communication during the planning phase, to fun menu offerings that serve the best of the PNW. They provide both entertainment and darn good food that makes for a fabulous feature at cocktail hour. We appreciate that their team always comes prepared and hospitality-forward. The most talked about part of our wedding!

Pop-Up Oyster Bar did a phenomenal job at our wedding earlier this summer! The oyster bar was by-far the most talked about part of our wedding - loved by people who were already die-hard oyster fans and those who tried a truly delicious PNW oyster for the first time that night. The team was so easy to work with throughout the whole process and provided such a comprehensive set-up!

Pop Up Oyster Bar was a true highlight of our wedding! Their team was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process, from the initial planning to the day of the event. Amazing!!!!

From the moment we started planning our wedding, we knew we wanted to incorporate oysters into our event. We were recommended by our venue to check this company out. WOW we were not disappointed!!! The entire planning process was seamless, and they were able to help us every step of the way. On our wedding day, they were extremely professional and had a fun atmosphere. The oysters were fantastic and all of our guests raved about them! Thank you so so much!

A bigger deal than the bride?!!?!

Look: if you want to have your 150 guests talk about how your wedding was "the best wedding they've ever been to" the absolute one thing you must do is bring on Pop Up Oyster Co.! One hour into what we budgeted as up to 3 hours of service, our coordinator ran up to us saying, "oysters are almost out but they brought extra! Do it?" - and it wasn't because we skimped! Our guests CRUSHED these outrageous PNW treats! Our foodiest of foodie friends and fam couldn't believe how good they were and made sure Jeremy stayed busy the whole time he was there. People are STILL talking about it months later. The admin of booking them was incredibly easy and transparent, the day-of setup is aesthetically beautiful, and Jeremy was a blast. 11/10 recommend! Exceptional Experience

Corey and his team provided such an exceptional experience throughout our planning process. The team is clearly so passionate about what they do and it shows through in their service! All our guests had great things to say about the food and they continue to tell us how incredible everything was. I hope to need their services again in the future and cannot recommend them enough!

Exceptional and special experience

We worked with Pop Up Oyster Bar for our long-delayed marriage party. Since we hosted the party in our house, organization was a little complicated and we decided it would make the most sense to have the oysters on the top floor. Corey and Lauren were super helpful and accommodating in making this work and getting all the heavy gear upstairs. Our guests absolutely loved the oysters (also the peppercorn mignonette was stellar) and it was the perfect opening to the party. Corey was extremely responsive throughout the planning process and Lauren was so lovely. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Best part of my wedding

Honestly, Not only were Corey and his team were incredible to work with, put on a show and provided amazing seafood but all of the guests absolutely loved it! This is one thing I "splurged on" of my wedding but this was an 10/10 value and really took the guest experience over the top. We had tequila pepper infused oyster shooters which were so fun for the guests and everyone loved learning about the oysters. They offer so much more than just oysters. If I were to do it again I would have had them do all of the appetizers for cocktail hour!! I am literally on my honeymoon right now writing this review because I felt I needed to tell the world ASAP! Perfect choice if you want to add a fun twist to your perfect day!

Highlight of our event!

We hired Corey and Pop Up Oyster bar for our wedding and he exceeded all our expectations. Corey is an oyster expert and the product and display are top notch. We wanted food to be one of the most important parts of our wedding, and being seasoned oyster eaters from the PNW, we did not want to compromise on the quality of oysters. The freshness and quality of the oysters was on par with some of our favorite restaurants around the Seattle area like Walrus and the Carpenter, Westward, Taylor Shellfish, etc. Our guests raved about them and it was a highlight of the event. Corey's communications were on point and responsive, a pleasure to work with throughout. We were able to navigate a COVID reschedule as well as a last minute oyster count change seamlessly. We couldn't be happier with how it all came together.
