  Best decision we made!

  Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Jessica! She is absolutely amazing. There is no way I would’ve been able to plan our wedding at the William Aiken House without her. She truly made our wedding vision come to life. We are from out of town, and she helped us coordinate the wedding seamlessly from afar. She was super helpful with all of her suggestions, and very responsive with getting back to all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She really put me at ease, especially on our wedding day! It was totally stress free and everything was truly perfect. Even the placement of all the wedding decor I brought - she displayed it perfectly! I cannot recommend Jessica enough. Do not hesitate to book with her, she is the BEST!

  Jessica at Cruz Coordination is the Best!!!

  Jessica was truly the MVP of our wedding! We were on the fence about getting a planner, but ultimately had to because of our venue - and we are SO GLAD that we had Jessica! I was pretty much never stressed throughout the entire planning process. We were able to fully enjoy our engagement because we weren't overwhelmed with wedding planning! Jessica let us know exactly what information she needed from us, what decisions we needed to make and by when, and gave all of her expert opinion in guiding us for decisions! We never had to worry about forgetting an important detail, because Jessica was on top of it. She was incredibly professional and responsive, but was also just the nicest person which made it seem like you were working with an old friend! On the day of, she was an absolute life-saver. She took care of overseeing all of the setup, was there anytime I needed her for a last-minute dress mishap and figuring out how to put on my veil, and when we had an accidental glass breakage, she was there in seconds with a broom to sweep up the glass! She also was continuously checking in on us to make sure we always had a drink, got a chance to eat, and that we were having the best night ever! I cannot recommend Jessica enough. She was by far our most important vendor and worth every penny. If you want someone who will execute your dream wedding flawlessly at a reasonable price, then Cruz Coordination is the way to go!

  Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!

  Without a doubt, Jessica Cruz is the BEST wedding coordinator in the business! I feel so very fortunate to have found her to help plan and coordinate my daughter's wedding at Magnolia Plantation Carriage House one month ago today. Jessica was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the wedding planning journey but she and her staff were truly amazing on the day of the wedding. She orchestrated an absolutely fairytale wedding for my beautiful daughter! From day one, Jessica has been a wealth of knowledge and so kind to work with. When its time for our second daughter to marry, my very first call will be to Jessica!

  Best vendor choice

  Jessica Cruz came highly recommended by our venue and several other vendors we had spoken to about our daughters wedding. After listening to their advice, Jessica was the first vendor I hired and she did not disappoint at all. Her communication through phone and email were always very timely. Her advice was always on point. Jessica helped us plan my daughters wedding through the pandemic. I was stressing thinking that I needed to start over with most of my vendors when we had to postpone the wedding from May to August. Without me knowing, Jessica had already contacted every vendor and found out what dates every single vendor was available. It was like we picked up our wedding from one day and put it right back down on the new date. It was sooo easy. It was such a relief and a huge weight off my shoulders. At that moment, I decided Jessica was worth every penny I had spent and then some. Jessica also has a uncanny attention to detail. We took a transit truck full of decorations and vases to the venue from Atlanta. Jessica set up everything perfectly. I was in awe at how perfectly she executed our vision for the wedding day. She handled the wedding day perfectly. Everything went so well that day except we had forgotten my daughters garter at the airbnb. I mentioned it to Jessica and she looks in her magic bag of tricks and hands me a beautiful ribbon that we made her a garter out of right then and there. Jessica is literally worth her weight in gold to me and my daughter. If I had more than one daughter, I would use her again. Let me give you one piece of advice...... Hire her before she books up!!!!!

  Mother of the bride

  Jessica Cruz fulfilled every aspect of her job for us with a personal professionalism we had never experienced before! This was our third wedding to plan and it was by far the most relaxed and satisfied I have ever been!!! Jessica’s attention to every detail made the whole process go seamlessly! And that’s saying a lot since my daughter’s original wedding date was April 25th and was rescheduled to Sept. 18th due to the pandemic! Everyone of our expectations were met and exceeded through her guidance and each of the Vendors we worked with were also excellent!! The Caterer, Florist and rental Co. all were so accommodating with adjusting our guest count right up until the end due to Covid complications and they were by far the best in their field we have ever worked with!!
  Take our advice....don’t plan your Charleston wedding without using Cruz Coordination!!!

  Jessica is amazing!

