Hiring Jessica as our wedding coordinator was THE best decision we made in our wedding journey. From our very first conversation, she was incredibly professional and made us feel like we were the only couple she was working with—even though we know she had a full schedule. Her calm, confident energy gave us peace of mind throughout the entire process, and we always felt like we were in the most capable hands.
As an expert on Kiawah and Mingo Point, she knew every detail, every workaround, and every opportunity to elevate our day. She recommended only the best vendors and was honest about each one, and she brought our vision to life more perfectly than we could have imagined.
On the day of the wedding, she was a total rockstar. Everything went smoothly, every detail was handled, and we got to fully enjoy the day without a single worry. Our friends and family absolutely loved her too, which speaks volumes.
We are so grateful for her guidance, support, and steady presence. Truly, we couldn’t have done it without her. -

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for Jessica! She is absolutely amazing. There is no way I would’ve been able to plan our wedding at the William Aiken House without her. She truly made our wedding vision come to life. We are from out of town, and she helped us coordinate the wedding seamlessly from afar. She was super helpful with all of her suggestions, and very responsive with getting back to all of my questions. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She really put me at ease, especially on our wedding day! It was totally stress free and everything was truly perfect. Even the placement of all the wedding decor I brought - she displayed it perfectly! I cannot recommend Jessica enough. Do not hesitate to book with her, she is the BEST! -

Best Wedding Coordinator Ever!
Without a doubt, Jessica Cruz is the BEST wedding coordinator in the business! I feel so very fortunate to have found her to help plan and coordinate my daughter's wedding at Magnolia Plantation Carriage House one month ago today. Jessica was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the wedding planning journey but she and her staff were truly amazing on the day of the wedding. She orchestrated an absolutely fairytale wedding for my beautiful daughter! From day one, Jessica has been a wealth of knowledge and so kind to work with. When its time for our second daughter to marry, my very first call will be to Jessica! -

Jessica Cruz came highly recommended by our venue and several other vendors we had spoken to about our daughters wedding. After listening to their advice, Jessica was the first vendor I hired and she did not disappoint at all. Her communication through phone and email were always very timely. Her advice was always on point. Jessica helped us plan my daughters wedding through the pandemic. I was stressing thinking that I needed to start over with most of my vendors when we had to postpone the wedding from May to August. Without me knowing, Jessica had already contacted every vendor and found out what dates every single vendor was available. It was like we picked up our wedding from one day and put it right back down on the new date. It was sooo easy. It was such a relief and a huge weight off my shoulders. At that moment, I decided Jessica was worth every penny I had spent and then some. Jessica also has a uncanny attention to detail. We took a transit truck full of decorations and vases to the venue from Atlanta. Jessica set up everything perfectly. I was in awe at how perfectly she executed our vision for the wedding day. She handled the wedding day perfectly. Everything went so well that day except we had forgotten my daughters garter at the airbnb. I mentioned it to Jessica and she looks in her magic bag of tricks and hands me a beautiful ribbon that we made her a garter out of right then and there. Jessica is literally worth her weight in gold to me and my daughter. If I had more than one daughter, I would use her again. Let me give you one piece of advice...... Hire her before she books up!!!!! -

Best Decision We Made!
Cruz Coordination was one of the best (and first) decisions we made when planning our daughter's wedding. Jessica made sure she had a good understanding of our vision and budget, gave recommendations and guided us to one of the best nights of our lives. Many mothers have told me how much they did on the day of their daughter's wedding and how tired they were. That was not my experience at all. Jessica took care of everything and there was nothing for me to do on the day of the wedding except savor the good times. Prior to the wedding she communicated with our vendors and participants and made sure everyone understood their role. It was very telling to me that every vendor we met with had the same response when they found out we were working with Cruz Coord. Every single one told us “Oh you are working with the best”. She took care to make my daughter and her husband feel they were truly honored throughout the entire event. Jessica and her assistant transformed our venue into an elegant celebration space. I cannot imagine how we would have accomplished this once in a life event without Cruz Coordination and could not recommend more highly!!! -

Working with Jessica was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We were planning our wedding from out of town and she was incredibly communicative through the whole process. Her vendor recommendations for the Charleston area were spot on, and on the day of the wedding I swear she was 10 different places at once. I don't know how anyone plans a wedding without a coordinator, and I REALLY don't know how we would have done it without Jessica! -

