Hiring Jessica as our wedding coordinator was THE best decision we made in our wedding journey. From our very first conversation, she was incredibly professional and made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with—even though we know she had a full schedule. Her calm, confident energy gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process, and we always felt like we were in the most capable hands. As an expert on Kiawah and Mingo Point, she knew every detail, every workaround, and every opportunity to elevate our day. She recommended only the best vendors and was honest about each one, and she brought our vision to life more perfectly than we could have imagined. On the day of the wedding, she was a total rockstar. Everything went smoothly, every detail was handled, and we got to fully enjoy the day without a single worry. Our friends and family absolutely loved her too, which speaks volumes. We are so grateful for her guidance, support, and steady presence. Truly, we couldn’t have done it without her.

When you do the Partial Planning package, you are hiring a professional project manager who genuinely cares about your vision and can help guide you to make it a realty. We worked with Krista, who was direct and conversational, making it easy to ask questions and work through decisions together. She was extremely adaptable, staying flexible with our needs like scheduling meetings only after 7pm and helping us understand what's really important and what can be cut when making our Pinterest dreams come true on a budget. Her expertise with contracts and vendor relationships was also extremely helpful— she helped us understand what contract elements were boilerplate and what we needed to push back on. She also helped make sure we were considering the details we didn't even know to worry about, which gave us peace of mind throughout the planning process. The only feedback I have is that the email inbox set up can make it difficult to track correspondence chains, and that we had some issues being cc'ed on all correspondence with vendors early on. There were instances I wished I could shoot over a text to clarify something, but that privilege is reserved for the final month of planning- when things are actually urgent. On the day of, the coordination brings your dreams to life without you needing to think about anything but marrying the love of your life. Their photography background meant they structured our timeline in a way that helped our photographer capture every moment without us ever feeling rushed. We had a lot of moving parts-- horse and carriage ride, different location for ceremony and first look, full tent flip rain plan, different buildings for both brides getting married, 14 bridesmaids, 4 separate companies for rentals and 2 separate companies for bar and food-- and the Chantilly Lace team made sure everyone knew exactly what our vision was and how to pull it together. Anna and the Engaging Events team helped create our PERFECT wedding day! They were wonderful to work with from start to finish and made our planning process stress-free and fun! From helping to pick our vendors to designing an incredibly beautiful floral design that was better than we dreamed of, Anna made our wedding day even more memorable through her kindness, care, excellent communication, attention to detail, and calm throughout the process. We were coming to Charleston from out of state, so relying on Anna's expertise helped make everything easier. I cannot say enough good things about Anna and her team, and neither could our guests! I highly recommend them to anyone getting married in Charleston.

From the moment I spoke to Tassia, I knew she was the right planner for my daughter’s wedding. Wedding planning can be stressful and she has been there to help with all the fine details. She is very responsive to answer any questions we have and she provides solutions and recommendations to make your wedding the one of your dreams. Working with Tassia of Beautiful Bride Events was an absolute joy from start to finish. As the mother of the bride, I was closely involved in the planning process, and Tassia guided us every step of the way with professionalism, creativity, and such a calming presence. She thought of every detail and executed everything flawlessly — from the big picture to the smallest touches. In addition to coordinating the wedding itself, Tassia designed our menus, place cards, table numbers, bar sign, cards and gifts sign, photo album sign, and the most stunning seating chart mirror with wax seals that truly wowed our guests. Each piece was elegant, timeless, and perfectly in line with the vision for the day. Thanks to Tassia, the entire planning process felt organized and seamless, and on the wedding day we were able to simply enjoy every moment knowing she had everything handled. If I had to do it all again, the very first thing I’d do is make sure we were working with Kala and the MOD Events team. The standout part of working with Kala is her incredible wealth of experience. From the moment the day started, it was clear she was completely comfortable directing every moving part. She has worked with every member of our vendor team for multiple weddings, and that established rapport made the entire day flow seamlessly. Kala stayed with us until the very end, ensuring every detail was perfect and that the day truly became the wedding of our dreams. Thank you for everything, Kala—you made our day unforgettable!

I cannot say enough good things about Davinia! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was professional, organized, and responsive.