  Jessica is the BEST! My husband and I hired her for day/week of coordinator, and we could not have asked for a better planner. She was on top of everything from the marriage license to the small details you will forget about like brining the flower vases to repurpose them for the cocktail tables. She reached out to all my vendors weeks before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same timeline and to answer any questions. She made my life so easy and she did such a wonderful job making our special day perfect! We highly recommend Jessica!!

  Where do I even begin with our praises for Jessica?! I was initially drawn to Cruz Coordination based on Jessica’s years of experience at the venue we selected for our wedding (Magnolia Plantation & Gardens). I first booked Cruz Coordination, about a year in advance of our wedding date, for day-of coordination. I quickly found myself seeking more and more advice from Jessica because she was so responsive, so knowledgeable, and so informative from the very beginning. Because of that and seeing early on that she was going to make a hugely positive difference in our wedding planning process, I decided to switch over to her most extensive wedding coordination package for her partial planning services. I could go on and on about everything we loved about Jessica leading up to our big day - her thoroughness, responsiveness, encouragement, honest feedback, diligence, attention to detail - everything you could possibly want in a wedding coordinator and so much more. When my husband and I got back to our hotel the night of the wedding, the first conversation we had was about how grateful we were to have had Jessica with us that day and that we were going to genuinely miss working with her. She became so much more than a wedding coordinator to us - she was a good friend and treated us like family, a source of comfort and trust, and our biggest fan as newlyweds. I’ve had several friends and family members say “I just don’t know how Jessica does it. Everything about your wedding day was so seamless and so perfect” - and I couldn’t say it any better myself.   Couldn't have done it without her!

Jessica made sure she had a good understanding of our vision and budget, gave recommendations and guided us to one of the best nights of our lives. Many mothers have told me how much they did on the day of their daughter's wedding and how tired they were. That was not my experience at all. Jessica took care of everything and there was nothing for me to do on the day of the wedding except savor the good times. Prior to the wedding she communicated with our vendors and participants and made sure everyone understood their role. It was very telling to me that every vendor we met with had the same response when they found out we were working with Cruz Coord. Every single one told us “Oh you are working with the best”. She took care to make my daughter and her husband feel they were truly honored throughout the entire event. Jessica and her assistant transformed our venue into an elegant celebration space. I cannot imagine how we would have accomplished this once in a life event without Cruz Coordination and could not recommend more highly!!!

  We could not have done it without Jessica!

  If you are searching for a partial planner, or are trying to decide *whether* to hire a planner, I cannot recommend Jessica enough! We had a big backyard wedding, and Jessica went above and beyond to help us make the day a great one. She is prompt and incredibly detailed in her communication, amazing with the timeline and layouts, and was instrumental in organizing the numerous rentals a large outdoor event requires. When, in a crazy turn of events, our neighbors planned a wedding for the same night, Jessica graciously helped us rework our plan for another space. While we hope no other couples (or Jessica) have to go through anything similar, the fact that she was able to handle the shift with such aplomb (and, in fact, helped make our plan B even more magical!) testifies to what an amazing planner and person she is. She is fantastic at balancing details and the big picture, and noticed so many things in the planning and week-of setup that made the day all the better. We are incredibly thankful to her for helping us to create a night beyond our biggest dreams.

  The best of the best

  Jessica is such an amazing planner! She is sweet as can be, organized, fun, and very efficient. Her organization helped me maintain my composure even in my stressful moments. I just felt as if I could trust that Jessica would tie together my loose ends if there was something that needed help and that she wouldn't let me forget any of the important details. I absolutely recommend her and love her as a person, as I think you will if you are looking for a wedding planner.

  Wedding Fairy Godmother!

  Needless to say wedding planning is no easy task and planning a destination wedding simply adds more complications. Jessica executed our wedding day flawlessly. Throughout our engagement she was responsive and her attention to detail was outstanding. There was not one stone left unturned. I was most impressed with our actual wedding day and how smoothly everything ran. Even with last minute ceremony location, it was so effortless and there were no hiccups that my husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves and did not have a single thing to worry about. Jessica was an angel and I thank her for everything she did to make out wedding dreams come true!

  Didn't have to worry about a thing!

  I just got married January 19th, and Jessica was amazing! Everything ran smoothly and I didn't worry about a thing all day. She was always there to answer questions and make recommendations during the planning process. On the day of, she always had food and drinks waiting for my and my groom!

