Bear Creek Country Club is a wedding ceremony and reception venue located in Woodinville, Washington. Despite being very near the busy and energetic city of Seattle, this scenic wedding day spot, often referred to as a hidden treasure, is secluded, rich with woodland beauty, and ideal for couples with wild, romantic hearts.

Facilities and Capacity
In addition to the rich green fairways that are staples of a country club wedding, this facility offers woodlands that add an element of earthen beauty, heightening the all-natural ambiance for a fairytale-esque wedding day. The tall grass and dandelions give this otherwise manicured and pristine facility a special touch of wildness, allowing for breathtaking photo opportunities.

Bear Creek Country Club offers a tented terrace or a ballroom for your special day, both of which offer stunning views of the golf course, which is rich with fountains, greenery, and an abundance of trees. Host a ceremony and reception of up to 150 guests.

The clubhouse, which has been newly renovated, offers several indoor facilities for your special day, each with stunning views of the 9th hole, the glassy lakes, and the fountains, which are illuminated in the evenings for a magical effect.

Kirsten was amazing through the whole wedding planning process, which can be such a stressful time. Every time I would email with a question, she would write back super quick with an answer and she was there helping out throughout the entire event. The venue was beautiful, the way they set up the tables was beautiful, and the food was delicious! I got so many complements from my guests on how much they enjoyed the food.

Bear Creek is a gorgeous hidden gem! Everyone loved the venue and the food, and Kirsten was SO easy to work with. Highly recommend it! :)

Kirsten & the Bear Creek staff were all very helpful leading up to the big day. They provided honest and relevant feedback based off of what we were looking for for my wedding.

I am so glad I chose to have my wedding here, it was a beautiful location and an overall easy process to get it all up and running, thanks to Kirsten and the Bear Creek staff.

We could not be happier and more pleased with Kirsten Erickson and the staff at Bear Creek, our Daughters Wedding was well organized the club was decorated beautifuly the staff including Daven,Sky,Tonya,Jose and all the rest of the staff were all very friendly and professional too our guest.The food was excellent we had many compliments! We would highly recommend Bear Creek to our friends! Scott & Holly

I got married on August 25th, 2012 at Bear Creek and couldn't have been any happier with having both our ceremony and reception there. If you want a stress free wedding, book them!!! Lindsay Koch, the event director at Bear Creek is a dream come true to work with throughout your wedding planning process. Lindsay is extremely professional, accommodating, and reliable! She made the wedding planning process a piece of cake!!! She's willing to work with any requests that you have and will make anything happen for you so that you can have the perfect day you've always dreamt of! The grounds of Bear Creek is beautiful for wedding pictures. The backdrop of the ponds and water fountain made it an amazing place to get married in front of. Words cannot convey how amazing this place is!!!


The food at Bear Creek is DELICIOUS!!! The sake salmon is ammazing, so is the prime rib, crab cakes, proscuitto pinwheels, ect. Anything that you pick will be exceptional! The entire staff is probably the best food and serving staff I have ever worked with!!! Art-you are amazing! Thank you for making my day so special! Thanks to all the food servers working that day, you service is the best that my guests and I have ever experienced!!!

Overall, my experience with Bear Creek has been a 5-star experience. Lindsay is there throughout the entire process and is there up until you walk down the aisle to make sure that everything goes smoothly. It was the most perfect wedding I could've ever imagined because of Lindsay and everyone at Bear Creek!!!! A million thanks for making our dreams come true =)

I LOVED Bear Creek Country Club for our wedding! I even got tears in my eyes the first time I saw it because I knew it was the perfect place for my wedding. They have the full package - everything you need. Other places we looked, we had to find ways to put it together and make it work, but Bear Creek does it all for you- you dont have to worry about every little detail. Leslie was amazing - shes so organized and helpful. I couldnt imagine my wedding anywhere else. I got sooo many compliments on how good the food was (salmon and chicken). My guests loved the food, the environment, the view and even the staff. They even have a gorgeous tent overlooking the golf course - and it doesnt even cost any additional like all other places. I was so at ease with having my wedding at Bear Creek. Everything was there, the staff were friendly and helpful and the view is amazing.

The venue is beautiful. I loved the white tent with the two story balcony outside. The pictures on their grounds are just amazing. They take good care of the place. Lesley, the coordinator, was very nice and accommodating on most things. Since they are a private golf club they do have some pretty strict rules about things like when you can arrive. Lesley will always return phone calls or emails promptly and answer all your questions. Her and I discussed not allowing shots to be served at our wedding and I even had an email from her saying that no shots would be served and she would put it in their banquet event form for their workers, however, the bartender served 10 shots and it would have been more if we didn't find out and put a stop to it and they did bill us for those 10 shots. Otherwise their service was great though and overall I am very happy with them.

Kirsten from Bear Creek was extremely accommodating and very cooperative to work with from the beginning to the day of the events. She handled all communications and needs in a very efficient and timely manner and it was a great pleasure to work with her.
Bear Creek is an absolutely beautiful venue and was just the perfect place for our wedding ceremony and reception. We will definitely recommend it to others in the future.

My wedding ceremony and reception was held at Bear Creek Country Club in September. The team at was awesome and there was nothing that my husband or I had to worry about. The night flowed smoothly and effortlessly. The setting was lovely and everything was set up the way that we had requested. It was the perfect day! Thanks!
