We toured many other venues before finding Lord Hill Farms. Once we got to the venue we already knew it was the one. Beautiful outdoor patio and ceremony area with indoor reception area and an alternative indoor ceremony area. Communication was a breeze, staffing is great and honestly the food is not too bad! Would highly recommend this venue!

Our experience with planning and celebrating our daughter's wedding at Lord Hill Farms could not have gone better. Tracy was very helpful with suggestions and flexibility. She helped us stay on budget and have the wedding of my daughter's dreams. Lord Hill Farms supplied the venue, the catering, the flowers and decor. All were excellent. They coordinated well with our other vendors. Overall it was a wonderful experience. If I had to do it all over again I gladly would. I highly recommend Lord Hill Farms!

We JUST used them for our daughter's wedding. Everyone raved and wanted to know how we found this venue! Their response time was usually the same day, which I personally loved as mother of the bride and coordinator of the activities. The staff is so friendly, food amazing and the inside and out are absolutely stunning. They have EVERYTHING you could ever want right there! Thank you for giving my daughter the picturesque wedding of her dreams!

Lord Hill Farms is an incredibly beautiful venue both inside and outside, but this review is for the venue’s amazing communication and attention to detail. From the day my husband and I booked LHF as our wedding venue, we have had the best experience with Tracy and the rest of the team there. Planning a wedding can be daunting, but is so much easier when the venue coordinators are highly communicative, kind, professional, and on top of things. Everything from the venue set-up, florals, food, and service was amazing. I am so glad my husband and I got to spend our big day there!

Lord Hill Farms was awesome! They were always responsive to all my (many) questions, had clear expectations and great service day of. The timelines they set also helped keep me on track and our day was perfect. People loved the venue!

From the moment we toured Lord Hill Farms, we knew that it was going to be our wedding venue. We were captivated by the venue’s beautiful grounds as well as the indoor reception facility. Inside you’ll find plenty of room and well laid out space. I really like the fact that it had changing quarters for both ladies and men which makes it easy for getting ready on the day of. Also, that they have an option for indoor or outdoor ceremony. Their in-house catering is amazing! So many of our wedding guests raved about the appetizers and all of the dinner selections we had (London Broil, Chicken Asiago & Roasted Salmon)! We also ordered lunch for us and the wedding party on the day of whole getting ready and it was delicious as well!

Planning a wedding during COVID definitely presented many challenges and uncertainties, but
Tracy and Jaque were both so quick and helpful to respond to our questions and we felt that our needs/expectations were covered. We asked so many questions but we know it’s always good to make sure so both parties are on the same page and that’s how we felt working with them. I highly recommend Lord Hill Farms!

Not only is this a beautiful venue but all the staff are incredible! I, mom, had to be the wedding coordinator due to COVID restrictions, timing and location. I had questions. I was stressed. I didn't remember all the details that go into a wedding, and Lord Hill Farms delivered tenfold and then some! I am grateful to every single staff member there. They were patient, kind and answered every question I had and although it was via email most of the time, I felt like I was getting a hug that said it's okay, Kim, we got this. The food was amazing! Amazing!! The decorations/flowers were beautiful! Matt was in charge of the reception/dinner and we threw a couple (or more :D) curveballs doing things earlier than planned and he was on it! No irritation from him or his staff. They just got in there and got it done, and everything flowed like a beautiful waterfall! The wedding was more than we expected. Lord Hill Farms... It's where you want your wedding or special occasion to be! I can't rave enough about them here. Not enough room. They're the best and it showed! You won't be sorry. I promise you you won't be sorry! Lord Hill Farms took our breath away when we first toured it. We had been looking for an indoor space that could accommodate a ceremony and a reception for approximately 120 people for our early March wedding, and this venue hit every mark. We were nervous initially about having a ceremony taking place up some steep stairs (concerning older family members), but they had a neat little elevator tucked in the back for those who needed it.
We planned our wedding eleven months in advance of the wedding day, but the date that we originally wanted was booked. We decided that we loved their venue so much that we compromised on that detail. After working with them through all of the details (there are a lot of them!), we can see why so many people choose LHF as their wedding/event venue. The staff were very professional and helpful with any and all questions that we had. They were very accommodating and flexible when it came down to small details that got changed at the last moment. On the big day, everything was handled by them including the catering (in-house), set up, bar, and florals. We didn’t have to think about anything other than getting married and having fun! We were extremely impressed with the quality of the food; we even had some known picky eaters complimenting how good everything was. We used their in-house floral services and were very happy with what we ended up with.
The only thing missing from LHF is a day-of coordinator; there is so much going on that it is almost a necessity to have one!
Overall, we would recommend this venue to everyone!

We are overjoyed with how our wedding turned out - thank you thank you thank you Lord Hill Farms!!! It was a dream winter wedding, perfect NYE party space and we have heard from all of our guests how it felt like a winter wonderland, how great the layout of the venue was and how tasty the food was! We had the misfortune of our original venue shutting down ten weeks before our wedding and had to scramble to find a back up plan for ceremony and reception space, catering, alcohol/bartenders and decorations. LHF and Delanie really saved our day. We could not believe LHF still had an opening on 12/31 ten weeks before the date but they worked with us and helped put everything together quickly and expedited their whole planning process to fit our timeline so we didn't need to reschedule our wedding. No one could believe that our "plan B" was that incredible so thank you again for making this happen for us on such short notice! We truly believe our wedding at LHF was 1000x better than it would have been at our original venue! People thought the bartenders were great and fun to talk to, I've heard comments about how attentive the staff was to the buffet and how quick they were to clean up some of the dance floor spills - oops! I hadn't initially seen LHF when we originally started planning our wedding in summer 2018 because I think a lot of the photos highlight their outdoor wedding space (which is amazing!) but if you're looking to plan a winter wedding in the greater Seattle/Snohomish area then look no further - this venue and this team was a dream to work with!!

Lord Hill Farms is such a beautiful indoor (and outdoor!) venue. It ended up being perfect for our winter wedding in January. My fiancé and I had a rather rough wedding planning process... our original venue we had booked suddenly shut down 3 months before our wedding, so we had to scramble to find a new venue, plus catering. Luckily, we found LHF and were able to still keep our same date! The staff was so accommodating to us with our short timeline and helped us with re-planning the whole ceremony, reception, and catering (the food really is delicious, by the way). They made it such a smooth process! It was such a breath of fresh air after all the stress and chaos that we had gone through with our other venue. Shout out to Delanie in particular - she was such a huge help and great resource throughout the planning, including at rehearsal and on the big day! Thank you to LHF and staff for such an amazing setting for our wedding. It truly was everything we could have hoped for!

