The owner, Jessica, founded Cruz Coordination after she discovered her own passion for planning and coordinating weddings while working as an event sales and marketing manager at a local plantation. On your special day, Jessica will assist you from beginning to end in planning the wedding of your dreams.
Cruz Coordination is available for planning wedding ceremonies and receptions for many different wedding types, which include civil unions, religious and cultural ceremonies, destination weddings and elopements. Prior to and on the day of your wedding, Cruz Coordination offers couples partial planning and day-of coordination services. The company also offers event design services. Jessica will help you with your guest list and make sure your event will be seamless by offering timelines, to-do-lists and referrals to keep everything on track for your special day.

Words cannot describe how we feel about Jessica. If you do anything for your wedding you HAVE to hire Jessica, she is a MUST. She is a superwoman and she is the epitome of a wedding planner. We hired her as our week of coordinator, but she is so kind and caring that she ended up helping for months prior. Never before have I ever been so impressed with someone. She never missed a beat and was always on the top of her game. She made our dream wedding become a reality. When I walked out and saw what she had done to our venue I had tears of joy in my eyes. She is something special and she is magical. Her emails were quick, professional, and she had thought of everything that we needed to cover. Even though she’s done a ton of weddings she still made me feel like ours was the most important wedding she has ever done. When my husband asked how she deals with the stress of planning a wedding day in and day out she said that she loves her job and it is her passion. Both of which are evident when you meet her. She made everyone feel so at ease. She is a problem solver, a perfectionist, and she is something rare. She was money very well spent! We would not have had such an amazing day if it wasn’t for her. Jessica was an absolute pro’s pro! From teaching the kids to walk down the aisle, to having a glass of champagne ready for us at the end of our ceremony, to EVERYTHING in between, she had us covered. The best of the best
Jessica is such an amazing planner! She is sweet as can be, organized, fun, and very efficient. Her organization helped me maintain my composure even in my stressful moments. I just felt as if I could trust that Jessica would tie together my loose ends if there was something that needed help and that she wouldn't let me forget any of the important details.
