Taste Events is the catering division of Coastal Maryland & Delaware’s Common Ground Hospitality.
Taste Events is the premier caterer for any occasion on the shore such as weddings, private parties, baby showers, and corporate events. Our catering team will provide exceptional services to events of any size. Director of Events, Katie Ogilvie, will work with you to create a customized menu designed with your special occasion in mind while keeping seasonal ingredients at the forefront. Our catering services feature an off-premises liquor license for Maryland and Delaware so Taste Events can provide bar/bartending services. Taste Events offers exclusive access to the area's premier vendors which allow us to arrange other services for your event such as coordination, photography, floral arrangements, wares, furniture, linens, and even tents!

Taste is the BEST
Going with Taste catering for our wedding was easily one of the best decisions we made! Katie was phenomenal and helped us so much with planning. They were super flexible and accommodating which made planning a breeze. We had a raw bar, passed appetizers and plated entrees. All the food was delicious and so many people came up to us and told us that it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The food came out quick and hot. We were really impressed by the servers as well. 100/100 would recommend them to anyone getting married in Delaware.

Katie O is absolutely amazing! From helping the groom to get tacos and charcuterie for cocktail hour, to handing every detail to make adjustments for a rainy day wedding, she was great! All while making the bride and groom and their families totally comfortable and at ease!! Katie O is the best!
Taste did a great job! The food was hot and tasted wonderful! The staff was polite, responsive and handled everything (including a total clean up!)

Taste Events catered our wedding and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. The food was absolutely incredible — so many of our guests are still talking about how amazing everything tasted. From cocktail hour to dinner, every detail was executed perfectly and felt thoughtful, elevated, and delicious.
Hiring Katie as our day-of coordinator was an absolute must and one of the best decisions we made. Katie was beyond amazing — calm, organized, and completely on top of every detail. She made the entire day feel seamless and stress-free, allowing us to actually relax and enjoy our wedding. Any question, issue, or last-minute change was handled before we even knew it existed.

Catered weddong
Katie and Tom did an excellent job catering our backyard wedding. Katie did all of the pre-event details, and Tom was there at our wedding to ensure that all went well. The food was delicious, not a single complaint from any of our guests. The food was plentiful, and the bartender did a great job keeping our guests hydrated! The staff was efficient and very friendly to our guests. Also they did a great job cleaning up! I would highly recommend using Taste Events!

Amazing Wedding With Taste Events
We had an incredible wedding with Taste Events! Katie made the planning process so smooth, and was so helpful with day of setup and making sure everything went smoothly. The food was incredible, and so was the bar service! We highly recommend Taste Events!