We are currently working with LHF for our wedding next January, and they have exceeded ALL of our expectations!!! Since our first walk through appointment, they have been nothing but kind and helpful. They offer in house catering and in house floral, which we have already hired for both! If you want a beautiful venue with both indoor and outdoor amenities, that allows for easy wedding planning, I highly recommend Lord Hill Farms! Will update review with photos once our wedding comes and goes :)

This was an amazing venue for our wedding! The team prior to the wedding and the team who staffed on the wedding night were all so great! They also did in house floral and food and those were perfect as well. Everyone keeps telling us it was the best wedding food they have ever had, and it was delicious. Honestly I have nothing negative to say about this place.

Thank you Lord Hill staff for making our wedding a dream come true! We really enjoyed working with all of you! Our guests cannot stop talking about how magical the whole day was! The food was amazing and the staff was so helpful throughout the whole process! Loved that we didn’t have to use too many outside vendors- we got our food, alcohol, floral, bartenders, and day-of help all from Lord Hills!

From the beginning, LHF was communicative with me and always answered my emails in a timely manner. Throughout the planning process, I felt cared for. The day of the wedding, I received many compliments on the actual venue space. It was beautiful and elegant inside and out! The area has amazing views, great for photos. Guest also raved about the food! Garlic mashed potatoes were the hit of the night. Overall, I had a great experience with the Lord Hill Farms!

We loved every part of our wedding at Lord Hill Farms!! The staff was extremely easy to work with and they all went above and beyond to accommodate our every need.

Our daughter and her now husband's wedding was held July 3, 2017 at Lord Hill Farms. This was their favorite of all Seattle locations. Many of the dates they wanted were already selected, so we were creative in choosing the Monday of the 4th of July weekend. With over 100 guests coming from out of town, this allowed for a fun holiday getaway and gorgeous setting. This location in July is absolutely stunning!! We began the process working with Lisa, and then Tracy took over. Each woman was a delight to work with throughout the planning process. Our calls and emails were quickly answered. This was important to me, trying to organize this meaningful celebration from afar. I have planned numerous events over the years, but definitely relied on Tracy's advice and expertise to make this a wedding to remember. There was never a time that Tracy wasn't helpful, friendly and positive. She was always flexible and willing to work with us on ideas and preparations in the six months leading up to the big day. We were so fortunate to have wonderful weather the afternoon of the wedding. Many guests took shuttles from the hotel, but the ones that drove found plenty of parking. The grounds at LHF are well cared for, and were incredibly beautiful with lush vegetation. The wedding was held outside, down a lovely paved path and in front of a gazebo. Tracy worked with us on all of the flowers for the event and we were thrilled with the results. Our guests raved about all of the delicious passed appetizers during cocktail hour (pork sliders, meatballs, crostini, rosemary chips), and amazing dinner buffet (prime rib, salmon, asparagus, salad and garlic mashed potatoes). There was plenty of food, and we were grateful for good service all evening. The white lights on the columns helped make the room sparkle. Our daughter and her husband loved their wedding, and we have received many positive comments and notes. LHF was the perfect venue for us-so special and memorable!!

Lisa was my contact throughout the planning process and she was awesome. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was extremely helpful! The venue and reception hall are gorgeous and we received many compliments from family and friends. The food was delicious and we received A+ from everyone as well. The venue is a bit pricey, but the services provided, venues, and the food made it worth every penny. Our entire family had a great time! I would recommend this venue!

Lord Hill Farms is an amazing location to have your wedding. My husband and I truly had our dream fairytale experience at this beautiful venue. The staff was incredibly nice and flexible with every detail and last minute request that was needed. With how great everything is pre-set for a wedding (dance floor, bars, outdoor/indoor ceremony area, spacious reception hall, tables/chairs, space for grand exit outdoors, changing areas for bride/groom/wedding parties), it was the best choice my husband and I made for our wedding. Our guests had a great time, the food was very delicious, and the ceremony/reception area being all in one place was perfect. Not to mention there is a ton of parking for guests. Prices are somewhat steep and rising, but overall it was an unforgettable experience we will never forget.

This venue has always went above and beyond anything I could've imagined. Great, friendly staff and beautiful venue. I would recommend this debut to anyone getting married. They really exceeded my expectations. I love every minute of our special day

The price might scare you off but with so many things included the beauty of this place and the food was over the top! Service a A+++ from t=bringing the bride & groom drinks and appetizers during the signing to holding a plate for the reluctant to eat wedding planner! The staff during the entire year was so responsive and kind to our many questions!

Our daughter’s wedding was held at Lord Hill Farms on July 9, 2016. What a perfect day it was and LHF was essential in making it a day to remember. From our initial tour of the facilities to the final clean-up after the reception, we were extremely pleased with the assistance and knowledge of the staff. They were always very quick to respond to any questions we had, whether it was by email or phone. It was a great relief to be able to take advantage of their in-house catering service and with no need to rent chairs/linens/tables/dishes. Definitely fewer things to coordinate or stress about. The day of the wedding, everything was set up perfectly and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and willing to make it a day to remember. Our relatives and friends are still talking about the beautiful venue and delicious food. It was incredible! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day for our daughter’s wedding!

We interviewed and visited about six venues/caterers before selecting this location. We did not find any shortcomings and would definitely recommend Lord Hill Farms. The women in charge of L.H.F., Jaque, Lisa and Tracy were always accessible, encouraging and full of helpful ideas and tips for our daughter's wedding. We got nothing but positive remarks from the wedding guests as far as the setting and the wonderful catering. The staff during dinner were all so attentive and our "point person" was always ready with help if we needed it.
If you are interested in ordering flowers don't look further then Tracy at Lord Hill Farms! I came with some photos of ideas and she absolutely came through for us! They were so beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Not to mention she is so calm and easy to work with.
Overall Lord Hill Farms is just a wonderful venue and I'm so pleased we chose it for the big day.

The second we entered the location even from the street driving in, this venue took our breath away. If you were like us (did multiple tours at countless places to find the perfect one), you too would know at first sight that this is a heart melting spot. From the romantic lighting and the beautiful landscape to the rustic barn that turned into a once in a life time type of a place, you have to see it for yourself. It's that spot you would make it work no matter what, it's that beautiful!

And, to top all that off, there food was so delicious. Nice tender fillet mignon and chicken asiago that was neither too hard or tasteless. Most of our guests couldn't stop complimenting the quality of the mass catered food.