If you are searching for a partial planner, or are trying to decide *whether* to hire a planner, I cannot recommend Jessica enough! We had a big backyard wedding, and Jessica went above and beyond to help us make the day a great one. She is prompt and incredibly detailed in her communication, amazing with the timeline and layouts, and was instrumental in organizing the numerous rentals a large outdoor event requires. When, in a crazy turn of events, our neighbors planned a wedding for the same night, Jessica graciously helped us rework our plan for another space. While we hope no other couples (or Jessica) have to go through anything similar, the fact that she was able to handle the shift with such aplomb (and, in fact, helped make our plan B even more magical!) testifies to what an amazing planner and person she is. She is fantastic at balancing details and the big picture, and noticed so many things in the planning and week-of setup that made the day all the better. We are incredibly thankful to her for helping us to create a night beyond our biggest dreams. -

Jessica was an absolute pro’s pro! From teaching the kids to walk down the aisle, to having a glass of champagne ready for us at the end of our ceremony, to EVERYTHING in between, she had us covered. She also did an exceptional job in arranging and negotiating our vendors ahead of the big day, so we could truly enjoy it to the fullest. 5 stars to the max! -

I just got married January 19th, and Jessica was amazing! Everything ran smoothly and I didn't worry about a thing all day. She was always there to answer questions and make recommendations during the planning process. On the day of, she always had food and drinks waiting for my and my groom! -

I cannot say enough nice things about Jessica! I am so happy we decided to hire her as our wedding planner. Not only did she do a fantastic job herself, but she recommended us to almost all of our other amazing vendors. I was a bit nervous about planning a wedding remotely from South Florida, but our wedding day turned out absolutely perfect thanks to her hard work and attention to detail. She is so organized and thinks of absolutely EVERYTHING. I would highly, highly recommend her to any brides-to-be getting married in the Charleston area! Best decision you will make! -

Jessica was the BEST planner we could have asked for! The entire time I was in communication with Jessica, she was professional and responsive. During the actual wedding weekend, she was extremely efficient and prepared. So many people complimented me on Jessica because she truly made our wedding run so smoothly from start to finish. It felt like she knew everyones names and roles by heart! She also had an assistant with her that was equally cheerful and helpful! Everyone told me that getting a planner was some of the best money that they spent- if you book Jessica you will be taken care of! -

Little did I know, Jessica would be the best vendor I hired for my wedding. I really don't think that I could have pulled it off without her (especially with my DIY projects that I had planned). She knew EVERYTHING there is to know about Magnolia Plantation (and if she didn't, she'd find out) she was absolutely incredible at turning my long-winded emails into reality and did it all without even meeting us first. Her responsiveness was incredible, and if she couldn't respond right away, she would tell me when she could get me the info. She took care of absolutely everything so I knew that I didn't have to worry about anything on my big day. Seriously, if you're thinking about a coordinator in Charleston-hire Jessica. -

Neda Sent on 07/23/2015When trying to plan my destination wedding, it was hard to coordinate, plan, and basically just do everything. I was referred to Jessica's services and I was very hesitant because I was on a budget and didn't know if it was worth it. IT WAS WORTH IT. She seriously is amazing. She went over and beyond on what she did. If there was something that went wrong during my wedding, I had no idea because she did everything. My wedding was so stress free because of her. I had a friend drop a glass of red wine all on my white dress. But Jessica saved the day and got it all out. Because she is amazing. Seriously, if you are on a strict budget, she is the best thing you can get. I'm all about looking at reviews and seeing any negatives to try and make the best decision, but I have none with her. Maybe the only one is she didn't convey how much she would actually do. Seriously. Ask your other vendors. They would say Jessica is awesome. -

Friends of ours who had utilized Jessica's service recommended her to us once we announced our engagement in spring of 2020, and there are few investments that I can passionately endorse and justify as much as this one. Jessica is a consummate professional, but not stuffy, flexible but firm, extremely knowledgeable but open-minded to different ideas. She helped us discover answers to questions we did not even know we had, and expertly guided us through our whole process; as a liaison between all of the vendors and us, she was singularly exceptional. We would definitely recommend her most extensive partial planning service over the day-of planning package, as it is well worth the $$. Not only is it helpful to utilize her services for a longer amount of time leading up to the big week, but also more time that you get to spend in the company of this amazing woman and tap into her wealth of knowledge! My bride and I never felt like we were not in control of decisions or compromising in any way, yet we were enlightened and educated immensely on the wedding planning environment, especially in Charleston. And the transition from act to act was seamless in our eyes over the course of the day and night. If I could shout it from the rooftops to promote Cruz Coordination it would still not be enough, but there is no need for that as her work speaks for itself! I have no doubt this was the most effective money we spent during our whole engagement. Thank you Jessica for everything you do!

Partial planning at its best!!! We worked with Jessica for a year planning, discussing, strategizing, and finalizing the wedding we wanted! She is the upmost professional and has years of experience in the Charleston area which makes her knowledge so valuable in a very competitive wedding market. By also providing that personal touch, we felt we could share all of our worries and concerns. It was a wonderful experience!!
