Facilities and Capacity
Couples may host up to 250 wedding guests within the barn’s main event space. This picture-perfect setting includes the indoor barn and the covered and uncovered outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy during ceremonies and cocktail hours.

As of 2022, with *Two-Day Rentals Only*- if you would like to host a larger event or would like more space, we have a 40x60 concrete back patio. This allows you to put up to a 2,400 sqft tent, that can seat up to 200 people! We do not provide the tent, but we will refer you to the company in which the tent can be rented from.

It's hard to even put into words how dreamy our wedding was at Kylan Barn. We got married on 10/29/22 and every single detail was perfect. The ceremony was in the woods and was 100% worth it, I have always dreamed of a wedding in the woods and Kylan Barn has the perfect spot for it. The aisle is covered in string lights and it opens up into a beautiful spot in the woods, also with string lights, with beautifully handmade seating. So dreamy, so romantic, so perfect. We had our reception in the barn and unlike many other venues where they push a sort of "theme" on you, Kylan Barn has more room to play up the vision you've been dreaming of. There are also SO many opportunities for perfect pictures - a lake, a pond, a fountain, a firepit, an old timey truck, a LOVE sign as well as a sign with your names and date on it (and so much more). The bridal suite is top tier and they have an airstream that my husband and his guys got ready in and they had a blast. Every meeting we had with Kyle he was so helpful and was totally into all of our ideas and was willing to help do what he could to make these ideas come to fruition. The perfect icing on this already amazing cake is their coordinator Sam, I wish I could hire her to coordinate my entire life. Every. Single. Detail. was beautifully executed by her. She worked endlessly to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and I have never met someone who was so perfect at their job. Seriously I could write an essay about how grateful I am that we had her as our coordinator, your wedding day is an extremely stressful day and having someone in your corner like Sam who will help ease that stress off of you is priceless. Kylan Barn is the total package and if you get the chance to get this venue, you will not regret it one bit!!

Fairytale Kylan Barn
Kylan Barn is a dream venue and it exceeded our expectations. Sam and Hailey were our coordinators and they did awesome at turning our vision into a reality. Our wedding was stress free because of them. The different scenery on the property is breathtaking. We got married in the woods on the property and it was like a fairytale. 10/10 recommended this venue!

Amazing! Truly the perfect day!
Kylan barn was the perfect venue for our wedding. The venue is nothing short of breath-taking and the service was outstanding. The staff at Kylan helped us with all of our needs and made any accommodations we requested!
What an incredible venue! Everything is gorgeous and well thought out down to the high hooks in the bridal suite for the bridal gown and which way the entrances face for lighting. I love photographing at Kylan Barn and I am so excited to see where their future takes them!