My husband and I feel in love with this venue the moment we pulled up. The fact that they have an option for indoor or outdoor ceremony and are willing to let you change location the morning of accordingly to the weather was the final selling point. With Washington weather that was a very important option to me. Luckily it was sunny day on our wedding day and we got to enjoy the beautiful scenery outside. It couldn't of been more perfect. The office is very good about getting back to you in a timely manner and are easy to work with. All my guests were ranting about the food as well, we did buffet style and everything was hot and fresh. The chicken Asiago was delicious and a must have. If your looking for a venue that has natural beauty this is the place!

I can't say enough good things about Lord Hill Farms! My now-husband and I were really slow with our planning as we are terrible procrastinators, but LHF was really great with us and allowed us some flexibility with deadlines. The bride the day after us also wanted to have this special black tulle and lighting removed from above the dance floor, so they were going to remove it the day of our wedding(Friday) because Saturday was really busy for them. However, we asked them nicely if they would consider keeping it (we also offered to take it down for them at the end of the night, because we wanted it so badly) and they were really nice and made it happen. And they took it down too! We were so happy for it too because it really looked awesome.

The day of, the venue was beautiful and set up perfectly. The grounds looked amazingly well kept for how hot this summer has been. I was a little worried how the garden flowers would hold up in the near 100 degree weather, but they looked perfect! We were also a little bit late for the ceremony time as guests were showing up a little late (Friday rush hour traffic!) so for cocktail hour they worked it out so we'd stay on schedule and cut it 10 minutes short. We hadn't even thought of it after the ceremony so it was nice that someone said something.

The guests also loved the food. I'll admit to not eating much the day of, but what I did taste was awesome! I love the strawberry salad and the macaroni and cheese ramekins. Also highly recommend the pulled pork sliders.

At the end of the night they let us know how much alcohol we had left over, and even after my mom for some reason insisted on taking an entire case of unopened champagne home (she was confused) they let us bring it back and get that refunded as well which we weren't expecting.

Apparently one of our guests had too much to drink and wandered off. Nobody could find her(at night), so the staff stepped up and tried to help. She was eventually found safe. Yay!

We were more than happy to have our wedding at Lord Hill Farms. The grounds are spectacular, well kept, and appropriate. It also helped that we had perfect weather. The ceremony and reception facilities are decorated in a way that you don't even need your own decorations! Working with LHF was a breeze and they were always responsive to my million questions. I absolutely loved working with Lord HIll Farms. From the very beginning, they worked with me to make everything exactly what I wanted. All of the women in the office were very responsive to my questions and they made the process very easy. I always knew what to expect.

My wedding day itself was everything I wanted it to be. The indoor portion of the venue is breathtaking. I got so many compliments from my guests, saying it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. The food was fantastic as well. So many guests went back for seconds and thirds.

I looked at a few venues, but the minute that we got to Lord Hill, I knew that this was the place that I wanted and I never regretted that decision for a second. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had instantly fallen in love with Lord Hill Farms when we began our planning process. When calling venues we found that most of the venues that could accommodate our guest size were booked solid, but LHF was available! We only looked at one other venue the same day we did our tour of LHF and that other venue tour just solidified our decision that LHF is where we would get married. The staff that was at the venue the day of was so helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. We had some décor that was going to be added to the buffet and they without even hesitating added it for me so that it looked right and all the food could be placed where it needed to be. They were available for questions while my bridesmaids and I set up. The venue was stunning and we had so many compliments from all of our guests. The food was AMAZING!!!! We did turkey and ham and they were so moist and full of flavor. One guest came up to us raving about the food and admitted that they had stopped on their way to get lunch because of the stereotype around wedding food being usually subpar, but this food completely slammed that stereotype out of the park. Working with the venue was relatively easy. They were willing to answer all my questions and explain their policies further if I needed extra information. We even received a refund for the alcohol that we didn't drink (as long as the cases of wine hadn't been opened). This venue made our wedding day absolutely perfect and we wouldn't have had it any other way. Thank you LHF for everything! And to other brides looking to get married, LHF is the place to do it!

When we first walked onto Lord Hill Farms, we knew instantly that it was the place for us. The holiday lights around the beams made the place seem magical, the landscaping was beautiful and the floor-to-ceiling windows upstairs was such a wow factor. It was nice to have our ceremony and reception in the same place. The staff answered all our questions and were so accommodating. There were many options to choose for decoration/setup that you could choose to go 'all out' or save in some areas. The food was delicious and there were many choices to choose from. We are so happy to have found this place, and that our guests loved it as much as we did.

I am a happy bride! Lord Hill Farms had everything I needed and wanted. First off, the venue is beautiful, also they can accommodate more than 200 people! Also the fact that you have an option of having an indoor or outdoor ceremony and that they have their own in house catering so I didn't have to worry about which caterer to use -their food and presentation is so good and pretty! I was so happy to hear our guests telling me that the food was amazing and that our wedding was beautiful .Lord Hill Farms had worked with us so well and accommodated to everything we needed and wanted. The place is so beautiful that not a lot of décor is needed. I recommend anyone to go to LHF!

Our wedding at Lord Hill Farms was beautiful. I would highly recommend it. We held our wedding ceremony outside at 5pm in late August, and the grounds were beautiful. The flowers in their gardens and the greenery provided both beauty and privacy for our ceremony. After the ceremony, we held the reception in one of their converted barns, and it was lovely. We had about 200 guests, and it never felt crowded.

They also have their own in house catering that was excellent. We did a basil-chicken dish for the main entree and it along with the sides was excellent. We thought the price was very reasonable, and the service was great. They were also great about refunding us for any untapped kegs and unopened cases of wine.

We didn't need a lot of decorations because the venue already looked so good, so we got flowers from Pikes Place Market in downtown Seattle and created centerpieces out of those flowers, using Ball jars as vases. One highlight for our guests was that a couple hot air balloons flew by during the reception.

We highly recommend Lord Hill Farms to everyone.

When I first visited Lord Hill Farms I knew it was the place I wanted to get married. From the time we first booked our wedding until the day of the staff did everything they could to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and the day of the wedding went perfectly! The grounds were beautiful, the staff were professional, and everything went off without issue. We received many compliments about the venue and the food, with everyone commenting about how good of a party the wedding was. I can't thank everyone at Lord Hill Farms enough for an awesome night and would highly recommend the venue!