  Best decision I made

  Hiring Jessica in the middle of my planning process was the best decision I made. From the beginning she was sweet, kind, professional, thorough and prompt. She is extremely knowledgeable and had so many ideas and input on details I would have never thought of. She was always available for advice, recommendations and was our liaison with our vendors during the final days before the wedding. She handled EVERYTHING at the rehearsal and on the day of. She handled and resolved every small hiccup that inevitably happens during weddings with grace and professionalism. She even held my train when it kept unexpectedly catching on splinters on the pier! Everybody loved her and was so grateful for her hard work and help that night! I cannot recommend her enough -- she gave me the freedom to actually enjoy my wedding. I wish I could give 10 stars.

  You need to book Jessica!

  Jessica was the BEST planner we could have asked for! The entire time I was in communication with Jessica, she was professional and responsive. During the actual wedding weekend, she was extremely efficient and prepared. So many people complimented me on Jessica because she truly made our wedding run so smoothly from start to finish. It felt like she knew everyones names and roles by heart! She also had an assistant with her that was equally cheerful and helpful! Everyone told me that getting a planner was some of the best money that they spent- if you book Jessica you will be taken care of!

  Flawless Experience!

  I cannot say enough nice things about Jessica! I am so happy we decided to hire her as our wedding planner. Not only did she do a fantastic job herself, but she recommended us to almost all of our other amazing vendors. I was a bit nervous about planning a wedding remotely from South Florida, but our wedding day turned out absolutely perfect thanks to her hard work and attention to detail. She is so organized and thinks of absolutely EVERYTHING. I would highly, highly recommend her to any brides-to-be getting married in the Charleston area! Best decision you will make!

Those worries were calmed the second we chose Jessica as our wedding coordinator. We chose to get married at Magnolia Plantation; Jessica came highly recommended not only by Magnolia, but also by every single vendor we encountered. Jessica is so detail-oriented--she really thinks of everything! Jessica is very efficient and quick to respond to emails. She provided such great, detailed advice about choosing vendors and planning our wedding timeline. She really has the inside scoop on planning a wedding in Charleston. Our wedding rehearsal and wedding day went so smoothly, and I know I only have Jessica to thank! Not only is Jessica amazing at her job, but she is also a genuinely sweet and friendly person. She has a great, calming presence, and she immediately put me at ease when I met her. I guarantee that your wedding day will be amazing if you choose Jessica! She's the BEST!

  I chose to get married in SC after seeing such a beautiful blog about Magnolia plantation! After looking at different planners I was recommended to Jessica. She is so sincere and sweet. She was willing to help me with every detail of my wedding , making sure my vision came to life. Every time I asked her a simple question she wrote back a DETAILED answer with different options and ideas - literally a dream come true. She is knowledgeable about the wedding indrusty. Jessica met my mom and I for a walk through to establish timelines, floor plans, and determine rentals. Her reminders and connections kept me on track and on budget (and on time!!). My vendors all raved about working with her. Jessica helps coordinate the delivery, execution, and clean up of your event. She has strong leadership skills; the rehearsal and wedding day went smoothly because of her strong voice and ability to manage family dynamics and unforeseeable mishaps. Our wedding day was enjoyed by all members of the family. My mom and dad still rave about what an incredible job Jessica and her team did so that they could be fully present with their friends to celebrate the day. From turning around to our drink of choice, to making sure my dad ate, securing privacy/comfort for a medical need, to finding all the pieces of my sister's earring that broke dancing too hard from the band. She made the entire day a dream. Jessica's presentation of our personal belongings or specialty items for the wedding was beautiful.   If you are on the fence about whether or not to hire Jessica as your wedding planner, let me make your decision easier and tell you to just DO IT! :) I don't know how Jessica does it, but she is superwoman when it comes to wedding planning. I hired her for month of/day of and at some points, (mostly at all points) she knew my wedding better than I did. (while juggling planning for multiple other upcoming weddings) which blew me away!! She took all of the stress out of the day of and saw that everything went smoothly and how I imagined. I wish I was better at words to explain all of the amazing qualities that Jessica brought to the table but she is very attentive, organized and friendly and will make your day sooo much easier! Thank you Jessica for everything you did to make my wedding dreams a reality!
