Month of Coordination: This is my speciality! From the moment you book me, you have sanity knowing I am just an email or phone call away. Leading up to your wedding, I will check in and see how your planning progress is going and set you on track. A timeline, ceremony lineup and vendor reach outs will happen about a month prior to the big day. On this day, I will coordinate the many intricate details. I will arrive hours before the event to make sure the venue is set up properly and the vendors know where to go and setup. I will also join everyone before the ceremony to make sure that the bridal party remembers when and where to go when the ceremony begins. During the reception I will keep to the timeline that you and I created prior, so everything runs smoothly. I am with you till the end of the event to assure you, your fiance and your family and friends create the best memories possible.
Rehearsal Coordination (Included when you book month of coordination): I will be equipped to coordinate your wedding rehearsal at the ceremony site. I assist with the Flower girl, ring bearer, bridesmaids, groomsmen, bride & groom and of course Family Members.
Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party: My role is to ensure everything runs smoothly, allowing the couple and their guests to focus on enjoying the event. Here are the key duties I would typically handle: Pre-planning, Day of coordination, During and post dinner coordination with hired vendor team.

Julie is extremely talented. She listens, gives valuable advice, and will execute your vision flawlessly. We had some unexpected bumps in the road close to our wedding and had to change venues within 5 months of the date. Julie helped guide us as an out of state couple and ultimately find our new venue.
Julie was always just a text or a phone call away. I had many little stressful moments and Julie helped take the nerves and pressure off.

Weddings are such joyful occasions, but let’s be honest—they can be stressful. Julie brought such calm, confident energy to all the planning chaos. With her vast experience, she’s seen it all and knows exactly what works (and what doesn’t!). She’s also got a special gift for talking mothers of the bride off the ledge when things get intense—speaking from experience here!
She worked closely with both our daughter and daughter-in-law to make sure each day reflected their unique visions, and both turned out to be absolute fairy-tale, perfect, weddings. I was able to relax and actually enjoy each day knowing Julie was quietly running the show—managing vendors, smoothing over hiccups, and handling every behind-the-scenes issue with grace.
Whether it was a broken bustle, a last-minute seating change, or even a restroom emergency, she calmly took care of it all. I loved being able to just say, “See Julie,” and stay fully present with our family. Our pastor—who’s done 14 weddings this year alone—told us she’s the best coordinator he’s ever worked with, and every single vendor said the same: “We love working with Julie!”

I had the pleasure of working with Julie on three different occasions; and each and every time, Julie anticipated my needs before I could voice or even think them. Not only does she take perfect care of the vendors, moreover, she is 100% dedicated to her bride and groom, never missing a beat, and always happy to adjust to last minute changes. At one of the weddings, thunderstorms rained out the outdoor ceremony venue, but Julie was on the case and within 15 minutes, she rearranged everything and the ceremony started on time as scheduled. Without having Julie there, it would have been left to the bridal party or the bride and groom to pull this off. Julie knew exactly what to do and had a plan for everything. Julie is absolutely a jewel to work with, and I can wholeheartedly recommend her to any bride who needs help putting together the perfect event no matter what size.