I knew when I was at a friends wedding that this was the perfect location for my reception. Everyone there was very quick to reply to emails or voicemails. They gave great suggestions and answered all my questions. The day of the wedding the grounds looked stunning, the food was delicious, the staff courteous and friendly and everything was perfect. It was truly an amazing day and with the sunny weather there were tons of places to go around the lawns to take pictures. I highly recommend LHF to any bride-to-be

I absolutely fell in love with Lord Hill the first time I stepped foot in the venue. It was the first and only venue that we went to, and I didn’t need to look any more! More recently they have done some amazing renovations to the front that just make the setting even more breathtaking! Leading up to the wedding, Lisa and Jacque along with the whole Lord hill staff was always ready and willing to help! When my Mom and I were at the Seattle Wedding Show, their staff actually recognized me and asked me how planning was going, that was great because I had only actually met the team once and they have so many brides and so many weddings, I would never expect them to remember my face! To highlight our menu, we had the pasta bar and milk and cookie shots at the end of the night, our guests raved about how great the food was and how awesome the staff was at keeping everything filled and fresh for the continuous buffet. Our guests also commented about how beautiful everything was and how the bartending service was excellent! They attended to all of our requests and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a venue!

We knew from the moment we walked in to Lord Hill Farms we wanted to spend our big day there. The facility is absolutely breathtaking. Small twinkling lights and ivy covering the pillars and beams... so romantic! They added a new bar area, which was awesome! From the very first day I began planning to the last few seconds before I walked down the aisle, the staff at Lord Hill Farms made sure everything was perfect. From their consultants to their bussing staff, they make it clear that they are there to make your day as flawless as possible. Our entire wedding went smoothly, and I have them to thank! It helped that their food was delicious, and their wine and beer selections were top notch! They even ordered me my favorite wine after it had been taken off their vender list, AND gave me a discount for the inconvenience! They did the same thing with our beer selection! The vender for our beer had messed up a few kegs for previous weddings, so they ordered us bottles instead with no additional charge... and of course let us take home the left over cases! I would recommend Lord Hill Farms to my family and friends a million times over. They were AWESOME!!!

My fiancé and I looked at almost twenty locations for our wedding this past September. We were looking for a place to have about 200 people at an outdoor ceremony. We also wanted to have an indoor option if the weather didn't corporate. Lord Hill Farms was absolutely beautiful indoors and outside! The photos and video footage is stunning.

Our wedding was everything we hoped for! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating and we are still getting compliments on our food from the wedding! We were able to decorate any way we wanted but honestly we didn't really need to since it was such a great backdrop! We actually really hope to go to a wedding there in the future just so we can experience it again!

Lord Hill Farms was recently the setting for our daughter's wedding and reception, and we were so happy with how everything turned out. From the planning process straight through to the wedding day, the staff at Lord Hill went above and beyond to make sure that our daughter and son-in-law's day was perfect.
The Lord Hill staff was great to work with - they were receptive to our ideas, made helpful suggestions and responded to our questions promptly. The food prepared by Lord Hill's caterer was delicious, and the catering and bar staffs were helpful, polite and professional. We had many compliments from our guests about the food and the beautiful venue overlooking the Snohomish Valley.

The moment I saw Lord Hill Farms I knew that it had to be where I got married! It was absolutely perfect with beautiful grounds and an amazing indoor space that reminded me of my own personal nightclub! I loved it so much we booked instantly and I have no regrets.

The venue itself is reasonably priced but where they get you is in the cost of food and drinks and since you have to use their catering it gets spendy quickly. The food was amazing though and I still have people coming up to us and telling us how good the food was. We decided to go with the pasta bar since we were having so many people attend the wedding and the gorgonzola cream sauce pasta was to die for! The only negative is that you don't get an option to have any of the left over’s, which in our case was a ton food. I felt this was wasteful since we paid so much money to buy the food and it only seemed right to get it to go.

The staff was very attentive and responsive to all emails and other communications and made the whole process seem easy and enjoyable. They answered all my questions and did a great job at offering accommodations and changes to make everything perfect!!

Overall I could not recommend a better place to get married at... it is truly a dream come true!! This venue has everything a wedding needs: elegancy, indoor/outdoor space, beautiful grounds, tons of parking, and several great backdrops for photos.

We had our wedding here in August, with the ceremony outside and reception inside. We were so impressed by the venue itself, it is beautiful. Outside there is a beautiful lawn with an incredible water fountain and flowers. The landscaping is amazing. Inside the reception area is decorated with sparkling chandeliers, very nice chairs, and a nice bar area with couch seating. The staff was incredibly helpful and nothing went wrong on our big day. The food was wonderful as well, we had the pasta bar and it was the perfect choice for us. Everyone has told me how much they loved the venue and food and I would definitely recommend Lord Hill Farms to any bride!

We were married here in August and it was the perfect day in every way. From the time we booked up until the last minute the staff was available to answer questions. They were also very flexible in making last minute changes for me, which was very much appreciated. The grounds are gorgeous with all the flowers in bloom in the Summer. Our guests loved the venue as well, but I think the thing we got the most complements on was the food! It is far and away better than most venue or caterer's typical buffet fare, it was high quality and tasted amazing. All in all, I am so happy we chose Lord Hill Farms to get married at. I highly reccommend you go visit the venue and meet with the staff if you are looking for a wedding venue.

I recently got married at Lord Hill Farms and it was the perfect place! The venue is beautiful and there are so many great places to take pictures. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. They were quick to answer questions and accommodating. On the day of the wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing! They had everything set up and everything ran smoothly. The food was great! It was all set out on time, there was more than enough, and it was delicious. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

We had our wedding at Lord Hill Farms on a gorgeous spring day! The venue had everything pressed and ready for us to start our setup right on time. The food was absolutely AMAZING! They were super flexible with us as we were bringing in a huge dessert table! Tracy was more than helpful answering all of our questions! The wedding was three months ago and we are still receiving compliments on such a beautiful event! The updates that were done are definitely a plus for this venue!!!

My husband and I primarily worked with Tracy to plan our wedding. We had both our ceremony and our reception indoors at Lord Hill Farms. The entire staff here was so easy to work with. Helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I loved that this facility had so much to offer. Onsite catering, bartending service, rooms for getting ready... everything down to the small stuff like tables, chairs, linens, forks, etc... they had TONS of optional decorative items for rent if you wanted too... Both during and after our wedding our friends and family RAVED about how beautiful the venue was, how friendly the wait staff was, and how GOOD the food was! (We did the pasta bar for our entree, and the steak sliders as a snack- delicious.) I could not be happier with how our evening went. I feel like we were provided with so much for what we paid. Would definitely reccommend!

