From the get go, Shelley was a professional, very courteous and kept up organized throughout the entire planning process. On the day, I didn't have to worry about a thing. From set-up all the way to clean-up, Shelley took care of it all which allowed me to focus on the big day. She runs a tight ship indeed! I was so grateful for it that day.
The fact that she gave us access to all the decor she had (votives, lawn games, table numbers etc.) helped out tremendously as my husband and I came out of town and didn't have anywhere to store decor. She even graciously let us order decor to her place and brought it the day of! I was just so impressed that she kept track of all the details, she really helped bring my vision to life. The fact that Shelley does flowers as well is a tremendous amount of help, it help us cut back on another vendor. Thank you so much for everything, Shelley. The day was magical and ran so smoothly, we couldn't have done it without you!

Shelley was our wedding day-of coordinator in July 2022. Although she worked as a “day of” coordinator, she went above and beyond this role. At our initial meeting, it was clear that she was an experienced professional. She had a systematic approach to understand our vision and asked clarifying questions to ensure that our day would run smoothly from an operational and logistical standpoint. Throughout the planning process, she did an excellent job coordinating between all the vendors so that we were not mired in the details. She joined us on a walkthrough of the venue and even separately worked with our photography/videography team to scope out picturesque sites around our venue. The day prior, she arrived early in the afternoon to set up and stayed through the rehearsal where she assisted the officiant in organizing our families. On our wedding day, she did an incredible job making our vision come to life and took charge coordinating between all the different vendors so that we could enjoy our day. She was truly a pleasure to work with.
We highly recommend Shelley to anyone who is looking to have a stress free and amazing wedding day.

Shelley did so much for us...more than just a "day of coordinator". She let us borrow decor, set up a beautiful floral arch, decorated our place settings and tables, confirmed all of our vendors and cleaned everything up. The rehearsal was very focused and had everyone knowing when/where they needed to be. She runs a great family, woman-owned, local business and is very affordable.

For your wedding, there's so much going on and so many moving parts, you really need someone on your side who has your best interests in mind, understands your vision, and is able to execute it all. Shelley is definitely that person. I can't put into words how valuable she was not only on our wedding day, but the months leading up. She gave great recommendations, thought of everything that I didn't, and truly put her heart, soul, blood, and sweat into pulling everything off. We had a very big wedding, and my husband and I had big ideas of grandeur for our big day, so this was truly not an easy task. She setup our venue and made everything look how we always imagined it, she corralled the bridal party, family members, and guests, she kept us on schedule, and made sure everyone had everything they needed. Everything went so fast that day that I never even had a chance to go to the bar to get drinks or water, but Shelley made several deliveries to us throughout the day to make sure we were taken care of. There's so much more as well, and so many personal touches that she puts into everything, but I'll just sum it up by saying I can't express the value that you get having Shelley on your team, and she is THE BEST to work with.

My husband and I got married at Guemes Island Resort, which involves creating a wedding from the ground up. We had various specific needs that Shelley met with perfection. For example, we needed a BBQ chef for Friday night, which Shelley fulfilled wonderfully. We needed help constructing a chuppah, which Shelley and her husband so kindly made for the wedding, and it looked amazing. We needed lawn games, and Shelley brought games. Shelley also functioned as our florist. It was so helpful to have a wedding coordinator with so many skill sets and high levels of flexibility and competence. The wedding looking so beautiful and the events ran smoothly thanks to her coordination. I could not give a higher recommendation.

Shelley was amazing to work with and she was one of the biggest reasons our wedding went perfectly. My Wife and I are very grateful for everything she did not only at the wedding but planning and leading up to it as well.

Shelley was absolutely amazing. She made sure everything went perfectly for my wedding, we honestly could not have done it without her or at the very least not without stressing and worrying about all of the details. She is knowledgeable and made sure there was nothing me or my fiance had to worry about on our big day. Everything went smoothly and it was all thanks to Shelley. Can't thank her enough.

Shelley Jefferson was an ESSENTIAL part of our wedding team and completely professional from day one! She was very organized and helpful during the planning portion—she had an incredibly thorough questionnaire that helped us conceptualize and point out any holes in out planning. She even met with us after our second walkthrough to go through any questions to make sure our day was perfect. 

She started our wedding rehearsal with "I run a tight ship" (which made us very happy to hear) and that couldn't have been more true. She knew our event's timeline forward and backward and gave clear directions for entrances, placement, and cues. She controlled the crowd needed while still being polite, professional, and staying ahead of schedule! She took lead with the vendors the week of the wedding which took an enormous amount of communication off of our plates.

 Her daughter needs an extra special call out for doing some amazing work helping us set up! (She definitely needs a pay raise! :) )

If you still think that a day-of coordinator is a luxury, it's not. IT IS ESSENTIAL! And Shelley is the best one for the job.  She was on time, extremely prepared, and always went above and beyond with a smile. She takes an enormous amount of care making sure your day goes as if it were her own. Did I mention that she also has a HUGE decor store for brides to utilize?

We don't plan to ever need to get married again, but if we do, it will be with Shelley Jefferson as my day of coordinator. Why haven't you hired Shelley yet?? Get on it!!

I never thought I would be a bride who could relax on her wedding day but with Shelley I was able to do just that. She is amazing! We used her day of coordinator services but I feel like we got so much more than that. She has a selection of decor you can pick from (and it's gorgeous- we used quite a bit of it!) She also made my bouquets and boutonnieres (which we didn't think we'd have enough flowers for but Shelley made it work). Knowing she was there setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly allowed my husband and I to truly relax and enjoy our day. I feel lucky to have found her! She is incredibly budget friendly but even if you had all the money in the world to spend on a wedding coordinator I'd still recommend Bridal Wilde!

My husband and I eloped in June and Shelley helped us with a "redo" for family and friends over Labor Day weekend in Leavenworth, WA. Between the elopement and the redo, I became pregnant with twins and all of my energy for wedding planning went right out the wedding. Thank goodness for Shelley! She coordinated with all of the vendors and I didn't have to talk to any of them on the day of. On the big day, I gave her a few decor items and pointed her to the venue's decor closet, and gave very vague ideas about the style I was going for. She totally ran with it and I can't believe how beautiful everything looked. To be honest, I went pretty cheap on decor, but she made it look like we spent WAY more on decorations than we really did.

Throughout out the day Shelley would magically appear with a glass of water or a little snack which was a godsend for a pregnant bride! I feel like the entire day went so smoothly, and I didn't have to deal with anything besides greeting my guests and having a good time. I know that Shelley took care of things behind the scenes, but she did such a good job that I am actually pretty oblivious to everything she did through out the day to make everything run smoothly... which honestly, I think is a mark of a great coordinator. She took care of all of the clean up. All we had to do was retrieve a few boxes after the clean up was done.

Overall, I was feeling overwhelmed by having a wedding while pregnant and low expectations for the day. The day turned out to be wonderful and very low stress for me, and I owe that to Shelley.
