Chloe is a powerhouse of skill, knowledge, and kindness. And has wonderful people working with her as well. She helped us manage logistics when we had no idea what we were doing in that month leading up to the wedding. And at the wedding itself, she and her staff handled so many issues with calm, kindness, professionalism, and creative problem-solving. When the flower vendor made a bouquet nothing like in the flower description or contract, Chloe and her team found other flowers in the vendor’s buckets and somehow created the bouquet of my dreams with all the right colors. They kept everything running smoothly. I was one of those “I don’t need to hire a coordinator” people, since I was doing all the planning, but we ended up hiring her for the month before and the day of, and it was absolutely one of our best decisions. She’s also helped me navigate some situations in the aftermath. If everyone were as good at their job as Chloe is as hers, the world would be a much less stressful place.

Chloe and her team made our wedding so seamless and stress-free. They made sure we knew what we needed to do without running around doing it ourselves, and made sure everyone was on the same page. I can’t imagine how our wedding would have gone without them! Chloe’s guidance throughout the whole planning process made everything very manageable, from choosing vendors to figuring out rentals to day-of execution. We were able to spend very little money on decor and extras we were able to use CME’s as well! Chloe worked behind the scenes with our vendors before and during the wedding to make sure that everything went off without a hitch exactly how we wanted. If there were any issues, I still don’t know about them! Hiring CME Experience was the best thing I did for our wedding.

If you’re uncertain about hiring a wedding coordinator, DO IT. It is absolutely worth it. Chloe is the best! She listened to my wants and needs and executed them very well. It was important for me to not have any family members feel like they had to work on my wedding day. Essentially, I wanted family to show up and leave without setup up or cleaning up and to have fun and enjoy their time. Chloe and her team did just that and it made the day less stressful for me and family. I appreciated the constant communication throughout the whole wedding planning. There were times where Chloe would respond after hours, when I didn’t expect a quick response. The constant communication made this whole process feel less stressful. My wedding party had all agreed that it was such a stress free day and loved how organized the day felt. I had many compliments from guest on how the day flowed so well. Hire Chloe for her services! She is the best!

One of my biggest questions when beginning to plan my wedding was “do I need a day-of coordinator?” I quickly learned that despite my previous event planning experience, weddings are a different beast and there are so many things to consider. I can say with confidence that hiring Chloe Hix and the CME Experience team was easily one of the best choices I made for myself in the wedding planning and execution process.

Leading up to the wedding, Chloe and her team wrangled the many vendors I had hired and even came in clutch with great recommendations when one vendor was unable to fulfill their contract about 6 weeks before the wedding. They kept me organized and reminded me of details I hadn’t thought of yet. This gave me amazing peace of mind in what could have been a stressful time.

On the day of the wedding, Chloe and her team maintained the perfect presence - there for us when we needed them, moving around the room, troubleshooting problems and fielding vendor needs. Their attentiveness allowed me to focus on my family, guests, and new husband. The kind of professionalism and self-awareness that the CME Experience team have mastered cannot be taught. I’ll never forget after the ceremony when my husband and I were handed our cocktails of choice, without asking - perfect timing!

I have a memory that will last a lifetime, and it is genuinely all because of Chloe and her team. During an incredibly busy work weekend (she had a wedding a day over a long weekend), she was able to show up and be present, making us feel like we were her only priority at that moment. Her attention to detail, and ability to navigate the many moving parts of the day, did not go unnoticed. Her hard work allowed us to just enjoy our day with our families and celebrate a new chapter. She was truly everywhere and out of the way all at once.

A family member mentioned a sincere appreciation for how she treated them when she handed them their lemonade for the toast. They often feel othered when it comes to sobriety, and they felt cared for in a way that included them instead of making them the odd one out. That meant so much to us.

Long story short, she made our day so easy for us to be present and enjoy. I had so many people sing high praise about her during our wedding (she's cool and gets sh*t done), and we feel that our day wouldn't have been such a success without her!

Hiring CME was one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding! We hired CME as our day of coordinator for our wedding this past August in Port Townsend. The services they provided far surpassed what we expected. Chloe made us feel very comfortable reaching out with questions throughout the entire year leading up to our wedding. She had great tips and recommended most of the vendors we worked with. Her team did a great job of checking in on us consistently throughout the planning process and making sure we had what we needed.

During the month leading up to our wedding when things really started to get stressful, they did the best job of making sure we had all the small details and last minute decisions covered. The days leading up to our wedding were way less stressful than I had anticipated because her team was in such close contact with all of our vendors. It made everything go so smoothly and I didn't have to worry about any of the details in the days leading up.

The actual day of our wedding was just as relaxing! The CME team was incredible that day! Our guests were even raving about them. We had Chloe, Bree, and Natalie working with us on the day of. All three of them were so amazing and special with us that day. They made sure were never thirsty, hungry, worried about timing, anxious, etc. It was so nice! They even had our dog (our flower girl) taken care of! :)

Something I totally didn't expect was to have a good 45 mins or so right before the ceremony to just hang out and eat snacks with a couple bridesmaids and my dog. That was honestly one of my favorite moments of the day and it really set the tone for the ceremony. They made that happen.

Another awesome moment I remember was right after the first dance and the father-daughter dance, I was super thirsty and all of a sudden, Natalie appeared on the dance floor next to me with a huge glass of water. Amazing! It was really the small things like these that just stuck with us.

There are so many other things I could share! 10/10 recommend hiring the CME team. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner/coordinator!

CME was the best decision I made for my wedding day! They were immensely helpful during the planning stages, I would have been lost without them. They were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, as well as super knowledgable. The day of team knew how to help with everything! They calmed all my nerves and helped with everything I needed. Would recommend this team to anyone!

Chloe was an absolutely fabulous day-of wedding coordinator and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for someone who is on the ball and easy to work with! Leading up to our wedding she was helpful and responsive, and super thorough. I felt really comfortable going into the weekend knowing that if there was something I’d forgotten that she’d be on top of it. Her team day-of was great - all equally friendly and helpful. They are total professionals! Chloe is someone who knows exactly what is needed at any given moment. Perfect example - I did all of our own florals and arrangements and in the rush of the weekend totally forgot that I’d bought greenery garlands to hang over the arch where we were getting married. I think I remembered literally… 10 min before the ceremony? Way too late to do anything about it. But Chloe at some point earlier in the day had discovered the garlands and intuited that they needed to go above the arch, so she just handled it without needing to check in with me. The girl knows what she’s doing!

I was terrified that I was wasting money on a coordinator and it was just something I was spending money on unnecessarily. Chloe did ALL the paperwork leg work and communication with vendors. They told me my entire days schedule timeline and reached out to every vendor and told them when and where to be.
The day of, I felt like a PRINCESS! Chloe and Sandra made sure I always had a drink when I wanted one. They filtered calls, they came and checked on me, they worked so flawlessly. They kept people out of the room that I didn't want in there and blocked the view like some bodyguards when people were trying to peek during photos. It's clear that they CARE and take their job very seriously. Thank you thank you CME and especially Chloe and Sandra. My wedding wouldn't have been the same without you and I consider it my absolute best money spent!

Chloe was our day-of coordinator for our wedding in September 2023, and was the best decision I made while wedding planning.