Lord Hill Farms is definitely the most gorgeous wedding venue anywhere. The wedding was truly a dream wedding. The staff made our experience so non-stressful. Lord Hill catering is delicious, and the presentation is amazing. The grounds are so beautiful, but we elected to have the service in their indoor chapel area which overlooks the Cascade mountains. It was so pretty, that decorations were unnecessary, except for flowers. Since it wasn't raining, we were able to have the happy hour outside, then the dinner and dancing inside. After the wedding, we had "Lord Hill Farms withdrawals"! The wedding planning was just so much fun. Thank you Lord Hill!!!

Lord Hill Farms was beautiful! They were extremely helpful and always answered questions on a timely manner which eased concerns. They always worked to make what you wanted happen. Also, their recommended vendors were amazing which made the experience even better - they are very trustworthy and work hard to make your day perfect. We didn't have any worries the day of when it came to wondering if things were in place or if what you wanted was there. The staff was great - friendly and responsible. My husband and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

From the moment I started speaking with Lord Hill Farms it was a pleasure. The staff is friendly, professional, and willing to answer any questions. We booked our wedding venue before all the rest of the planning had really started taking place, so naturely I had a ton of questions since we did not have much of a vision at the beginning. You can rent many items from the venue to help provide for a picture perfect wedding day and not have to worry about returning the items all over town, since you rented from the venue. Overall, the place provides a wonderful location and helpful staff!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the facilities are breathtaking. The prices are reasonable. We love this venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for a wedding or corporate event venue.

We were already thankful for all of the staff's guidance and patience with questions leading up to our big day (Tracy especially), but the care and thoughtfulness on the wedding day itself absolutely blew us away.

The wedding day itself staff was there immediately greeting us, making a point to meet the important parties involved with the set-up, and bringing just a general pleasant steadiness in the midst of the flurry. They had thought of everything to make us comfortable and know that all those last minute crazy things would seamlessly fall into place. We had compliments from our guests from everything from the beauty to the delicious food to the cuteness of the bartender. I will sing the praises of Lord Hill Farms from the rooftops, and would recommend them to anyone - ANYONE - who ever wanted their wedding to be flawless.

Lord Hill Farms is a goregous facility. Not only do you get a great indoor venue, (if the weather is cooperating) you can also take advantage of the beautiful view and scenery outside for pictures. A couple of months before my wedding they had updated the inside, which only added to the romantic and rustic feel. The staff there is very helpful and quick to answer emails. They made it so easy for me, all I had to do was bring centerpieces and a few decorations and the wedding was set to go! I heard the food was good (I didn't really have time to eat much of it) and I think it was fairly priced compared to other caterers. The only thing I have to say is book early! We booked 15 months in advance and our original date was already taken. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely choose Lord Hill Farms! And you should too, you won't be disappointed! :)

I can't believe I just had the wedding of my dreams. When my husband and I saw this place online, he had already decided it was it. I obviously wanted to look at it in person and when we did, wow.. just wow. The pictures show a stunning property, but do it no justice when you see it in person. The grounds are immaculate and all the flowers and bright colors really make it stand out. The inside is just as phenomenal.

We spent a good year at least if not a bit longer working with the ladies at Lord Hill on our details. They were wonderful and always so responsive. They were flexible and worked out everything I needed. They had everything covered and an answer for every question I had. Knowing that they had all the food, alcohol and set up taken care of was a big plus for us. The place being so beautiful on its own made it nice for us because it really needed very little decor. We just wanted to add a few touches to make it our own and it worked out perfectly.

The weather was odd for July considering our last few summers, but the clouds stayed far over the mountains and the sun was above us all evening. The grounds were perfect, the fountain was going and everything was in order. We barely saw the staff, except at the bar and during dinner at the buffet. They were practically invisible and it felt like the property was truly ours. We really didn't need anything as it was all set up and everything was as we discussed. It literally went off without a hitch ;)

The food was beyond amazing! Almost every guest commented at one point or another, about how amazing the food was. We've had people tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to and that the venue itself was just stunning. My uncle still can't stop talking about it and has recommended it as a wedding venue to every person he knows that knows someone getting married. It was the best day of my life and the wedding of my dreams. Thank you LHF!

LHF was an amazing place to have our daughters wedding! The staff was so helpful. This was our first wedding and we had a lot of questions, and they took their time to make sure they were all answered. We had LHF cater our reception. It was delicious! The staff did such a great job being invisible during the reception, yet had all our needs taken care of. I am so happy with how it all went and would definitely encourage others to book their wedding there.

I decided to go with LHF because 1) the venue was gorgeous, 2) had an indoor option for the ceremony in case of rain, and 3) they offer many services on site, including food, décor, linens, chairs, etc. It was completely worth it. I planned the wedding in under 6 months and LHF was great in helping me stay on track every step of the way. They were patient as I worked through all the details and when we decided to move the reception outdoors last minute due to the safety risks, they worked with me to make sure it went smoothly. The wedding was beautiful, the food was delicious and the entire day went so smoothly. I heard great things from so many guests and am grateful to their entire team.

Our experience working with Lord Hill Farms was fantastic through the whole process of securing the venue, to coordinating the event timeline, to taste testing the catering package, to the wedding day itself, which went marvelously. We were thrilled with their responsiveness and service. LHF does a great job with everything, and the staff is very communicative. The venue itself is already gorgeous and, though it needs very little personal decor, accommodated all our personal touches so well. The food was absolutely fantastic as well (we had the winter salad, mashed potatoes, veggies, and pesto chicken). We are so grateful for our experience and would recommend them enthusiastically! You will not be disappointed!

The moment I drove down the drive way I knew I would love this place. The second I walked through the door, I knew it was My Venue! As I walked around the whole venue and asked if everything I saw was gonna be there for our special day, the answer was always yes! As it was with my now handsome husband, it was love at first site with Lord Hill Farms. They are so quick to get back to you when you have questions, and everyone that I worked with was extremely friendly and helpful. They had a complete answer to all questions as well, never leaving me second guessing! The menu options are amazing as was the selection for wines and ales. They were also helpful with some dietary needs! I am so happy with everything that Lord Hill Farms had to offer. There are no complaints from me, my husband, my family and everyone who attended! Thank you so much to the Team at Lord Hill Farms for making my whole day incredibly special right to the very end!!

Lord Hill Farms was the perfect place to get married! The grounds are gorgeous and the staff is very helpful and ready to answer any questions that come up. I also rented French Creek Estates to get ready in beforehand and do not regret the beautiful pictures we were able to get of pre-wedding festivities.

