The venue itself is a slice of heaven, elegant and ethereal. Lauren was the charmingly perfect host, the best, exuding deep knowledge, quiet confidence and friendly warmth throughout the day. Photographer Lillian exquisitely captured the interplay of nature, light, color and human emotions - many of the pictures were quite simply stunning, took our breath away. Reverand Sunny’s weaving of words was a masterclass in combining cultures.
With handfasting (Celtic), Garland Exchange (Indian), Sindoor Daan and unusual choices such as a flower lantern in lieu of a bridal bouquet, peacock feathers, thistles, etc, Lauren and team delivered an experience that was smoothly stress-free and felt heavenly.
As the groom, I instantly felt a “connection” with the locale within 5 minutes of stepping into the Grooms Hut to begin dressing up. When the venue speaks to you, creates positive thoughts and feelings as you look around from the hilltop Grooms hut, envelopes you in a sense of warmth and comfort, you know the wedding will be perfect. It was.
As the bride, I had unusual needs. My vision for a fairy tale wedding, Kilted but Elvish themed, in nature and with décor to match, turned out to be a memorable reality, thanks to Lauren’s professionalism from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about The Finery and working with Lauren. From the very beginning it was easy. I had my reservations — you sign up for a venue you haven’t even visited, and for someone like me who likes to keep control, handing that over felt nerve-wracking. But Lauren made everything so easy and calm from day one, and the end result absolutely justified trusting her vision.
The grounds are stunning and immaculately kept, and every single detail was communicated clearly and executed to perfection. The things I had pinned and dreamed about ended up coming to life even more beautifully than I imagined. Lauren’s calm confidence made my anxious moments feel manageable, and even with limited time before the ceremony, everything came together seamlessly.
Our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous the space was and the care that clearly went into every part of it. The Finery was the most magical place for our elopement, and we can’t wait to go back in the future to renew our vows. If you’re in doubt about having magic in a smaller wedding or trusting a venue to handle flowers, cake, photography, officiant, and many other details, you don’t have to think twice with The Finery.

Our wedding at The Finery was beyond anything we could’ve imagined. Lauren was AMAZING!! From the moment we walked in, we felt completely at ease — every detail was thought through and every moment felt intentional. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, but it was the warmth and professionalism of the team that made the day unforgettable. They created an environment where we could be fully present and soak it all in. We’ll forever be grateful for how they saw our love, connected with our family (especially our daughter), and helped bring the day to life. Truly a dream come true — we’re still floating!

This place is incredible! The Finery exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The venue, the flowers, the photos, the kindness of the people, etc. etc was beyond what we imagined our day would entail. The elopement package was affordable and it’s so perfect for those who want to have a truly nice wedding without all the attention from your family and friends. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxed, classy elopement. You will love this place!!

We want to thank Kim for a lovely elopement. It couldn’t of been more perfect! Kim has a wonderful eye for detail and captured so much beauty on our special day. We will forever remember our special day due to the photos taken. Her property is immaculate and the cake and everything provide it was perfect. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely use Kim and her husband for sure. Best experience ever!

Can I rate this place "to infinity and beyond!" Kim's all-inclusive elopement package was exactly what we were looking for when we finally decided after 8 years engaged, almost 12 together to "just do it" with 2 weeks to plan. She really has it all planned out perfectly. It was fabulous and we'd do it all over again exactly the same way! Anyone looking to elope in WA should definitely consider the Finery on Camano Island with Kim!

we were fortunate to come across the finery online. their all inclusive elopement (and wedding) packages were exactly what we were looking for. Affordable, simple and romantic. Kim warmly welcomed my small group onto her property and eased my nerves upon arrival. She has a calming demeanor like a longtime friend. Everything about our experience was perfect!!!!!