I just got married here on November 29th and have to say that everything was just perfect. The venue itself should be a selling point because it's GORGEOUS for both indoor and outdoor weddings but here are my biggest pro's (mine was indoors):

- I loved that the ceremony space was in the same building but a different space. There is a lovely loft upstairs with chandeliers and a giant window that made the ceremony feel very intimate and romantic then the reception hall downstairs. We had about 175 guests and we felt like we had plenty of room.

- I lived out of the state for most of my engagement so I had to do all my communications through email. The staff was FANTASTIC. Tracy, Lisa and Jaque were always quick to email me back and send pictures or answer any questions I had. I seriously emailed like 4 times a week so I really appreciated that.

- They were one of the only venues that I looked at that I would call "all inclusive". Your contract included a TWELVE (12), yes twelve hour rental, all the set up of chairs and tables, they did the food, the drinks, everything. The only thing was that if you want real glasses you have to rent those (or else you get plastic ones but that was better since people were out dancing with those and I didn't want broken glass). You can opt to bring in your own drinks if you want but they will refund whatever wine cases aren't open which is awesome.

- Food was FANTASTIC. All my guests loved everything. We had the winter salad, vegetables, chicken assaggio, and London broil. All really delicious.

I don't really have any con's but the only thing I wasn't SUPER stoked about:

- The bridal suite has no natural light which was difficult for pictures. It's a very small room (there were 7 of us and we were cramped). BUT Lord Hill Farms also owns French Creek Estates down the road so you could rent out that space if you really wanted to.

I would 100% recommend getting married here!

As many have said, this venue is visually stunning. It is tucked back in Snohomish, WA. farm country with beautiful views of a sprawling meadow and the cascade mountains off in the distance. I had my wedding on a warm September evening, and it was flawless. The reception building is also stunning and the staff work hard to keep it updated with a rustic/elegant vibe. I had my wedding outside, but the indoor ceremony venue is equally wonderful and provides peace of mind for brides who are worried about the weather turning bad.

Leading up to the wedding, the staff answered all of my questions in a timely, professional, and friendly manner, and the in-house catering was delicious (many of my guests raved about the food afterwards). LHF isn't the cheapest venue on the block (my husband and I were working on a budget), but we felt that it was COMPLETELY worth the money since LHF takes care of so many little details that make the day a breeze, and they do it with class and professionalism. In short, we couldn't have been happier with our wedding venue and we would highly recommend Lord Hill Farms to any couple!

My husband and I got married on August 30, 2015. We were hopeful that our ceremony would be able to take place outside given the weather we were having this summer. The week of our wedding came around and the weekend called for rain. We were pretty bummed since this venue has an excellent outdoor space. We luckily had the option of using their indoor space as well. The day before our wedding there was a horrible rain storm but Sunday was still calling for some rain, but with sun breaks. The staff at Lord hill worked with us to set up both ceremony locations with the option to choose at the last minute. We lucked out and he sun came out for our ceremony and cocktail hour. We were so pleased with their help and confidence about keeping the ceremony outside. It made us feel at ease. They were very helpful and flexible with overall planning leading up to the wedding. We had a fabulous day and so many wonderful memories made. Our guest raved about the venue and the fun party we were able to provide. The food was delicious (we served salmon and chicken, buffet style) there was plenty for everyone.we were so pleased with their service and attention to all our vendors so that our day ran smoothly. Such a wonderful space!

The staff was very helpful, flexible, friendly and professional. We had to decide at the last minute whether the ceremony would be inside or outside due to weather. The staff made every attempt to help us make the right choice and we pulled it off successfully. The reception venue was set up perfectly and the outside grounds were manicured beautifully. The wedding was perfect! We were all so happy! I would highly reccomend this venue.

Having conducted my Daughter's wedding at Lord Hill Farms early 2012, I was very pleased with the professionalism by LHFs and the inclusiveness of much of the coordination taken care of which after not planning a wedding for 25+years, I was thankful for all of the little details that I just plain overlooked. The guests just ravied how beautiful the Venue and how everything just came together so beautifully. To my surprise, eight months later I found myself looking for a Wedding venue and after looking at many different locations in the Puget Sound area, my fiance and I kept looking back at what LHFs had to offer and given my Daughter's permission to hold our wedding at LHFs, we jumped on securing a date which even almost a year in advance, we were surprised to find much of the summer months had already been reserved. We settled on the first weekend Saturday in October and now that all the planning and ceremony is officially over, we look back on how beautiful the day turned out to be, including the weather!! LHFs takes much of the stress out of the planning & coordination leading up to and during the days events (other than a 'Day of Coordinator'). Being that the weather was phenominal that Saturday which was the 'icing on the cake' so to speak allowing a outdoor ceremony, again many of our Guests couldn't say enough about how beautiful a venue and the catering presentation and bar service was exceptional! Although it may seem that LHFs is abit spendy, when you consider what the Venue has to offer in its location and beauty in the Snohomish Valley and inclusive of your Catering and coordinating your Bar Service as compared to other Wedding venues, you can't go wrong with LHFs.

I absolutely loved the grounds of Lord Hill Farms and its vintage home, French Creek Manor. The bridesmaids had a delicious brunch in the adorable manor house on the property the morning of the wedding. That morning with my closest friends was so sweet! The Lord Hill barn is to die for with its rustic elegance. All our guests told us that we chose the most beautiful venue and had the greatest time celebrating with us at Lord Hill.

I got married here in October 2017 and it was everything I could've imagined. We held our ceremony upstairs and our reception downstairs. We secured the venue about 9 months in advance of the wedding and the entire staff was such a pleasure to work with that entire time. They were super responsive on email and always very professional. There were no surprises or slips on the day of the wedding which is all you can ask for as a bride! The staff on the day of the wedding was amazing, specifically our bartender. Although it's a bit pricey, you will be happy with the value you receive and you will appreciate that the venue provides everything (linens, cutlery, chairs, etc.) so you're not running around the next day returning everything. My only regret is the lack of decor that I brought in. The venue is very large and could've used even more decor throughout, which is something I underestimated. We would highly recommend this venue!

First of all, this is a BEAUTIFUL venue. I have received so many comments on how lovely the venue was, and also how lovely the grounds are. This place is a little pricey, although it's cheaper if you don't get married in the summer. You are required to use their catering, but the food was very, very good. I received many compliments on that too! Also, you can purchase/rent many decorations from them so that you have one less thing to go hunt down. Their staff during the planning and on the day of the wedding were very easy to work with. At one point during my reception when I went up to get a refill, the bartender asked me if they were doing a good job. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

I don't have enough characters to rave about how amazing this venue is and talk about the few negative aspects of our experience so I will only discuss the negative, but know that everything else was beautiful and wonderful. When we booked this venue, we made it abundantly clear that the groom was allergic to nuts and that this was to be a no nut wedding. They wrote it all over our contract and we had spoken in person about it to both of the venue contacts. We decided to book our rehearsal dinner with them as well. The MOG was coordinating this effort and also made it very clear that the G was allergic to nuts. Unfortunately, at the rehearsal dinner, everyone's salads had almonds on them. The catering staff did not seem to be aware of the nut allergy and one of the venue contacts said that they must have not copied it over from the wedding catering notes. Now, this is a pretty bad mistake to make especially considering that the groom was not the only one in the room with a life threatening allergy to tree nuts. The fact that this note was not communicated with the catering staff is unacceptable, but on top of that, they should have had a separate rehearsal dinner note saying the same thing because the MOG specifically told them again that the groom was allergic to nuts. This leads me to the second negative thing which also has to do with poor communication between the venue and the catering staff. We asked all of our guests if they would prefer sparkling cider or champagne for their toasts so that we could make sure to have enough sparkling cider for everyone who wanted it. When they went to pour champagne for the toasts, they did not bring out the sparkling cider. My mom asked them for some and they said that we didn't pay for that or that they didn't have it (something along those lines). Luckily, my mom knew very well that we did order it (a lot of it) and that they should have it. They finally brought it out and hopefully everyone who wanted it got some.

Lord Hill Farms was a great experience! Beautiful views, good food, lots of areas for guests to hang out in, and everything went smoothly for our wedding day!

I have not had my wedding yet, but was just able to do my tasting. Their food is amazing and they offer a large selection of food. They also have a very flexible and knowledgeable staff that are always quick to respond to emails with the thousands of questions that pop up along the way.

We thought this was a beautiful venue that had the advantages of having both the ceremony and reception in the same location, but different spaces allowing easy transition during our wedding. The venue itself is already in a picturesque setting and decorated simply and beautifully requiring little additional decoration. There was no problem accommodating the 290+ guests we had. The food was really good with plenty of wait staff available. The event staff was helpful and it was an easy process to choose our menu. We were extremely happy that we choose Lord Hill Farms as the site of our wedding and expect many more couples to enjoy the beautiful facilities in the future.

Lord Hill Farms is an absolutely beautiful venue and we are so glad we got married there! The staff are very professional and help to make your wedding planning process as easy as possible. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. It was perfect for a large winter wedding! The only two downsides are that they do have some strict guidelines about bringing in outside vendors/food, so if that is something that is important to you that may be an issue. We also didn't like that they throw away all the leftover food at the end of the night. Since we paid for it we would have like to either take it home or at least known that they were donating the leftovers. With that being said, we still highly recommend Lord Hill Farms for your wedding, it is a beautiful venue!!

OMG our food wast outstanding. I could not have asked for a better meal. We have the carved smoke turkey and it was moist and delicious!!!!! Overall we had a GREAT experience with Lord Hill Farms!!! Beautiful place!

This is a gorgeous venue no doubt! One of the main reasons I picked it was because I had the possibility to have an indoor ceremony or outdoor and a whole other space for the reception. Its Washington it can always rain. There were some things that I was trying to avoid paying for like removing painting on the wall. But when it came down to the actual day they were so good about being flexible and letting us do what we wanted. I was also really sick on my wedding day so they were able to help me get what I needed to feel better. The staff was so great on the day of our wedding!

The place just looks romantic all year round. It rained on our wedding day so thank goodness we were planning on having the wedding indoors anyway. The staff worked really hard to get what we wanted and they made sure there were no "surprises" in the final price. Everyone loved it there and loved the food also. They didn't have a corking fee which was very nice! And we brought our own wine and beer which saved us a lot of money. The only negative feedback I have is they have wreaths decorated everywhere. And one huge one right above where we had the ceremony. They were not willing to take it down. But overall, they were wonderful! The nice thing...and the bad thing at the same time is they are out in the middle of nowhere. So you can be loud as you want and the scenery is beautiful, but guests left early because they all had a long drive back home to seattle.

Overall, we're very happy with our decision to have our wedding at Lord Hill. The venue is beautiful inside and out, the food was better than we expected (but a little pricey), and the staff are generally helpful and responsive.

We went to Lord Hill Farms at the last minute, after our venue cancelled on us. They were wonderful to work with, and did everything in their power to keep us in the same budget and menu we had with our previous venue. We used their French Creek Estate for our wedding and reception, and it was beautiful. The food was average, and did seem the most expensive part.

Lord Hill Farms is BEAUTIFUL. Not only can you have a beautiful wedding inside, but outside as well. My fiance and i fell in move with this place right when we saw it. We wanted to find a place where we could have both the ceremony and the reception. You honestly dont have to do much decor downstairs because they have white lights year-round that make it look to elegant and romantic. Also they have their own catering service (that you have to use) and the food was AMAZING!!!! OMG!!!! I had so many people go back for seconds, thirds even fourths to get more food.
The staff there are really nice as well. they want to make sure that your day turns out perfect.

The venue is gorgeous and a has a great space for either indoor or outdoor ceremonies. Advice: it's good to have your own wedding coordinator to work with their staff to coordinate all the set-up and tear-down; be sure to be extra clear on what food you are ordering.
On flexibility: after a few sessions of discussion and haggling they were finally willing to temporarily remove the "Christmas" wreaths from the walls during our Jewish reception. We were also able to move a lot of furniture as long as we returned it to its original location.
Catering: the food was very good and nicely presented; the staff was even willing to coordinate the linens and decor with our wedding colors. We served the food buffet style. This venue was a good value for us because they allowed us to get a banquet permit and bring our own beer and wine, which reduces overall cost on alcohol. Their fee for a bartender and corkage was reasonable.

Great all in one venue. Good food and a beautiful site. The only issue we had was the manger was great untill the day of my wedding and then was very rude? Not sure what was up with that ? Other than that my wedding was great!

Beautiful place!!! Girl in the back office is rude if it wasn't for the lady I. The front would have never booked here due to the way the lady treated us.

I love this venue and my husband and I couldn't be happier to have held our ceremony and reception in this facility. The place is a dream and any wedding will be beautiful there whether it's inside or out. Our only problems came with the personnel. We started with one representative and then all of a sudden we had a new contact - without any word to us there was a change in staff. During our meeting with the new contact we were having a disagreement on chairs (they nickel and dime you on everything... another area of dissatisfaction) and she essentially told us we were lying and trying to take advantage of the situation. I work in PR and would NEVER to speak to a client the way she spoke to myself and our families. Those issues aside, the staff that worked our wedding was wonderful and the food was fantastic... pricey, but great. I love this facility and would host a wedding there again... .my recommendation: Get EVERYTHING in writing.

This venue was beautiful, the food was amazing, the quality of the rentals was wonderful. However, get ready for all the little "stuff" that they add on. Plan that your bill will be about 20% more than you estimate, and they will not budge on their "rules."

Also - I never talked to the same person two times in a row! So frustrating. One time it was Jacque - and the next time it was....fill in the blank. It was hard to consistently follow a conversation due to that.

Beautiful Venue. A bit expensive and there is quite a bit of nickel and dime expenses, but in the end it was a perfect day. We were a bit unsure of the food since we went to a different event there and the food was not very hot or flavorful. But at the tasting which we were charged for) and at the wedding the food was great! It is really a perfect setting. We had our wedding outside and the garden was well worth it. I didn't like the fact that you couldn't negotiate anything. Not even setting up your own chairs for to save $2 each chair. Most wedding venues will be willing to negotiate something...not here. No discounts, no thrown in extras but it was what we wanted.

We had a beautiful outdoor setting and the rain held off until after the ceremony complete with a double rainbow. The inside reception area is beautiful and romantic. I do wish they allowed the family to set up before 12 PM at no additional charge because it does not allow for enough time for delays etc.. between 12 and a 5 PM wedding. It should be included to get in there at 9 AM to set up. We were scrambling as our makeup artist was so late and it was awful. The staff was kind and friendly. I do not think they are very flexible and a rule is a rule with them which caused us some tension during the year of planning, but overall, we would have a wedding there again.

When we saw LHF, we knew that this was the place we wanted to get married, based on the setting and the beautiful spaces. Once the planning process began, and especially the last few months, we were disappointed with the level of professionalism, the lack of attention to detail to our contract (spelling mistakes, quantity mistakes etc.), that we got from the team. We felt we were in a sense being nickel and dimed, and were surprised that for a wedding venue, there were certain rental items that they didn't have available, such as table number holders. We wanted to have a family style dinner and had asked if this was possible during our initial tour, but once we got to the tasting we asked again, and it turned out that while it is possible, they had never done this type of service before, and didn't have the dishware for it, etc - more charges, and we weren't about to be somebody's guinea pig. That was a disappointment for us. They also have strange rules about plated dinners and escort cards, napkins, and vendor meals, so be sure to ask these types of questions if they are important to you. While our guests loved the venue and enjoyed the food, and while the day of went of seamlessly, the planning process still makes me cringe.

Lord Hill Farms is a beautiful venue! I enjoyed having my wedding there and the pictures are going to be beautiful.

However, the manager was awful. She was rude to me and my mom (the paying customers!). And she was rude to ALL of my vendors.

Their contracts are very firm with little to no flexibility. They offer in-house catering, which cannot be substituted and you cannot try the food before the wedding without paying extra. But, I will admit the food was delicious and all of our guests commented on that, but it would have made for peace of mind if we could have tried it before hand.

Nothing about this venue is inclusive. Everything comes at price and the smallest items are nickel and dimed.

First of all I just want to say that the venue itself looks beyond beautiful and very romantic; however their service did not match up. My fiance' and I were going to get married on 08/07/2020; however, due to Covid outbreak, we wanted to postpone to 2021 since a lot of our family members aren't able to make it. We reached out to lord hill farm staff both via emails and phone to discuss the possibility to reschedule, but we did not have a great experience with the staff of Lord Hill Farm. We loved the venue and we were willing to take any dates in 2021, but the lord hill farm staff were not very flexible and they only wanted to focus on the weddings that are affected right now because of covid 19 (April and May weddings). In crisis, we felt that we were not being prioritized and supported for something that was out of our control. The contract penalties for cancellation were more severe as the date to our wedding grew closer and we as the customers were forced to make a difficult decision on whether to continuing our August wedding and take on more financial risk with a venue that could not reassure us of what our options would be closer to our wedding or cancel early. They also stated that the refund policy remain the same regardless. We felt extremely disappointed in the service that they offer and in the end we cancelled their service.

It is truly unfortunate that I must write a seriously negative review of a highly recognized wedding venue. When I heard that this respected firm that offers a beautiful venue, filling so many people's hearts on their special day year after year retained $4,795.00 of our family's deposit because of obvious greed and a flimsy yet 'legal' contract during the heat of the Covid 19 outbreak when people were dying left and right in WA State, is reprehensible. They refused to extend the date of their wedding even though by WA state law they were not permitted to host a group of 100, no reception and they didn't care that the family was rightly concerned about the health of a vast number of immediate aging family members that were at high risk. LHF had nothing to lose, they said ' we will not move dates when we are open'. Not a surprise to hear the greedy people behind this decision, who had nothing to lose by extending the date still have a successful business model after 30 years. Keeping honest family's hard-earned deposits DURING A PANDEMIC! Future wives and husbands beware! This will not be the last negative review that myself and the entire guest list will flood the 'airwaves’ with unless something is done to motivate the owners of this establishment to do the right thing.’ Hopefully the right decision will be made quickly. I know the media will also be interested in this story. If the money is refunded, I will exonerate them as will our family and friends to the highest degree. It will be worth far more to them than the $5,000 they have ‘temporarily borrowed’ from these kind people.

As a bride I took a lot of time to read reviews about the venues I looked at - I hope you are reading this before booking. As a venue, LHF is very beautiful. They charge you for every small detail and are expensive overall, but beautiful. When Covid hit they did a horrible job of being flexible and compassionate. My husband and I decided we wanted to move our wedding up due to all the craziness - we tried to reschedule with them and were told they would charge us $1000. They would not give us our deposit back, even though we had only booked a month prior. They held no compassion for us as a family when it came to loosing thousands of dollars. We understand that businesses are going through hard times but that gives them no write to ignore our many phone calls and to not treat us well.
The staff was disappointing in how they handled this situation.

Brides beware! Not impressed with our expierence! Venue was beautiful, but the staff was horrible. Hard to get a hold of, extremely rude, and the food was awful. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

Horrible staff, worst experience ever. Would never recommend. Cameron on their staff was the worst.
